Personality

Charlie is very hard, mysterious, and cold during his missions. He likes to stay on task. Afterwards, though, he tends to think about why he assassinated that person and tries to see through their eyes and their family's eyes. His eyes betray his kindness and thoughtfulness - one reason no one really sees them. Deep down Charlie wishes he had a girl, but knows that he would only put her in danger. If anything disturbs him or makes him uncomfortable, he will try to push it away. He likes to stay in his own little box of comfort. Rarely does he push himself too far.

Equipment

M21 Sniper rifle with high range scope and silencer. An ordinary looking bag helps him conceal this weapon and ammunition. He also carries a USP .45 pistol with silencer, small flashlight, a D8.0A knife, and a swiss army base knife with lockpicking abilities. This is his typical equipment basis, but occassionaly it changes for special missions. (ex: infrared goggles, night vision goggles..etc)

History

Charlie was at one time enrolled in the army and Spec Ops as a sniper. When he disobeyed protocall and had to shoot an innocent family, he faked-death at the mission site. A fellow comrad, who is also in his bureau and a close friend, helped him disappear and become "Charlie". No one really knows his real name to this day.
