Name: Alexander Adrastos
Race: Human
Breed: American
Height: 6.1Ft
Weight: 210Ibs

    Talents:

  • Cursed Ancestors: Adrastos' has infamous bad-luck.
  • Naval Bloodline: Alexanders family stretches far. AA's earliest example was of a veteran naval officer, who taught him many naval tricks.
  • Theoretical and Factual Biological Majors: Alexander is a smart-guy, what can I say?

Belongings:
  • A Medium-Sized Messenger Bag.
  • Notepad & Pencils: A thick and leather-bound notepad with scruffy sides and pages filled with sketches and rants.
  • Mobile: A 'jailbreaked' and sleek looking Motorola brand phone. AA's phone-number is easily accessed under his name in Freelance Scientists section of the Yellow Pages.
  • Anti-Vampire Mace: A mace to the face to the common vampire. A lethal combination of garlic, silver and holy water. A big plus is the numerous other chemicals for affecting the 'other' type of vampire.

On Alexander:

Alex to his friends, AA to his colleagues and important womanly types graduated a rather private Institute at the age of sixteen with enough knowledge to create his own information business called 'The Academical Practical' which went ahead for a few years before experiencing several stock falls and finally losing to banking failures. This left Alexander jaded with all-sorts of businesses and lawyers(Who isn't?) and then seek another method of gleaning money from the public, shortly being picked up by a small group of fellow Scholars and sent to work on project which mysteriously closed a few months after.

Alex now has a job as an intern to one of the largest Terran corporations, known as Geno-Corp. A job he wish he did not have, as he would rather be getting paid for things he enjoys.

On the Curse:
The source of AA's bad-luck lies with his ancestors, his ancient family-members brought endless questions upon the darkest gods of Universal existence. They always questioned why they existed, what their plan was and ultimately why they demanded worship. This led to the banishment and subsequent curse placed upon them as a whole, being sent towards the Multiverse was one of those punishments. Fate is fickle and the curse has not lifted, for where the Dark Gods do not curse easily nor whimsically.

So begins...

Alexander Adrastos lazily booted open the door with an audible 'thud' as Alexander rubbed his hands together. Adrastos adjusted his glasses before slumping down onto a stool and reaching forward to drag a few commands around on the touch-screen menu, skillfully manipulating the familiar machine with an old hands touch.

Alex placed a hand upon his cheek and leaned on the counter with his elbow, looking slightly vexed and ultimately bored.

Alexander Adrastos paused with a fork with the piece of bacon hanging from it lightly, yet to enter his mouth. "Oh... ...Right" He said with a foolish smile, placing the fork down and sliding it over, holding out his hand expectantly for the plate of fish and the aptly named; Cold Coffee. "Cold, right? Yeah, I know what you're thinking. Weird guy right? Yeah, you'd be kinda right, just my luck, but it's what you get when you work as a bloody intern." Alexander replied as he continued to look abysmally bored.

Alexander Adrastos gratefully took the plate with a thankful smile, placing it down upon the counter in-front of himself. "Ah, yeah." Alexander said as he eyed the bacon with a shrug. "I gotta keep my protein up and shit, can't have bacon every-day anyway." Adrastos said with a joke, gesturing to his stomach(Which was a rather pathetic excuse of not eating bacon, because one could plainly see the decently sized abs underneath the plain orange shirt.)

Alex shuffled his coat and took a long gulp of coffee before replying. "Alexander, you can call me Alex if you w-" He was interrupted by the large Naga-Morph behind them.

He held out a finger with a stern and watchful gaze before ripping open his messenger bag and started to sketch the poor bastard in the most vivid(Horrible) detail. The leather front had the entitlement; "Alexander Adrastos. Theoretical Biology. Department of Geno-Corp."

Alexander Adrastos shook his head. "I know he is, but this provides me with the information on how to prove it all in the scientific way of fact, you know? Realistically speaking. I can't walk back to my internship and go; "Hey guys, I'm ready for a promotion because I saw a snake-person in the bar." With all the shit that goes on in here, they think I'm the one whose mad." Alexander bumbled, finishing his detailed(Read; Still horrible) sketch into his messenger bag before looking between them both and smiling faintly.

"Sorry if I came off wrong, It's just that my job is rather uh..."

"How can I put this without swearing... No wait, I can't. It's horrible bullshit and I want a promotion or something." He said with a firm nod.

Alexander Adrastos stood in the middle of bar, trying to sketch Kumiho with as much skill as he could(Which is dreadful). Alexander was biting his tongue as he leaned against the door, which was rather stupid of him to do so, mind you.

The bearded man had an intense look of concentration on his face as he tried to make sure he got everything just right.

Alexander Adrastos hit the floor with a loud scuffle, as he had been leaning on the door a few minutes ago before being shoved out of the way by a Katana-wielding, blonde lady. Alexander blinked twice before getting to his feet and looking at his now, rather dismal looking sketch.

Adrastos looked from Cane to his notepad several times before going; "Eh, wasn't that great either."

Alexander Adrastos rubbed his eye slightly. "Yeah, bit stupid of me to lean there anyway, heh?" Adrastos said with a slight amused smile breaking on his lips. In truth, his sketch was rather horrible with no sense of artistic expression, it looked more like it was designed to study something not draw it in full detail.

"I dunno, seems kinda crap to me." Alexander said before extending his hand. "Alexander, you can call me 'AA."

Alexander Adrastos shrugged, looking down at her hands. "You are a brawler then? I could use a brawler... I draw and study monsters you see, vampire mostly." Alex said with a nod. "I can't stalk vampires on my own because I have a phobia of them, I just get so petrified of them I can't move, irony at it's best... So you go around chopping people up with that uh..."

