Benjamin Smith strode down the stairs, running a hand through his hair as he looked around, stretching his arms above his head as he let out a yawn, not even taking the time to look at the other patrons before he made his way to one of the corners of the room. He put in his iPod and began to listen to some music, raising his feet to lean against the table, resting back against the comfortable seat, closing his eyes as he let the music drift into his mind, a content, yet silent sigh escaping his lips.
Benjamin Smith looked to see if there was a bartender in Gambit's, glancing at the counter rather absentmindedly before he bit his lip as another song started, reaching with his hands behind his head to lace his fingers, feet tapping with the beat softly.
He closed his eyes again, humming quietly as the song continued, filling his mind enough to stop the thoughts.

Benjamin Smith opened his eyes when he heard a voice they didn't come from his iPod, quickly pausing the song before his gaze traveled to look the girl that was next to him in the eyes, the softest of smiles acros his face.
"Hello?" he responded, almost as if suprised by someone walking up to him, he was used to waste his time alone, he hadn't needed much time to figure that out. There was something interesting about her eyes though. He shifted slightly to be in a less slouchy position, turning his posture slightly to face her partially.

Benjamin Smith shook his head slowly, gesturing towards the place next to him with his hand. "Not at all, make yourself comfortable," he said, biting his bottom lip softly as he laid his arm over the back rest of the spot he had just offered her, just to see what it would cause. Although he wasn't much of a people's guy, he was curious about it.
"Yes, I am," he responded with a small smile, tilting his head slightly before he introduced himself. "I am Benjamin," he told her. Benjamin, it meant something like the youngest one. He wasn't sure if it matched his personality, but then again, he didn't knew that much about personalities.
"Have you been here before?" he asked, trying to be friendly, she had been friendly to him, so he had to return it, right?
"Yes, I am," he responded with a small smile, tilting his head slightly before he introduced himself. "I am Benjamin," he told her. Benjamin, it meant something like the youngest one. He wasn't sure if it matched his personality, but then again, he didn't knew that much about personalities.
"Have you been here before?" he asked, trying to be friendly, she had been friendly to him, so he had to return it, right?
Benjamin Smith listened to what the girl said, unable to imagine himself saying as much as her in such a brief time. But he supposed that was just something girls could do. "Oh, I see, that sounds nice," he responded with a soft smile, his low voice comfortable for the ears. And as she looked around the room, he would do the same, having the fake illusion that something was going on because of her glance, yet he couldn't find something that interested him more than this girl at the moment.
His eyes widened when she asked him for his age, a reliefed sigh as she continued, probably forgetting what she had said as soon as she had said something differint. Or at least he hoped. "16, huh?" he responded, a bit confused about the three days, not yet knowing what to think of it.
"You don't need to go," he assured her. Yet she suprised him again, his mind thinking about why someone would kill her for saying such a thing, that sounded a bit unrealistic, didn't it? "I'm sure they won't," he added, his words looking like so few compared to hers.

"Let's just say I fell behind," he responded, not knowing his own age exactly, after a while he just forgot to take track of the time. "I think it was," he added and laughed a bit, watching her eyes closely as they appeared to have changed colour.

"Woah, then I assume you are powerful, huh?" he asked before he stopped himself from letting his mouth fall open, looking back at her eyes with interest. Magic wasn't new to him, but if this girl knew how to use hers she could be rather powerful.

Benjamin Smith leaned forward slightly at her giggle, feeling more comfortable than before, his arm slowly sliding off the backrest of her seat and onto her shoulder, if he wouldn't stop himself. He'd have to notice it to do that, though.
"Well thank you," he responded kindly as he looked her up and down for a moment, biting his bottom lip while he thought he was looking rude. So his gaze would quickly travel back to her face.
"You should, things could go horribly wrong if you don't," he replied, having to lean forward slightly more to hear her whisper. A soft chuckle emitted from his lungs as he thought about his answer. "Not a good idea indeed," he responded, thinking about the damage she could have caused if she had stayed a baby for longer, glad she aged fast. He joined her with laughter, smiling a bit wider at her next comment, shifting slightly closer to her when he saw the wink.
"Oh am I?" he asked, a hint of curiosity in his voice.

Benjamin Smith thought about it, shivering slightly at the idea. "The only solution would be being good," he responded, a hint of teasing in his voice as he watched her eyes, wondering what caused the colour change of her eyes, yet leaving it as an unspoken question.

"I won't know if red looks nicer without seeing it, though," he added with a smile, before watching her chew her lower lip, then her eyes. "Yes, yet," he repeated with a playful look about his face, letting his hand rest in her neck for a moment.
"Nah, it was my fault," he responded with a smile, listening to her again as he forced his eyes to look at hers, shaking his head slightly at the unexpected question. Benjamin Smith closed his eyes again as he felt her lips on his, opening them soon after as she pulled away rather fast, noting the colour of her cheeks before he laid one hand down upon on of her cheeks. Warm.
"I'm glad I do," he responded kindly, mixed feelings about the 'just an experiment' part, but he decided not to think too much about it. His eyes would follow her hand, however.

Benjamin Smith was flustered by her question, a small smile still decorating his face as he tilted his head a bit. He didn't know what or how to answer, so he'd simply nod, not knowing if he was being too naive when trusting someone he just knew a day. But for her days had to look long, seeing that she aged rather fast. For him it was quite the contrary.

Benjamin Smith indeed followed her, as asked. He didn't want to look rude. He quickly catched up with her and shivered slightly, feeling the cold air on his skin. He hadn't expected to go outside this night so he hadn't taken a jacket with him. Maybe that had been stupid.

Benjamin Smith took her hand gently, looking at her as she was almost on eyelevel with him, a smile on his lips, watching the colour of her eyes before his gaze moved to look at her lips. "What will happen?" he asked, words edged with curiosity, one brow raised as he sqeeuzed her hand gently.
Benjamin Smith sighed contently when he felt the warmth flow through him, closing his eyes until she answered his question, nodding softly. "It feels nice," he told her and kept holding her hand, feeling himself get warmer with the second. The warmth would probably cause him to blush the slightest bit, but he didn't notice it.
"Yes Kari?" he responded and tilted his head, a soft smile on his features as he watched her face closely.

Benjamin Smith frowned at Kari and shook his head. "Not at all," he assured her, turning to face her and he took her other hand in his, and not just for the warmth. "I like you're rambling, I'm not much of a talker, you see?" he replied, his low voice pleasing for the ear, his eyes focused on hers.
