Standing at 5'9, Doctor Watts is a slender man, with lanky arms and legs. His features are gaunt, his nose is small and upturned, short, unkempt blonde hair falls from his head. Doctor Watts' eyes are light gray, however, his vision in his left eye is much worse than his right eye, his left iris is gray but with a blotch of green, a slight mutation from an accident.
Damian normally wears black dress slacks, a dark blue dress shirt, and a white lab coat over it all. Over his left eye he wears what looks like a normal silver rimmed monocle, however, this is a special piece of equipment, able to scan and document people, object, and almost anything else.

Personality
Eccentric is a good word to describe Damian, 'right' and 'wrong' don't matter to him when it comes to researching new and exotic entities. The concept of boundaries are slightly foreign to Doctor Watts, making him a little socially awkward. He usually keeps a cheerful and optimistic demeanor, he is rife with curiosity akin to a child. Damian isn't much of a fighter himself, lacking the muscle and strength of warriors, he's quite the coward when it comes to being threatened with physical violence.
History
Doctor Damian Watts was appointed head of the research division of The Organization of Anomalous Entity Containment and Examination, a newly formed organization for the capturing, containing, and documenting of anomalous entities, as the name implies. Located somewhere in Wing City, the underground complex is a host to many strange creatures, and is complete with an entire security force, lab technicians, engineers, scientists, and the like.

Damian Watts Sat in the grass by the riverbank, watching the clear, flowing water and the few fish swimming in it. A relaxing break was always nice once in a while, yet one couldn't delay work for too long! The soft sounds of the river almost entranced him, completely oblivious to the presence of Tam, the only other individual around here.
Damian Watts His rest had been disturbed, but by whom, and why? The doctor quickly stood up and looked the woman over. “My my...” He muttered, leaning over every which way to get a look at her from all angles. “Who and what are you, fair maiden?” His voice was rife with enthusiasm, his piercing gaze was as well.
Damian Watts “Doctor Damian Watts at your service, it is a pleasure to meet you, Miss Yuehai. Now pray tell me, why are you wandering about all alone out here?” He finally stopped intently observing her body, straightening his posture and locking his gaze to her face. A warm, curios smile was on his own, as was usual for the doctor.
Damian Watts “Ah, walks, clearing mind since... The dawn of time!” Damian began to pace around on the soft grass by the riverbank, now that his rest was disturbed his mind was back to work. “From where do you hail, Miss Yuehai? That is- where are you from? I could bring you home if you so desire, a little company is always nice, am I wrong?”
Damian Watts Looked up at the moon as well, his monocle helped him see in the dark, at least with one eye, so it wasn't a problem for him. The doctor tilted his head though, at Tam. “Wouldn't you wish to be home when it is dark, in the warmth of your own residence, rather than wait until morning?”
Damian Watts Crossed his arms, nodding slightly. Noting the fangs as well as the fact that she burnt easily in sunlight. “That's very interesting, would you mind holding still for a moment?” He asked, then without waiting for an answer, immediately leaned forward, adjust the monocle over his left eye ever so slightly. The wonderful little piece of technology would begin to scan Tam, in an attempt to find and mutations or defects.
Damian Watts After a few moments of scanning he pulled away from her, contemplating on the results of his scan. “Most interesting...” This woman was both a werewolf and a vampire, how queer. Doctor Watts didn't even know that was possible. Scratching his unkempt blonde hair with one hand, he looked at Tam curiously. “Tell me, how did to become both a vampire, and a werewolf? This perplexes me!” He began to pace again, his mind working furiously.
Damian Watts “Please, don't try to lie to me, no point in delaying my research! You're the only one of your kind I've seen, a hybrid... Are there any others like you, are you rejected by both vampires and lycanthropes, how does it all work? As far as I know lycan and vampire genetics were incompatible!” The questions were flowing like the fast moving river beside them, a new discovery, amazing! He quickly adjusted his monocle once more, setting it to record audio and video from this encounter.
Damian Watts This was a unique find, one of a kind! Information must be gathered from this being, for the sake of science. “Why, for research of course! It's my job to research all of you interesting folk. Say...” He took a few steps closer to her, a curious smile still on his face. “Would you like to help me do my job? I would love to examine you!”
Damian Watts “Oh please, it's not as bad as it sounds. And I am a doctor, I know what I'm doing. So why don't you help me out? I'm not trying to hurt you, god forbid!” He extended his hand towards her, wanting her to take it, he couldn't just pass up this new opportunity, no no no!
Damian Watts “Why, I would whisk you away on a wonderful adventure! You'd have to stay in one of our rooms for a few days, but they are most comfy, I assure you.” He nodded with enthusiasm, still holding his hand out for her to take.
Damian Watts Looked horribly disappointed, why was it so hard for them to come along of their own accord? Here was a glorious find, yet she didn't want to go! “Oh come on, it's only a few days, and it's for the betterment of humanity! Don't you want to do a good deed?”

“By researching, examining, and documenting unique entities like you, we humans gain a greater understanding of the world around us! So instead of fumbling around in the dark, we will slowly see more and more, with your help, we could see and understand more. So what do you say?”

Damian Watts “Oh right, your kind are predators and like to eat us humans... That means you're potentially hazardous to my health, that means...” Well, it seemed that this attempt failed, the doctor wasn't going to stick around any longer and risk getting devoured by her. He bolted off into the woods, towards Wing City, the doctor was a fast runner, that was for sure.
Damian Watts Great, look at the trouble he'd gotten himself into now. He should have brought some of the security personnel with him! He kept on sprinting as fast as he could, the end of the forest was in sight, almost there...
Damian Watts Was quickly brought to a halt by Tam as she grabbed onto him. “H-hey, you had better let me go! I have connections, it wouldn't be wise to wrong me!” Doctor Watts was struggling against her grip, this was a bad situation.
Damian Watts “You're a predator, you most likely want to eat me or something, now let me go.” The doctor wasn't smiling, his face a rather pout like scowl on it, which was rare for the doctor. “We humans research each other all the time, for your information.”
Damian Watts “Why yes, we humans go off on adventures together very often...” He shuddered when she said she already ate, now that he was released he faced her, slowly backing away. Perhaps she was more dangerous than he originally thought, a danger to the human race must be contained, yet he was a doctor, not a soldier! He'd leave that to someone else. After backing away from her for a few steps, he quickly turned around and ran again.