"Longsword, correct?"

Alexander Adrastos scratched his head. "It's uh... Wing City?" he said flatly. "You didn't come fro-" He turned to Timo before nodding. "Bounty hunter then, maybe... No wait, don't want to know..." The Major said with a slight mumble. Alex put his hands in his pockets, taking the notepad back and stuffing it with his hands. "Point is, maybe you're the strange one, 'tellin me that Vampires don't exist while lugging around a claymore."

Alexander grinned.

Alex shrugged.

Alexander Adrastos read a scribbled list held in his tanned hand. "Uh... Two imps apparently, maybe a uh... 'voidborn' too." Alexander said with a shrug, placing the notebook back into his coat and pulling a kevlar jacket and strapped it under his trench-coat. "Just so you know, I don't fight." Adrastos said "So when I say, let's... I mean you." He said with a smug smile.

"It's all no biggie though, I think this will be easy, it's not like... Cthulhu[Pronunciation: Cth-ulu].

Alexander Adrastos did bother. "Its an ancient alien under the sea, big and green... Sends people insane, really really disturbing and stuff. Beard out of tentacles and stuff, honestly a badass if it wasn't for the prophecy which said he would enslave us all and cover the earth with the bodies of our dead." Alex said with a thoughtful nod. "I promise when we get the funds, we'll buy you a reinforced ninja suit." Alexander said with a shrug.

AA quickly crossed to the back of the truck. "Open it up, Yin." he shouted to the front of the truck as a dreadlocked head peered from the side with a small monkey on his shoulder. "Sure thing, 'da boss." Yin then slammed a fist on a red button and the gate wound up and then AA ran over to the door and placed a hand on the handle.

"The things in there, are evil... and very, very pissed off."

Alexander Adrastos rolled his eyes back towards Cane. "Oh, the sons of Odin would be impressed, viking." He said with a smug chuckle. There was a loud bang from inside as something hit a wall and the sound of a low growl from behind the door.

"Alright, their weakness is uh..." He pulled out his notepad for a second before stuffing it back inside his coat pocket. "Eyes."

And with that, Alexander pulled open the door to reveal a large, demonic beast with enough muscle to make it look like a red ape, three large horns and a 'void' shaped hole in it's stomach.

"Shi- That's not an Imp."

Alexander Adrastos held up his notepad, flipping though it behind them. "That's the voidborn... Uh... Yeah! Stab it in the hole or something!" He shouted loudly, stuffing the notepad away before looking up and getting a brief second to sidestep out of the way of an Imp trying to jump from a window and land on his face, the large critter had shark teeth but a small, crimson body with a cute tail.

There was only one solution for an Imp. Alexander gave it the biggest cook he could, sending it flying as it burst into ash, erasing it's presence like it was ever there.

The Ape-demon-ox held up a large and chubby fist to lazily deflect the sword, using it's other hand to swing a mighty blow towards her in return, the hole in it's stomach flexing and looking vulnerable by the second.

Alexander Adrastos screamed loudly, much like a girl as he clawed his face and threw the sliced in-half demon, bleeding gore over his face and rubbing ash upon it too as it swiftly decomposed back to hell, as did the void demon.

Alex simply fumed and stared before quickly dashing back to the truck.

"Better run! We don't have a proper license to be doing this!" He shouted, a hint of disgust and anger in his voice.

Alexander Adrastos swung his arms around before patting the monkey on the head at the front of the truck, which sent the monkey to swat the Jamaican over the head with a hand, which in turn sent the van speeding away, door slamming behind them as Alexander rubbed his face with the end of his coat. "I know, that's why I have a major in biology, did you really have to risk cutting my head off?!"

Alexander Adrastos held down a hand towards Circe that was covered in spilled milk and a couple of grains of whatever cereal Alexander had just been eating. "You ok- Asking after your wellbeing is like asking after the wellbeing of someone in America because a fire broke out in Russia." He started to say before breaking off into a quick-said rant under his breath. "Come on, let's go and I'll make you breakfast."

Alexander Adrastos blinked. "Uh, not so much home... More... Big apartment thing with stuff I like in it." He pointed across the street he had ran across to get to her, bowl balancing on the edge of it just in the view of the eye. Alexander had noticed that her hand did feel a little odd but dismissed it as an effect of abuse, he wasn't a major in Psychology after all.

Alex opened the door, leading her inside the hallways as he mumbled to himself as he led to the kitchen room which resembled a dismal interpretation of a home-cooking show. "What do you eat? Juice? I once saw some magician bloke turn a carton of orange juice into orange juice, beer, milk, coke and ginger ale. That makes him five times better than Jesus or something." He said as he let tried to let go of her hand to rain the cupboards.

Alexander Adrastos held out both of his arms. "Uh, okay. I already said I couldn't hurt a fly, do you y'know... understand english there?" He said uncertain, trying to slide free of the hug and move in-front of an open cupboard in an effort to make anymore physical contact impossible. "Well, I'm still hungry so I'm going to take this chocolate bar." He said as he stuffed a bar, wrapped and all between his lips.

"Mfmfm." He started to say, then removed the bar from his mouth and said. "You don't want to ring the police or something?"

Alexander Adrastos shrugged. "Uh... Okay! Fine! No Police." He commented, eying her warily as he unwrapped the bar and started to eat it as he moved out of the kitchen, closing the doors that related to vampire study, thinking that if she caught sight of the Vampire research rooms it would disturb her more than she already was. "Fair enough, no police... So what do you do? I mean... What's your name?" He asked as he slammed one of the doors.
