Cailin Sonoma's Story

No one could say why the black-furred wolf decided to paw her way into Gambit's bar. It certainly wasn't the strangest occurance for the establishment. Yet, at the moment, she did seem to stick out like a rather large, fluffy, sore thumb.
She lifted her nose in the air, ears pricking as the scent of prey reached her nostrils. Padding around a corner, and between a conversating pair, the animal caught sight of Mohatmas shmoozing on another patron.
Cat.
A vicious snarl rolled past her curled lips, and, acting purely on instinct, the massive wolf leaped for the cat.
She lifted her nose in the air, ears pricking as the scent of prey reached her nostrils. Padding around a corner, and between a conversating pair, the animal caught sight of Mohatmas shmoozing on another patron.
Cat.
A vicious snarl rolled past her curled lips, and, acting purely on instinct, the massive wolf leaped for the cat.
The wolf crashed into the table, snapping table-legs and crashing to the floor. She yelped, rolling, knocking out the feet from underneath someone's chair before leaping to her feet, and streaking after the ugly brown cat.
She slammed bodily into Markuss' chair, her claws skittering across the floor as she raced towards Dyew.
Poor fellow, probably thought he was just going to relax. Nope. The wolf made to slide beneath the table, coming out on the other side and pulling the table with her. She slammed into the wall, yelping again, then turned to race after the cat.
She jumped on a chair, launching herself through the air, with jaws snapping at the cat's tail.
