Personality

Personality and other Characteristics

Personality: She's a bit of a smart mouth and can sometimes be cocky, she's sly/cunning, and she can often be rude or sometimes immature without meaning to be. But in general she's open minded and is very accepting of certain things. However, she gets very disgruntled when asked about her ex boyfriend; who's currently in jail for multiple charges, and her past. Since she's been around men most of her life, she tends to act like a bit of a tomboy and carries a male sense of humor, but can be very womanly if she chooses too.
With Friend(s): She's rueful, fun loving but with a sense of maturity, and she cannot help herself but to rough house and get overly drunk until she says something very insulting. Later on she'll eventually apologize, for she knows a good sense of respect and boundaries.
With Lover(s) Not too trusting or very compassionate, it takes her a while to adjust to having a man who'll treat her right, while also being fearful of abuse as well due to once being in a relationship with a fellow who used and abused her until he was sent to prison. She's very wary and often ends relationships early in fear of becoming attached to the individual. She's pretty submissive at times too even though she'll kick someone's ass for being a douche.
With Enemies She doesn't speak or socialize to them and if she does it often leads to fighting and someone winding up dead, maimed, or critically injured.

General philosophy:
Everyone and everything on this Earth has a purpose...Mine is to kick your ass!

Most Prized Possession (Material Value): Her footlocker filled with all of the things she keeps locked away from others such as weapons, money, and etc.
Most Prized Possession (Emotional Value): The friends she made back whenever she was a Marine.

Likes: A good outing, steak dinners, alcohol, chocolate, movies, sleeping in, rough housing, and being in control over certain things.
Dislikes: Flamboyant men who flaunt their money, charisma, and overly good looks, preppy clothes, being told how to act, being corrected, and losing.
Hobbies: Drinking, rough housing, sleeping in, staying up late and watching movie marathons, coveting over the most strangest things, and fighting.
Interests: Linguistics, the space marine program, getting a dog, regrowing her hair, and what it's like to dress like a lady.
Goals: To become President for a day, to get a life time supply of junk food, to maybe ride a bull in the rodeo, and to see if Wonderland really exists.
Life's Ambition: She'd rather keep it to herself than spoil it.
Fears: Being forced to relive her past with her ex, becoming obsolete and weak
Crippling Fear ( Single Biggest Fear): Unknown

Least Outspoken About: Her feelings
Most Outspoken About: Being a Marine, her appearance, and her attitude

Voice Wave: -
Mannerisms: Cocky, smart mouthed, open minded, carefree

Psychological Condition: Stable with a possible infliction of ADHD.

Aptitudes: She has multiple talents due to being in the Marine Corp. Such as strength, speed, and combat enhancement.

Superstitions: Picking up hitch-hikers, alien abductions, spirits and poltergeists, and demons.

Morals: To always be thankful for what you have.

Positive Characteristics: She's well spirited and knows when it's time to have fun and when it's time to be serious.
Negative Characteristics: Her attitude is her disposition.

Coal black eyes that had used to be a beautiful dark brown shifted from side to side in a cautious gaze as Alex slowly entered the bar room. It was her first time in this place, so she didn’t know what to expect upon entering. That was until an odd sight of strange people and creatures greeted her. After taking a couple steps forth, Alex paused and slowly ran a hand up through her boyishly short hair and smirked. “Well, bring in Wolverine and we can call this place an academy for mutants.” The six foot tall woman joked aloud, expecting no one to reply to her words as she continued on her way across the room. Her destination was as obvious as a stupid person, and in no time she would be eagerly seating herself at the bar in the middle section so she wouldn’t seem like a burn out or a broken hearted drunk. -c-

Clad in a loosely fitted black t-shirt that revealed just a little bit of her stomach, stonewashed Levi branded blue jeans, and buckskin colored steel toed boots, Alex was dressed for comfort and to get piss ass drunk tonight. She figured to start her drinking early in order to test this new place out and see if it could handle her and how drunk she can get. That is if she had enough money in her pockets to do just that. Now patiently seated, Alex rested her elbows on the counter whilst she eyed up the alcohol that sat on the walls just across from her leanly muscled gait. “Hm,’ she mused, a smile curving across her lips. “Let’s see if they got some of the strong shit that I like.” Tonight was going to be fun! -e-

