Cee-Fer A hulking figure in a tattered but somewhat useful set of enlarged clothes steps up to the main doors of the police station. Massive, the man stood easily seven feet tall and was just about as broad- all of it thick muscle, his flesh broken in places by what looked to be crystals growing from within his form. One mighty hand presses and pops the door open, possibly damaging it in the process...it had been meant to swing the other way. Ducking and turning he moves through the door's frame without bumping his head, and makes his way to the front desk to wait and be seen by an officer, "I have a crime to report."

Thankfully, the newly installed and heavily reinforced doors held their own against Cee-Fer's entry, making an example of what good doors could do. Sonya could be proud that the one notable thing she'd introduced during her period as acting chief was performing well.

The woman at the front desk was dark haired, dressed in a turtleneck sweater, and looked far more interested in her computer than the hulking creature in front of her. It was several long moments after Cee-Fer spoke, during which she continued to click and type away at the machine, that she finally turned to face him.

"Okay then, sir," Danielle said, apparently unphased by the creature's appearance. "Do go on. Can I take your name, as well?"

Grunt. What was it he was supposed to say? The words were there, but jumbled. Ding, it came back. "Th' name is C-4, C-e-e F-e-r, like da esplosive. Ya know? Anyway. I represent the group what done blowed up that auction ova in Town Square ta udder day." He extended both massive arms before him, hands hanging from wrists limply- the typical pose for one waiting for handcuffs. "I trow me-self before da murcy of da coit. When is lunch served?"

What the hulk lacked in smarts he made up for in both dedication and strength- He had standing orders from Pandemic not to leave this building un-arrested, should the clerk give him any issues there would be a few new windows, maybe a need for a coat of paint. Who knew? Cee-Fer knew how to party.

Danielle stared at the hulking man for several more seconds, before sighing. "Okay then. One moment, please."

The agent picked up her phone and dialed a number. When it was answered, she turned away to speak. "Hello, this is Danielle. I'm at the front desk, having someone confessing to being part of the group behind the bomb attack in the Town Square."

She glanced back at him. "He's quite large. I think we'll need the special handcuffs."

After a few more moments, she put the phone down and looked back to Cee-Fer. "Someone will be right with you." she said. Her calm and ambivalent demeanor towards this affair was perhaps more than a little odd, considering a massive man-beast of unknown species was standing before her confessing to terrorism, but then, she did work the front desk of the Wing City Police Department. She'd seen some shit.

Some time later, backup arrived in the form of a stern looking older man, one eye glowing in a clearly robotic fashion, clad in full uniform, flanked on either side by a pair of redheaded twins similarly clad. The man gave Cee-Fer a once over, frowning at him before pulling ann energy-cuff device from his belt. He tapped in a few measurements to them, and activated them to produce a pair of dimly glowing solid-energy cuffs that would fit over the man's absurdly large arms and hopefully be strong enough to actually hold them.

"Alright, big man. Name's Captain Jeremiah Darcy, and I'm here to be your babysitter for the day." the man said as he moved to slap the cuffs on to Cee-Fer, "These two ladies are Sergeants Tanya and Marissa, and they're here to shit all over your brain if you get the urge to cause trouble. We clear? I understand you have some bombing to confess to, so why don't we take ourselves a trip off to a cell and talk about that?"

He gave a surprisingly strong tug to Cee-Fer's arm and moved to direct him down the hallway towards one of the high-security holding chambers. To call it a cell would be doing it an injustice. It was bigger, tougher and equipped with a lot more tech than most cells could boast. While the R.I.P was still recovering from its recent massacre-breakout, rooms like it at the station were seeing their fair share of use.

Elegance Chandela materialized within the station, an orange chandelier that hovered, and apparently was able to flash a demure smile. She floated towards the front desk, and hovered in front of it. The voice that spoke seemed to be feminine, and had a bit of a breathy essence to it, making for a mystical sound. It had some upper-class flair to it as well.
Pardon me, but this is the local Department of Law Enforcement, correct?

The chandelier hovering was striped and round, and possessed magenta colored eyes that were round and pupil-less. She also had small black spikes atop her head, from which a tall orange flame flared. She had a black spike below her head, with curling black lamp-holding structures from below her head keeping orange flames at their tips.

Cee-Fer Rather than rage about or fight the officers as one might think a creature of Cee-Fer's size and looks would, the giant simply nods once and follows along meekly. The cells were impressive, looked to be several layers of armor on top of other armor- there were doubtless other counter measures as well, hidden from plain sight and whatnot. All the beast saw though was shrapnel. A grin split his massive face as he waited to be locked up.

Jeremiah led Cee-Fer into the holding chamber and gestured at what was a laughably tiny bed compared to the size of the new occupant. "Feel free to take a seat," the dark-skinned man said, folding his arms and leaning onto the wall of the room. Tanya and Marissa made their way into an adjacent room with a small one-way window to observe.

