Personality
Charlie is a sassy 185 year old, with her biker girl attitude and her street smart style, she is a great friend to have yet a flirtacious one at that. Loyal and endearing, something is attractive about her, maybe its the way she woves, maybe its the way she talks, its just something that time and again draws men to her. Charlie travels with her companion, a bull mastiff named Diesel.
She can create several things, which makes her sure that she isnt human just she doesnt know what she is :
Blue flame : With a click of her fingers she can form a blue flame at the end which she can control how she likes.
Ice : Forming a slick or projectiles, she can use Ice as a lethal weapon from her palm.
Water : Leaving the tips of her fingers like a hose, the high pressure water can act a defensive and offensive weapon.
Equipment
A cold black yamaha bike, custome painted biker helmet to match, and two blades tucked either into her waistband or her boots.
History
Charlie, having experienced an act that no female should have with a number of males, is a little wary of large male crowds. She found out that she wasnt human when her appearance didnt change, yet she became over 100 years old. She outlived her murdered parents, of which she saw killed, and took to the life of travelling on her bike. Her faithful bike has taken her everywhere, from paris, to greece, to the swiss alps. She has been many places over the world yet she has always been alone.
So begins...

Charlene Phillips with her long red locks pulled into a ponytail behind her head, and her helmet tucked under her arm, Charlie walked into the bar with a new attitude having met someone she knew. But, seeing as that person wasnt here, she walked to the bar and sat alone.
Charlene Phillips looked to Luna and smiled to the welcoming voice. "Umm... yes i guess so" and stood from her seat to try and find a way up.
Charlene Phillips Charlene nodded and swiftly climbed the ladder, jumping back to the nearest rafter she showed her extreme balance as she walked over to Luna and dropped down until she could sit on the rafter next to her.
Charlene Phillips nodded her head back, rippling her red ponytail "'Sup, names Charlie" Yes! She had said it right this time, having previously calling herself Charlene, she waved to Stefany and Luna.
Charlene Phillips looked to Stef with a curious expression before training her eyes back to Luna, her eyes glittering with the mention. She snapped her fingers together and a blue flame erupted from them, receeding to settle to a medium sized flame on the tips of her fingers. "Answer your question?" she asked, making the flame dance in her eyes.
Charlene Phillips cringed, as she did, the flame also seemed to shrink slightly fading to a dull green before bursting back up to a bright blue.
Charlene Phillips Charlie thought for a while then shook her head with a frown. "What were your plans?
Charlene Phillips a buzzing sound came from her pocket and she snatched out her phone. A worried look and flurry of words left her face as she spoke to someone on the other end, before she hung up she said "Hold on, im coming..." "I'm sorry Luna, its my brother, he's been captured...darn hunters" she apologised swiftly before she lept off of the rafters and left on her bike.
Charlene Phillips was away from her usual attire in an attractive red dress with white shoes. Her long red hair was draped over her left shoulder as she walked to the bar and took a seat.
Charlene Phillips Charlie noticed the rather extravagant looking woman enter the bar, the stranger caught her eye so she stood and walked closer to her. She looked near jittery as Charlie checked her own slinky dress and shoes before she addressed the woman. "Umm hi...are you ok?" she asked, her british accent shining through in her tones.
Charlene Phillips Charlie expression must have changed as she watched the woman's movements, she looked at the stranger's dignifies prescence and felt the need to bow slightly, so she did. Her own movements elegant and refined considering her age.
Charlene Phillips Charlene slid off of her bike after cutting the roaring engine and walked into the bar. As she took a few steps through the door, she pulled off her helmet letting her long hair tumbled, shimmering, down her back. Charlene sighed and walked to the nearest stool to sit down.
Charlene Phillips Charlene looked around for a bartender as she placed her helmet carefully on the counter.
Charlene Phillips Charlene nodded as she looked at her thighs. She tapped the muscle with her fingers, not seeing what she liked. "I need to get fit..." she grumbled, although there was nothing wrong with her, she just needed to have someone prove it.
Charlene Phillips Charlene sighed and chuckled to herself, before looking next to her and seeing a child with .. maybe his father. She pulled and funny face to the child before winking and turning her head away.
Charlene Phillips pushed the door open with her free hand, as she clutched the leash of a rather large bull mastiff, tugging at its collar intently. Not having taken her bike today, Charlene had brought her faithful companion, Diesel. Diesal panted as Charlene sat on an empty stool and sunk to the floor to rest its head upon its paws, where Charlie sniggered softly to herself and ruffled the dogs ears.
Charlene Phillips Charlie looped her dogs leash around the leg of her stool and tied it tightly, maybe if she stayed on the stool, the dog would stay there. She laughed to herself again as she searched for a bartender or someone to get a drink.
Charlene Phillips Diesel eyes locked solidly onto a rather large cat, and his hear thrummed faster in his deep chest. Unheard by
Charlene, he glanced up at her, then back Nagemta, where he parted his muzzle in a low threatening growl.
