Whilst angels do not have a true physical form that humans/other creatures can lay eyes upon; they do take over vessels to be seen.  This will be left out, due to the fact vessels can range from person to person with consent.  There is never a time where an angel forces themselves into the body of another, only under rash circumstances.  Vessels can range from person to person, usually befitting the personality of the requesting angel. Barman is the "Angel of Intelligence", he is of low power; however, and was tasked to be sent Down. He is extremely wise, and, as his title says, intelligent. He was distant from the other brethren of his kin, and instead did what he wished to. He kept his distance, and this resulted in the growing vice of Envy-- which inflicted the angel until he was cast down Down to realize what people who let vices control them are. This, however, is where he is now. Exploring the world until deemed "fixed".

Trai Saylor was the vessel of choice. They were a very successful, very intelligent, loyal, and religious man. They had no accountable family, but they had a business that was rising from the folds-- As well as a loving fiance. However, his wife-to-be began getting sick. And to afford medication, Trai worked more shifts than he could count on one hand, to the point he ran it into the ground. Without a business, and a rapidly dying fiance, he resulted to praying; where he was requested to be a vessel, staying in the body with another. He hastily agreed, as long as his wife would be cured of illness. They promised him eternal life and youth, which was then agreed upon. With the terms set, he was asked to prove his faith by drinking a dose of poison; being promised that if he trusted them, he would be fine. Skeptical, arguing about his own faith, he accepted the terms anyway-- with his fiance on mind. Drinking the toxic chemicals, no damage was caused other than a small burning in his chest. He was terrified; but as promised, his life was still intact. Barman then took him as a vessel, and it continued from there on out.
