Personality: Can sometimes be kind, sometimes mischievous, he's a great friend who will listen when his friends are down and will protect his friends when they're in danger, but Arashi sometimes acts like he's the greatest and will often lie about his own feelings, but despite being a bit self-centered, he always puts his friends first

Equipment/Abilities: Like his mother he can create something out of nothing, but he doesn't go anywhere near creating life, he can also remove his physical limits if with little to no negative side effects, although he prefers to fight hand-to-hand using only gauntlets (Which are made of an unnamed magic metal which increases his punching power severely) and his shoes (Which between the outside and the inner lining are filled with the same magic metal as his gauntlets which strengthens his kicks severely), but if need be he will use his powers to give himself the upper hand

Historical Background: His mother died soon after he was born, so some of his older 'siblings' (Who aren't actually related by blood) took care of him and raised him, he would often like to play pranks and eventually earned the nickname 'The Trickster Creator', when the council of Creators disbanded he started traveling the multiverse saving worlds, he would sometimes die, but when he did his soul would leave his old body and travel to a new world and create a new one, then one time he died he decided he wanted a more peaceful life and went to one of the many Earths, when he arrived he sensed a strong aura laced with the feeling of death, he then went to go check it out, out of curiosity, and he found himself in a hospital, looking at a newborn with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck, the doctors unwrapped the cord and tried to get the baby to breathe, Arashi felt pity for the newborn and decided to make the newborn his mortal host in return for keeping the newborn from walking through the doors of death, after the newborn grew up and became known as Storm B Caster, eventually Storm left that Earth and started travelling time and space with some friends, after a while Storm and Arashi decided to get Arashi his own body and worked a bit and managed to get him one, but Arashi left a shard of his soul behind in Storm so Storm can still use Arashi's powers
