A GV-12 raced down the street with no care to civilian laws concerning speed and dodged various mobile units. It stopped not far from where the Claymore had been parked, and a CB Officer escorted by a Lieutenant and a squad of Delta Caspuleers disembarked from the vehicle.

"The Operation is now underway Captain. UCON is pulling out of Terra."
"Roger, Lieutenant. Make sure all my men are providing needed support. There's no need to lose men during an Evac Op."

Passing by what seemed to be a rather lazy group of three marines, the Captain paused and awaited them to recognized her position and rank. Fascinating that they could be lounging around when all units were to proceed with the mission. They were even smoking a cigar. How lovely.

"Nah, man. We should just stay out here, but hells balls if the Cap'n sees us out here doin' nothin' man. But I really don't wanna go in there, dude. Just ... c'mon. We're assigned to you Ram, so just give us a break, yeah? Damn," one of the 43rd on security detail to Ramirez said.

Sergeant Sid Warner just remained as silent as ever aside from the throaty chuckle. New guys, always so skiddish.

Sergeant Sid Warner just looked at Ramirez and shook his head. "You don't need to do anything. Just stand here until all UCON marines are off planet, and then we move. Just enjoy the ride, Ramirez," the man said while the green-gilled specialist watched the incredible forces of UCON leave Terra. Sid clapped Ramirez on the shoulder and pointed towards the star lift. "You're goin' to have to make a decision here. You can leave with all of us, or you can stay behind. Stay behind though and you'll be all on your own. No need to stay here any longer. This planet has gone to shit, and UCON has other issues to deal with, roger?"

Captain Rhage lead on the convey towards the star lift, maintaining open com links with all present Battalions during the OP. "Lieutenant Hart and Lieutenant Harper, fall back to cover our asses. I want your platoons to be the last on that star lift. Pick up any stragglers you see on the way."

"Roger, Cap'n. Falling back," Hart said through the coms while two Saber's seemed to do an entire 180 turn around to carry out the command.

Sergeant Warner nodded and held his rifle at the low ready with both hands. "Good," was his single worded reply. "H-Hey Sergeant! There's two marines taking a piss on the side of the road! What should we do?" Sid just snorted behind his helm and trudged off towards the two marines and gave them a good shove.

"You should've done that earlier. Time to go. Move!" There were several curses said as a boot had been pissed on because of the shove. They two marines however, did as told, zip their flies and moved on with the rest of the large scale evac.

"Positions secured, Captain. Everything seems to be going smooth so far," come a voice over the com and Rhage merely nodded while never removing her eyes from that datapad. "Pick up speed, I want near that elevator to oversee the operation's security, Lieutenant." The Saber immediately jumped into higher gear, pulled away from the convey, and sped alongside the evacuating marines.

Sergeant Warner moved along with the marines and watched the sides more carefully than the bulk of them. They were out huntin' for stragglers so that Hart and Harper didn't have too many to pick up. "So, what brings you to Terra anyway, Ramirez? Not exactly a great vacation spot. Was it your employer?" The Specialist tagging along with Sid pushed a marine back into formation.

Captain Rhage was soon to arrive at the star lift, but unlike the others, her Saber remained behind. The woman left the vehicle and finally tore her eyes away from the pad to view Vanko just as the Claymore was arriving. The Captain approached him and saluted to the man once she reached the proper distance.

"Operations are commencing smoothly, sir."

"Hm. Woman takes off without telling you where she is going, and steals your shit too. Sounds like my ex-wife," the Sergeant commented while they finally arrived at the star lift and joined up with first and third platoons. There were only two more 43rd units left behind while the rest of UCON trailed through the gate. It was almost game time. "Hey, you like things that go boom? If not, you might want to leave with the other guys. Order are to stay behind and blow the star lift. It's gonna be a bit dangerous, and I feel as if a lot of us have to send in translight signals when it happens. Got a new batch of rookies under our belt, and I just know one of them is going to screw something up. They always do."

"Sixth Platoon, you are in charge of setting up our light show," the Captain ordered while paying no mind to the Commandant and the Graystone. However, the Capsuleer was hardly unaware of their conversation. The woman just had nothing to offer to it. "General Had-Madeen, this is Captain Rhage, I highly suggest you leave Terra. The last of my men will be arriving shortly and carry out the last stage of Operation Star Fall, unless you plan to stay for the fireworks show, sir."

"Sorry bud, you can't stay behind. Hey! What's that over there!" The Sergeant attempted to give Ramirez a rather harsh shove onto the lift and send him away. If he didn't succeed, well then he was going to be quite embarrassed. A big man like him should be able to take someone like Ramirez easily. "This ain't a job for reggie marines, or do-gooders. We Caps can die and come back. You can't. Off you go!"

