Samurai remnant of a long-lost clan. Related to Jerico, indirectly.
Your typical self-centered egomaniac. Claims to be a mercenary, but rarely accepts any jobs, as they are, almost, all "beneath him". What jobs he DOES accept do not come cheap. Proclaims himself the greatest shot of all time, as well as unrivaled in swordsmanship. Though he was born and raised within the Do'Lantul clan, he failed to take upon himself the same virtues of Bushido as Jerico has. In spite of their close proximity, Jerico and Belias have yet to meet since their clan was all but wiped out. As a result, they each believe themselves to be the last of the clan.
Carries a rifle of strange, outlandish design. This rifle fires only once before needing to be reloaded, and fires special rounds, which only Belias seems to carry in abundance. These rounds are of a large, heavy caliber, and explode upon impact, though only enough to affect his intended target. To date, he has never missed, or so he claims. He also carries a katana of similar design to Jerico's, and made from the same metals and techniques. As a result, it is considered unbreakable, though the edge will dull if struck by a hard surface enough times. It is incredibly dificult to sharpen this blade, due to it's resiliant nature and resisstance to manipulation. He is also known to carry a small revolver somewhere on his person, though its location will change from time to time. Carries several small pills made from the same herbs and other ingredients as Jerico's whiskey, alcohol and all. Upon consumption, this pill will not only restore energy and invigorate, but stimulates one's marrow to increase blood-production for a short time; excellent for use after battle to speed recovery.
Never took to the creeds and virtures of Bushido, the cornerstone of the Do'Lantul clan's heritage. He was the only members of the Do'Lantul to flee the homeland as it came under attack and, as a result, was the only member not present for the following battle, leaving him as the sole survivor of the Do'Lantul, save for Jerico. Before he left, Belias managed to take with him the formula for the Do'Lantul's whiskey, which blended together several herbs and other ingredients to create a restorative concoction. He became a mercenary, using his considerable skills in both marksmanship and swordsmanship to become infamous. He has come, now, to Wing City, to kick back and relax, for a change. Little does he know, his past may yet come back to haunt him, in the form of Jerico, the only other survivor of the Do'Lantul clan.
Somewhere during one of his greater exploits, he met the fairy, Selena, who, for whatever reason, decided to come along with him on his adventures. She is a bit more whimsical than Belias, and devious in nature, often making lewd comments in spite of Belias' attempts to keep the conversation civil. She also has the ability to heal wounds, making her an incalculably valluable ally, to Belias. Ultimately, they are loyal to one another, though they will often claim otherwise.