Behind dark shades coal black eyes searched the area like a hawk scanned an open field for prey. Sweat glistened on her brow and the side of her necks once the strode under the light upon careful footsteps. Steel toed boots thudded on the waxed floorboards as she proceeded across the room, easily avoiding the so called fight that was already taking place. For a moment she paused, observing the two idiots who tried to prove points no one would listen to either way. "And I thought it was hot outside,' the woman commented as wiped off her forehead with the back of her right hand, sighing deeply before she licked her lips in order to prove that she required a fine drink today. "God damn!" She then mused alas, lifting off the black sunglasses which made her almost look like a member of Z.Z.Top. -c-

Chuckling to her own amusement, she hooked the ear piece in the front of the white beader she wore, which was damp with sweat right between her breasts and made the black bra she wore beneath, sort of stick out. With a grin, she glanced around, dark, almost lifeless eyes locking dead at the bar on which a bottle of Captain Morgan just waited for her. "Oh Capin' take me out to sea!" Mused the woman, grinning from ear to ear as she literally hopped up onto a bar stool with a laugh and proceeded to pour herself a glass of the fine drink while adding some ice. Well, it wasn't a cold beer, but it sure would do for now until she ventures out to the county fair later on tonight. Alas, summer was here! -e-

As she began to indulge herself in her tall glass of Captain Morgan on the rocks, Alex found herself casting a glance towards the door as some freaky chick in a trench coat made her way in. "Talk about being normal...no one is anymore." She commented under her breath, slowly turning back to take a drink of her strong beverage. "Heh, not even I am normal." She murmured, gazing down at the Captain as he stood proudly on that bottle with a grin on his face. Scoffing, Alex refilled her glass with a shake of her head. "I still don't get how you're smilin' all the damn time, Capin'. You should teach me your secret." Mused the ex US marine with a slight chuckle before toasting the air as she took a hearty drink from her glass whilst the condensation made it look oh so beautifully underneath of the bright glow of the bar lights.

All alone at the bar the American sat with a glass in her right hand and the bottle of Captain Morgan in her left. Mighty glad she wore cut offs instead of jeans, Alex hummed to herself some song that she had heard on the radio while driving her pickup to this place. Crossing her booted ankles she leaned back in her seat and sighed. For being alone she seemed mighty glad whilst she slowly got herself drunk. Later on in the evening she planned on venturing out to the county fair in order to have a look-see at what events and games they had there. Hell, maybe she could meet up with her marine buddies and go four wheeling down in the arena after the demolition derby. Boy did that sound fun. Chuckling to herself, the ex marine slowly nursed her drink, allowing her coal black eyes to fall shut as she continued to hum that song with nothing to really gain from it but a good mood.

Alex Rockwell about jumped from her seat once Qwilli's head peered over the counter and looked up at her with what seemed to be a curious expression on her face. "Woah, holy shit!" She exclaimed, slamming down her drink as she jumped out of her stool and seemed to almost rear back and throw a punch at the woman's face. Wait, was this thing a woman? Blinking a couple times as she seethed a couple breaths, glaring uneasily down at this strange, Alex seemed to take a moment until Qwilli's inquiry processed in her hot headed mind. "Drinkin'

The woman asked in confusion at first, cocking her head to the side a little before lifting up the bottle of Captain Morgan, whilst reaching cautiously towards the counter. "You mean this?" She asked down towards the woman, frowning as she seemed to be prepared to knock her lights out if necessary. Well, that's what Alex got for being an US marine for most of her life. Now, let's just hope the space program recruits her ass.

Alex Rockwell chuckled ruefully at first to Qwilli's question. Tempted to make fun of her for not knowing what Captain Morgan was, the tomboyish woman slowly sat and nodded towards the glasses available. "Grab a glass and try some. It's called Captain Morgan." She mused, slowly licking her lips as she took a quick sip of her own glass. "And you uh...have a nice outfit there, lady." The woman then commented as she slowly looked the woman up and down with a strange expression about her features as she would be just a bit freaked out by this strange chick. But hey, it was all right...maybe she could become a drinking buddy.

