Description
Personality
Generally helpful, and looking to protect as many as he can. Though, standing up for people tends to get him in more trouble than he can handle.
Equipment
Skill: Class change
This allows him to shift into any garb of a job he can think of. With the garb, he can then use any abilites of an average member of that job, be it warrior bartender mage or bard.
He has also discovered a means to give classes to others temporarily, or trade them for their current class, which has opened up a business for him.
History
There was a lesser diety, who could become any random mortal he wished. Though he became bored of toiling over helping everyone, and searched for the one to take his powers and continue on in his stead. After a great search, and giving a few his blessings, he finally chose jay, for his compassion and protective nature towards others. Thus jay was charged with helping as many as he was able with his new skills.
He has since decided that many others are far more competent as these classes than he, and has started experimenting in giving others classes temporarily or permanently.
So begins...
ClassChanger Jay's Story
ClassChanger Jay sees the body forming, and tries to occupy the same space as it. If he had any clue how this worked he wanted to make sure that he wasn't forced into it wrong. He tries to keep still with the body, trying to think about becoming one with it. He was trying very hard to not mess up his part, even though he wasn't really sure what that was.
ClassChanger Jay eeps, and tries to follow moonshine's instructions, thinking of giving melody a big hug as he tries to merge with his new body.
ClassChanger Jay was amazed. It was working! It was only a matter of time now before he'd be able to play with melody again properly. He was so close, he would have to treat ash to something for this. something big. He owed her for such a feat.
ClassChanger Jay waits till he hears that its done before trying to move. He flexes, and stretches his new body a bit. "Wow... it really worked.. thanks so much a-" His voice drops suddenly as he sees what claire had turned into heading straight for ash. "Noo! Leave her alone!" He quickly shifts into the class he can think of best suited for the task, a beastmaster. He cracks a whip at claire, trying to distract her.
ClassChanger Jay uses his whip to keep clair distracted, intent on staying well out of her reach. "Ash is still here! You're going to hurt her if you keep this up!" Fortunately the beastmaster class gave him a nice boost to his agility, so he should be able to keep out of claire's range, especially if she's not able to see.
ClassChanger Jay ohcraps, and shifts to his classic protectors armor, complete with the wings. He flies over to ashleena, and surrounds her in his hold carefully. "You there. If anyone's going to pay it'll be me! I'm the reason she did this, leave her out of it!"
ClassChanger Jay saw the cloud coming, and beat his wings hard in an attempt to disperse it. If that didn't work, he would hold onto ash as he was sent flying, intent on not letting the monster get its way. He would try to correct his landing with his wings.
“
"What sort of pay is required anyway?!" Depending on the answer, he might let it get to ash.

ClassChanger Jay held tight to ash still, not trusting that it was safe yet. "You're gonna be okay ash. I'm not gonna let you get hurt after what you did for me." He looked rather confident about himself.

His face goes flush at the mention of that. "What are you doing wearing it then?!" He looks over ash once more, making sure she was alright. "Come on ash, lets get you back to melody. I owe her a big hug."

ClassChanger Jay shifts garb, now that he didn't assess ash to be in immediate danger. This time to a cleric. "Hold on ash... i'll patch you up real quick." He starts to heal ash, hoping to restore some of the energy she spent on him. "It wouldn't be good for melody to think you were hurt."
The setting changes from Dark Woods to Gambit's Bar
ClassChanger Jay walks back into the bar, glad to be alive again.
ClassChanger Jay sweatdrops at the sight. "Wait... is that where all the bar's food comes from?" He looks down at his burger worried now.
ClassChanger Jay shifts over to a bartender's garb, and steps behind the counter. "What'll you be having miss? " He polishes off some glasses, and makes sure his clothes are fitting right.
ClassChanger Jay pulls out a glass of water and sets it down in front of her. "Well, i don't normally work here, so i don't know. Though if you ask me, a rootbeer float always hits the spot." He prepares two of them, taking one for himself. He then hops over the bar and shifts to his standard traveller's garb. "So what's got you down huh? People don't usually try to drink unless they got something they wanna forget."

"Well that's great to hear. Too many of the locals are upset or trying to get into a fight for some reason or another. People can't just slow down and enjoy themselves anymore." As he pulls back from his rootbeer float, he gets a bit of iced cream stuck on his nose. He doesn't seem to notice.

just as jay's about to get the hint, his attention gets called away by fletcher. "Jay." His answer was as breif and forward as fletcher's question. "Anything else you wanna know?"
