Archangel, diplomatic, eloquent, gullible and trusting.
Despite the intimidating exterior, Kaiden, who was placed in his position at fifteen years old, is a benevolent leader. He believes that kindness begets more kindness, and by employing careful diplomacy and compromise, he leads his followers subjectively and with a a gentle hand. He is hard to dissuade when he feels something is firmly right or wrong, and morality is not a question. He is supposed to be the moral leader of the people and the other angels, and he thinks that the only way to do this is to uphold traditional morality. When upset, Kaiden introverts, becoming very quiet in contrast to a usually cheerful disposition. He has a good sense of humor, and his comrades in politics often tire of his joking on a serious matter.
Carefully placed words, and when necessary, his wings.
Kaiden was raised as the son of the archangel Raphael, son of Gabriel and so on. He was placed as archangel at the tender age of fifteen years old, and now, at nearly thirty two, he has been an effective leader most of his life. He lost his mother Hagar just after achieving status as archangel, and her death still troubles him terribly, as he and Raphael were never close, the older angel cold and domineering, strict with his training. He has fathered no children, to the disgust of his father, who sees this as rebellion against fathering an heir to the next archangel position.