The strange woman's sense of humor and her punch entertained Alex quite a bit whilst she nursed her Captain Morgan with a pleasant grin. Chuckling, the ex marine slowly shook her head. "Captain Morgan's a drink, but he's personified as a pirate." She explained before frowning as the contents of the bottle were emptied. "And it seems that you wasted what was left of the bottle too..." She observed, frowning as her left brow cocked. Oh great, her pockets were gonna be empty by midnight at this rate. "Say, grab another bottle,' Alex directed, pointing at one of the bottle on the wall. "Grab yourself a glass over there and fill it with a couple of ice cubes. Sit down, and I'll pour you a drink."

Alex Rockwell frowned, drawing back a little as she watched Qwilli make a mess behind the counter. Just what the fuck did this broad think she was doing? Upon hearing her mention something about a Vanilla Ice song, Alex nearly choked on her drink before slamming the glass down. "Oh hell no!" She exclaimed, sitting up in her seat. "Don't sing that trash around me!"

As she entered the bar like any jackass patron would late at night, Alex performed her normal routine of kicking the door shut behind her and making her way towards the bar. With a toothpick hanging out from the left corner of her mouth and dark shades over her eyes, the short haired woman looked like her usual 'I'm about to kick some ass' look with the clothing to match which consisted merely of a dark gray beater, slightly baggy camouflage pants, and combat styled boots. Shoving her hands into her pockets as she walked, the slightly boyish woman cautiously glanced around from behind the dark visage her shades provided. "Everyone seems to be happy tonight..." The ex marine observed mentally upon finding any seat at the bar line she could find.

Sitting down, Alex adjusted her shades and sighed out a breath, using her tongue to push the toothpick to the right side of her mouth as she began to tap her fingertips against the counter top. "Fuck man...I'm tired." Were the only words she grumbled, not meant for anyone to hear but welcomed them to answer if they liked. Hell, she didn't care, all she wanted to do was drink away her sorrows tonight because she was in a really bad mood. If anyone asked, they best be prepared to be ignored or chewed out, because Alex wasn't the type of woman who talked about her problems.

As she sat at the bar, Alex slouched in her seat, sighing as she removed the toothpick from between her lips but kept her shades on. Crossing her feet at the ankle, she rested her arms on the arm rest and slowly licked her teeth as well as her lips. "Where's the damn bartender when you need one, huh?" The woman asked aloud, suddenly kicking her feet up onto the counter as she released a small groan. Cursing, Alex tossed her head back and closed her eyes.

"Bartender oh bartender, where art thou bartender?" She soon asked, quoting Shakespeare in a lethargic tone whilst she twirled her toothpick in between her middle and index fingers on her right hand before popping it back into her mouth like a cigarette. Sighing, Alex memorized the routine as it was already established. She had to wait about an hour and a half, and the bartender got to take his good old time doing whatever he pleased. This thus exampled the quality service of Gambit's bar in more ways than one.

When the guy just a few seats down from her right, randomly gave her his name, Alex at first rolled her eyes, shaking her head before she glanced towards him. "Well, hello to you too..." She grumbled, chewing lazily on her toothpick as she uncrossed her ankles for a second, only to recross them with the one that used to be on the bottom, now on the top. Scoffing, the woman ran a hand up through her short hair and kept an eye on his beverage from at the corner of her eyes from behind those dark shades. "And I'm Alex..." She soon muttered, shrugging her shoulders a little as she bit down on the end of the toothpick which was inside of her mouth. After that, Alex somehow signified she had nothing to hide.

She wasn't stupid enough to tote them in public either, especially with cops around. But she really didn't need them because she had hand to hand skills she could use which could outlast any damn weapon any damn day. (Repost)

Sighing after the man who had addressed her suddenly up and left, Alex continued her wait by just sitting there at the bar line with her feet propped up on the counter and her arms resting on the arms of the stool. Adjusting her dark sunglasses a couple times, the ex marine continued to chew at her toothpick while slowly growing bored and irritated by having to wait so long. "All I want is a drink...why does God have to fuckin' do this to me? I'm thirsty!" Thought the tomboyish woman, gritting her teeth and alas snapping the toothpick in half with the sheer force of the bite as she went to sit up. "That's it!" Were her words as she pounded a palm on the counter, seething furiously as she glanced around, lowering her feet as she placed her other hand on the counter and leaned forth, prepared to jump over.

