Personality
Destined has a cool, calculating demeanor. His face never reveals his true plans when going about his duties. He is also ambitious and his standards are always set high for any task he must accomplish, going as far as lieing, cheating, or even harming the lives of innocents. he speaks quite sarcastically when he dislikes something. Destined often seeks the hat's thoughts when he is alone.
Equipment
The only thing Destined carries around with him normally is his hat Lucifer. this omimous hat has a gruff, non-humanoid face that is twisted and bony. It's crooked smile reveals large, sharp, black teeth, and it's right eye has been gouged out. however, the left eye remains and glows a bright red flickering endlessly as if it were to go out. The hat is actually the malicious spirit of a human, sealed away into the hat ages ago. The hat speaks to destined in a very cryptic fasion.
Lucifer can speak to other people besides Destined, but it often speaks in such an abstract and riddling way that frustrates those that speak to it. it also has a long, wheezy cackle when it finds something funny, or if he is aware of an impending doom.