The Captain waited for Cee-Fer to make himself 'comfortable' before speaking again. "So, big man. What's your name, and what exactly do you want to tell us about those bombings aside from 'it was me'? You don't strike me as the type that someone'd miss when they were giving us statements, so if you were involved, you obviously weren't the one doing the ground work."

He unfolded his arms to pace a short distance across the room. "So before we start with the questions, what do you want to tell us, huh?"

Cee-Fer The bed creaked under his weight, it was metal and bolted to the wall..and it still seemed to sag under the mass of the sitter. C-4 was a big man. Leaning forward he sits with his hands hanging between his knees, elbows resting on his thighs somewhat, as comfortable as he was gonna get it would seem. "Yep. Name wuz left at the desk, I ain't no parrot. See, we are a group, ya know. Loose Ends. Like the kinds that can make a proper noose if twisted just right. We have plans in the works, see? And I was sent here to see if yous piggies could be dealt with...or DEALT with if not."

The giant man sits up straight, and grins at the officer, a roll of his shoulders and the cuffs snap, leaving behind a pair of pretty bracelets. Hands open, arms spread from the effort. "Now, these won't be needed, see? We is just talkin. Not like Im armed anyhow." He would wait, seeing what reaction this brought. Truth was any metal had a fatigue point, since being cuffed Cee-Fer had been working at the stress tolerance of the linchpin on the cuffs, he found it.

"Not many people who can snap a pair of energy cuffs," Jeremiah replied flatly, "Colour me impressed. Loose Ends, huh? I imagine there's a story behind that name, but I don't imagine you'll be much the one to tell me it."

The big man didn't exactly seem like the brains behind the operation, Jeremiah had decided, though he was admittedly a little prejudiced by the muscled appearance. Brawn didn't always mean lack of brains, after all. "Just talking, right, big man. Now here's the deal, the only deal I'm going to entertain here today or any other day. We don't play nice with terrorists. We don't make compromises, not after you bomb the city and kill dozens of innocent children. You understand me, big guy? That type of deal is off the table."

Jeremiah gave Cee-Fer a flat stare, "Closest to a deal people who kill children get is coming quietly in exchange for not getting a bullet between the eyes. But say, let's just say for a moment that you were a victim here. Let's just say you came here after a change of heart, and wanted to try and make things right. You give us information that can bring down your party of kiddie killers, and you might just benefit from it in the long term."

Cee-Fer A snap of his fingers, a small spark. As this event happens a dull shimmer flows across Cee-Fer's mass. "A right shame that is. A right shame. We heard the police wuz dirty, could take a hint when to stay outa hair. We musta heard wrong. Ah well."

The grin grows wider, the hulk knew what his job was next. If the cops wouldn't play ball it was time to change the game. Orders were orders after all. Some species in the universe evolved different ways of defending themselves- be it spikes or toxic venom. Cee-Fer came from a rocky world that had the unfortunate task of supporting a war-like race of humanoids who had evolved the ability to blow themselves up. There were a lot of craters. What good came from self-destruction? Not a lot. But when you could survive the explosion and do it again at a later date...it became quite a useful.

"Right, time for me to go I guess..." the hands clenched, the crystals along the mass of the man flashing brightly...then the world exploded into fire and chaos. The force of the blast would be about equal to Cee-Fer's body weight in high explosives, all contained in the cell...with only one way to go to get out. The explosion would take the path of least resistance and flow outward into the hall and expand. There would be a lot of damage. Even if the cell's counter measures could somehow stop the explosion from escaping the confines of the cell...pressure would still build within the box of a room, rising far beyond what the builders had planned when constructing the structure. Eventually one plane would buckle- the floor, the walls, the ceiling, it didn't matter...the blast was going somewhere.

Now, Jeremiah had been in Wing City for long enough to know that a spark and a shimmer of light generally meant bad fucking things. "Ladies..." he murmured, knowing that Tanya and Marissa would be listening in. "I reckon now's about the time you ought to be putting old spiky here into bubble time-out."

In the adjacent room, the psionic sisters exchanged words and agreements without so much as looking at one another. Together, their minds focused, and an invisible barrier of psychic energy formed around the powerful man to prevent him from harming the Captain.

They hadn't been expecting the explosion, however. The psychic barrier served to take the edge off of the explosion, but it didn't hold. Both sisters were sent reeling with the mental shock as the blast broke out into the containment chamber.

Jeremiah shielded his face as the shockwave launched him from his feet and into the wall, hard, and the structure's kinetic shielding strained. But the cell was designed to hold superhumans who could punch through metal or demonic psychopaths who could shoot fire blasts from their nostrils. In the end, as the smoke cleared, the chamber held. Its wall had buckled outwards and the observation partition's window was smashed, but it held.