That was until the bartender; an aging man, came hobbling on over with a smile across his face. "That's right grandpa...keep smiling." Threatened Alex in her mind as she slowly sat back down. "'Bout time." She huffed, rolling her eyes in irritation from behind her sunglasses.

Ready to apologize, the older man went to speak but was suddenly paused as Alex waved a dismissive hand and a middle finger. "Shot of vodka, shot of whiskey, a bottle of Budweiser, and a bag of nacho cheese Doritos hanging there with the cheese puffs and other shit." The woman snapped with pure ease as if she read it from a script grinning from ear to ear as a dark brow cocked. "Got it?" Was all she asked in a low coo, giggling a little to spite the man as she reached into the right front pocket of her camouflage pants and pulled out a hundred dollar bill as if it were a rabbit coming out from a hat. -c-

"Start me a tab too. The name's Alex Rockwell. That's all you need to know." Alex noted, sliding the money towards the bartender whom nodded and greedily took the bill. Like that he zipped off and went to fix the lady her drink.

Chuckling, Alex grinned, spitting out the toothpick on the floor, she adjusted her shades and sighed. "Now we're getting somewhere." Were the last words she mused before the drinks arrived in a hasty fashion. Now, they surely were getting somewhere indeed. -e-

All the while as this went on upstairs, Alex sat all by her lonesome at the bar. First she down her shot of whiskey, not even taking the chance to savor it before she moved onto the vodka. Before she drank it however, she released a small sigh and slowly pulled off her sunglasses and discarded them onto the counter top beside her beer bottle and small bag of Doritos. Coal black eyes were now revealed, looking weary and tired as they carried dark pouches underneath whilst the lids drooped. It seemed that someone didn't get enough sleep. "Gah...fuck it. Might as well blow my benefits and get piss ass drunk." The woman grumbled, tossing her head back.

In an instant she downed the shot of vodka and slammed the glass down on the counter. Now all that was left was the beer and nacho cheese flavored chips. Which would she claim as victim first? Grumbling, Alex didn't dare talk as she grabbed the red chip back and ripped it open like some barbarian. Reaching her right in, she fished out a couple chip and stuffed them into her mouth, chewing hungrily and unmannerly as she ate.

Boy, she must've been hungry to have that bag devoured in no less than two minutes. In the end the innocent bag was torn in half and Alex was left licking her fingers clean. "They never put enough chips in these little bags...what a rip off." She observed, now licking her lips as she absentmindedly wiped her hands on the sides of her camouflage pants and then went to pop the top off of her beer. Without comment or question, the woman tossed her had back and proceeded to vigorously drink as if she were a pup feeding from her mom's sagging, pink teet filled with milk. That was yet another sign as to how crummy Alex night was thus far. But who or what could make it any worse?

Alex Rockwell was halfway through a gulp of her beer when Ruyi approached. "Just what the hell could he want?" She asked herself, setting down the bottle, eying the man up once he sat. She drew back a little when he talked about pleasure. The mere mentioning of the subject stirred thoughts. Thoughts that Alex didn't want to think but were there within her mind, making her shudder a little as she glanced away unable to watch as he ordered his captain Morgan. Even when looking away she knew he was watching her, she could feel his gaze on her face.

This caused her cheeks to flush a little as she lifted up her Budweiser and took a casual sip before setting it down, licking her lips after in order to savor the taste. "The cybernetics are alright...parts of my body still hurt though despite what I fuckin' use. The icy hot patches don't do shit anymore, neither do the hot baths. Look at me, man...I look like a zombie because of waking up in the middle of the night with severe cramping in the joints." Alex muttered in a low tone, bringing her beer bottle to her lips once more as she took a momentary swig.

"I look like that chick from the exorcist sometimes when I'm laying in bed. Heh, it really does feel like the devil's rapin' me sometimes though now that I think of it." She then muttered, casting a somewhat tired glance at her employer, frowning once their eyes made contact. "And if you love the captain so much, why don't you go marry him. You two will make a great couple." She teased sarcastically when she overheard the man mention his love for the drink. Of course he would know that she was joking around.

But if he didn't?