Six Lieutenants gathered around their Commander while the remaining NCO's gathered up the Capsuleer marines into proper formations. Orders were being shouted and commands being followed.

"Warlords! Maruaders! Legion," came out the platoon names as the men got riled up for their little part in history. A rather enthusiastic war cry from the entire company that would be heard for hundreds of feet. Their Commander just smiled and gave the order to begin the last stage of Operation Star Fall.

Last checks on the explosives were made before the first of the Capsuleer marines were being shuffled into the gate and up the lift. First, Second, and Third platoons were the ones that arrived on the stations along with their commanding officers and NCO's. Fourth and Fifth were not far behind after them, and Sixth had remained behind to secure the location with their Commander.

A Fireteam of four were sent back into the city to carry out special orders to find Mr. Graystone's daughter. They sped down the street away from the star lift as fast as the saber would allow them. That elevator was going to blow at any moment.

"Set detonation time limit, ten minutes, Lieutenant Cook and get my men on that lift before it collapses. It's all yours," said the Captain before she stepped onto the elevator. Cook sent most of his platoon aboard after the Commander had left, and the other half left behind set about arming the massive A6 bombs.

"Time to go Lieutenant. She's set to blow! Ten minutes!" The last of Delta company hustled their asses to get on that star lift, hoping to reach the transports before they ended up dying with the elevator. Nothing was left behind aside from an empty and abandoned field.

The trans would suddenly fill with platoon after platoon of arriving Capsuleers who all stood in one huge crowd and together. They were a rather tightly knit company even if there was much competition between the separate units. They were calling out several names to see that their buddies had made it aboard. Then the Captain would arrive followed soon by the last platoon of Capsuleers. As soon as the very last of the marines had set foot aboard the tran, the A6 charges were coming up on their time limit. Many in Delta scooted towards whatever window they could to watch from above the destruction.

The entire company fell silent and watched below.

First came the brilliant light of the explosion before debris, and dust whirled through the air. A shockwave spanned out rapidly, casting a strong gust of forceful wind across Terra and flattening anything in the blast's radius. A giant cloud of smoke and disintegrated star lift rose in the air. Delta Company gave a giant cheer and pumped fists in the air as the rings of the elevator began to collapse in on themselves and descend towards the ruined gateway.

"Time to go home, ladies," The Captain said with a little triumphant smirk.

"ODI, kid? No idea. I just do what I am told," The Sergeant said. "Though if you want to re-up with UCON, I suggest you hunt down one of the liaison officers. Those are the guys that you want to look out for. I'd recommend you for us, but we're strictly Caps, you see. No room for those that can't be replaced. Our missions are just a little more dangerous then even the special ops guys. Heh."

"It's because we're baddass!"
"Fuck yeah!"
"WOOOO!"

The Sergeant shook his head with a laugh. "You should go get a bunk and some grub."

"Nah, Ramirez. You gotta go find those liaison guys. We don't have them in our company. Those are reserved for recruiting divisions. We're part of the Counter-Balance. Two totally different fields, guy," the Sergeant said. "Look, like I said, go get some rest and some food. I will be lookin' out for you." The man gave Ramirez a little wave, and disappeared into the flow of Capsuleers who were going to go settled down for a few hours.

Outside of orbit around the planet Terra.

A medium-sized ship, shaped like a triangle with a blunted end, moves slowly towards Terra and the space station above it. The shape and size of this ship may have been seen before, but this one in particular has never been witnessed by any Terran, or as a matter of fact, any species or beings besides the ones who had made it. If they were able to trace it's origins, then it would point to an unexplored area known generally as RA-619, and even more specifically the Glendathu system. The doesn't seem to be armed, and a scan for life would only turn up three humanoid beings.

The ship made no advances of any sort towards the planet or the station, and seemed to just be there. Watching. Peaceful, it seemed, and the crew had no intentions of attacking. But they were truly awestruck. In front of them was a culture, a sophisticated one, unseen to any of their people, and they didn't know how to feel about it. They were just awaiting orders at this point.

Jay Null shrugged and closed the comms. The traffic in the Terran orbital was bustling as usual, an economic boom brought on by the prolonged period of peace. Alas, he knew the endless waltz of history, and had work to do.

Tapping a few buttons on his console, he maneuvered down towards Wing City Spaceport, leaving a faint thruster trail in his wake.

What's this, another Gundam?

Meanwhile, a Gundam truly had breached the atmosphere and entered Terra's lower orbit, coming from Wing City. It was an old AEU-09 AEU Enact Space Type from long ago. As it ascended, it transformed into it's space-faring flight mode shape.

The name of the Gundam was Sol Senshi- and nobody was supposed to be operating it. It had been refurbished for unknown to the public purposes and locked down, hiding in plain sight in Wing City Spaceport.

Who was even operating it?

Whoever they were, they were certainly a criminal now.