The Captain had suffered. The human parts of him were burned, twisted and broken, only his cybernetic parts and life-systems keeping him remotely alive. When the officers who first responded to the blast hurried into the room, he was taken quickly to intensive care, where he would be staying for a long time. In the observation room, Tanya and Marissa had gotten away with only minor burns and scratches when the window had shattered.

There was chaos, but it was a contained and short lived chaos as people figured out what had happened. Safe to say, Loose Ends were well and firmly on the department's radar, now.

Cee-Fer When the smoke would clear and the damages were assessed they would discover that the hulk was gone, in his place a pile of dull grey rocks. If one was creative enough they could rebild the shape of the giant from the bits- minus the explosive crystals. Cee-Fer was gone- for now. These stones all remain dead and dull...somewhere there was a vibrant and living one, and in time the beast would walk once more on Terra.

The hulk arrived in his position about five minutes late, as was expected...so he TECHNICALLY arrived on time. "Don' know why I had ta walk th' whole way. Coulda stole a car 'er somefin. Buncha bullshit.." he grumbled as he shambled over and leaned against a building. It had taken him about a month and a half to regenerate to his normal size after the attack on the Wing City Police Department. Now he was going to have to do it all over again. This made him grumpy.

"Dunno why we couldn' jus send in a normal bomb...why I gotta play fuckin' suicide bomma again..." he shook his head and reached into the tattered bit of cloth he used for pants, retrieving a gnarled cigar and lighter. Clamping it between his teeth he light up and let out a plume of smoke. In about ten minutes..there would be a crater here.

A whistle? "Da Fuck..whos checkin me out? Want some of dis?" Cee-Fer unzipped his zipper and gestured lewdly at the source of the sound- which to him sounded like it came from some woman walking a dog. He was a bad judge of sound, and a worse judge at when a situation needed lewd crotch action. The woman screamed and fled. The hulk grinned and chuckled. It was almost time, "Wuzzint there sposed to be a new guy here helpin or some shit? Man..if I gotta do EVERYTHING Im gonna kick that fool in the ass..."

He blinked. Well...this raised a few questions in his small mind. Was the mission still on? There was some kinda angel and such, a man with a chair and some dandy with a pig-sticker now. He had no way to reach Pandemic, so he gave a little shrug and began gathering his will inward to trigger his power. For a blast this size it would take quite a bit of focus- something he had trouble with honestly. "Ah well...more da merrier an all that..."

A strange feeling came over the man, a warmth..and a slight vibration. It filled him with what felt like pure energy. He felt stronger, and more focused than he ever had before. "Unleash the fires." the words echoed in his head. "Yeah...unleashin em...sure..."

The crystals alond the massive being's mass began to glow slightly, as power gathered within them- though at a faster rate than usual. Much like a large light bulb it would take a few minutes for them to be 'warmed up' as it was. Soon, Cee-Fer would be ready. "Hope da new guy is ready.."

Things were about to get brighter. A lot brighter. Cee-Fer let go, releasing all the focused energy and flooding his crystals. The mark of Malal blazed brightly as the crystals shatter..and wash the area in a blanket of pure destruction. The force cuts downward, as was planned, to hit the buried gas main that ran below the plaza. The result was a bloom of fire that spewed into the air..and spread in a massive mushroom of chaos.

The initial blast would be more than enough to cause terrible damage to the surrounding buildings as well as shattering the street in a spreading web of melted slag and debris. The effect on the gathered host would be unknown- a few were Hell based beings after all, they might even enjoy the flames. But the resident humans (NPCs) would not fare s well. A majority would be reduced to ashes instantly- the lucky ones. The unlucky? They would be burned terribly, buried in rubble or crippled by the shockwave.

Cee-Fer would be gone, but not forever. Somewhere in the rubble was a fragment of his mass, from this he would regrow again...though it would take quite some time. A month at the least. Maybe more. Regardless, his mission was over.

By now the chunk of Cee-Fer held in Mose's pocket had regenerated into a tiny version of the hulking brute, and had begin struggling within the man's pants. He was unhappy where he was, and didn't like being stuck in the dark. "Hey! Da hell am I?"

Mose would feel a sudden shock, as Cee-Fer sent a miniature fist into his hip in a jab. It wouldn't hurt, but it would be noticeable. A flurry of blows follow, as Cee-Fer freaks out, and starts cussing and thrashing. "Lemmie outa here ya mook! I swear I will eat your first born if this is some fuckin' joke!"

"Short...rou...HEY!" Cee-Fer clings to Mose's pantleg as the larger man goes to walk away. This was a poor idea. One he regrets immediately. "...oh no."

It was like hanging onto a massive bullnd trying to ride along...without dying. Or getting stepped on. This was by far one of his worst ideas. Yet, it was also fun. The same way riding a roller-coaster was. "Oh, oh. Pick me the fuck up!"
