Doctor Reichkopf entered the bar with a newspaper tucked beneath one arm. Flanked on either side by a duo of mercenaries sporting the red armband and gray jacket, the Halo entourage meandered its way to a table before Reichkopf tapped one gloved finger on a photograph on the front page of the newspaper.
"Zhere it is -- I vant that one next, it looks so shiny." The Doctor mumbled lightly before tearing the gloves from his hands and placing them on the table. His two bodyguards has vanished, off to separate corners of the bar.
"Of all my time I've spent here, I've nevar even heard of this place."

Doctor Reichkopf idled his way through the door as he examined a datapad, his finger tapping at his lip pointedly before placing it on the counter and taking a seat at the bar. The Arrokan had spared no one a common glance, the inner mechanics of the intellectuals own mind far too overpowering to grace any of the 'others' that existed in the bar the time of day. Two men garbed in suits, staples of the Aschen doctrine, situated at a table nearby. However 'close' his relations with Red Halo were, the name Uburn Reichkopf would be nothing more than a ghost to the Aschen observers of Terra -- he had little to fear, UCON itself could not touch him.
"Meiin meiiin, such a rat race this vurld can be sometimes. You -- fetch me some wodka!"

Doctor Reichkopf spun in his stool, giggling to himself timidly before his drink was placed in front of him and he smiled. The Scatterran peeled off the cap of the vodka and poured it into a glass for himself, pointing to the bartender as he walked away from the bar.
"You know you should really purchase some of ze Scatterran makes -- I know a brewery in ze Frontiers that makes a marvelous whiskey," He remarked before taking a deep drink of the spirits and producing another datapad, this was a ruggedized laptop proper, and placed it on the counter next to him.
"You'd think with all zeese advancements in technology they would hologram these things as vell ... Und vat in Gotts name are those tools doing over zere?" Uburn mumbled to himself as he looked over his shoulder toward the suits, his eyes only visible from awkward positioning. He was one silly Scatterran.
"Ze' day zose Aschen turn their grimy little hands on me ... " Uburn grumbled under his breath before returning to his laptop and alcohol.

Doctor Reichkopf was tinkering over the construction of a chemical catalyst before the Aschen disturbed him from his train of thought. Instantly, the Arrokan released a sigh of frustration before closing the laptop quickly, keeping any prying eyes from further information before the Doctor produced a small PDA and placed it on the counter beside him. On it, was the emblem of a clawing lion entwined atop a thorn bush -- Reichkopf was fairly certain the Aschen would have no clue what it meant, but hopefully the words "Shriner Institute of Research" would be enough to answer his suspicion.
"I am here on but humble study vurk, Confederate." He said while scratching at his skull idly, returning to a look of unwanted interaction before tapping the PDA and displaying a work-order placing Doctor Reichkopf and several others on the planet beneath the corporate approval of some unregistered Scatterran company. The documents were obviously forged, but then again everything UCON approved looked forged.
"Zis Terra, she is rich in -- culture or something you say it. I am but a humble scientist, Eastern-One." He spoke the last words in Oriyak, his tongue direct and forceful before he returned to his drink.

Doctor Reichkopf shook his head after downing another drink from his vodka. Coalition was well aware of the Shriner's expedition to Terra. The operation was far from anything Reichkopf was prepared for, the small team of scientists was aiding in the first rail-teethers that would serve for the foundation of Olympia, a suspended city-in-the-sky, to be the Coalition playground of Terra.
"Zere vill be no need for zat, my friend. Yu-kon is already avare of my presence here -- zis trip to Wing City is off the map, how you say, my own personal visit." His lying was believable, few would suspect an unnamed Scatterran in Wing City, Reichkopf was just a Scatterran national on the farthest reaches of UCON influence in Terra.

Doctor Reichkopf looked to his side bitterly, his brow cocked in remittance of the Aschen's persistence. Had another Halo have been here, Reichkopf himself would not be dealing with this persistent one. He was aware of his rights however, as long as UCON still believed he was a nameless researcher from Shriner, he would be beneath the Coalition's gracious national protection.
"Excuse me zere, sir, but do you see zat picture right zere?" He said, reaching for the PDA and pointing to a small image of a square with a number in it.
"Zat is my registry classificashun, I am a rank 8 national, my friend -- Zat means I am absolved from your customs und your suspicions, Confederate." He said, tapping at the small identification.
"Now now, Confederate -- I am not a stupid Terran, I know just vere I stand, you know."

Doctor Reichkopf smirked up to the man inquiring against him. He had met few Aschen before -- his only real "conversation" with one being a derelict expatriate captured in a Halo skirmish on a nameless asteroid, the Confederate was dispatched at the hands of the U9 insurgents that stormed the asteroid settlement with him.
"Now now now, Confederate, I do believe we are overstepping boundaries -- Vere is it you said you vere from, again?" He stalled, blatantly toying with the Aschen agent before finally noticing that he wasn't the only one being accosted by these suited baboons.
"Rohnfeld is far too lax for mein tastes, I voted for ze Ultranationalists, you know." He said before spinning the tool slightly and placing one more hand nearby the PDA.
"General Vanko is the only von that authorizes rank 8's before they reach Terra, Confederate. You will get nothing but a voicemail back saying yes." This would be true, the response from Vanko -- an unfortunate automated message, requesting the disengagement of any investigations against Scatterran contacts. The system was broken, and working in the wrong way.
"Now zen, Confederate -- answer some of mein questions, are you aware of the punishments of offending a Scatterran national -- The Freikorps, Aschen, have you heard of them?"

Doctor Reichkopf chuckled to himself as the Aschen disengaged, a curt smile coming over him before he took his drink and finished it. Placing the empty glass on the counter. The bartender quickly began his trek over as Reichkopf opened the ruggedized once again, scratching his chin harmlessly and simply brushing off the 'interrogation'. When the ground shook and the windows glowed with ambient light, however, Reichkopf took notice, and steadied himself with one hand before giggling to himself again.
"Haaaah, if only that Zhaki Khariq were here -- he'd find zese fools unbearable." Reichkopf muttered before he was given his last vodka.
"No problems here, Confederate -- I promise I'll be a goot little boy." He said as he keyed over a datafile, revealing the chemical construction of a nano-enhanced toxin.
"Und you ... Alwaaaays ze ever illusive prey."

Doctor Reichkopf continued to tinker with his ruggedized before he looked over to the armored behemoth and another woman at a table. The hulk was what interested him the most, however. His eyes widened slightly at the mass, beneath he simply spun in his chair and took to his feet; behind him trailing his rifle, an augmented MR-17 equipped with a battle sight and simple flashlight. Reichkopf crossed his arms as he continued to monitor the trio from a distance.
"Interesting -- veeery interesting. You think zose suits would just be giant bullet sponges ... "

Doctor Reichkopf was more than capable of hearing the scream of airjet engines outside. His years with the Halo had prepared him heavily for what was to come, pumping his hand on a table, the Arrokan put on his brightest face and strolled toward the group of people at the table. There certainly was a lot of 'em, that was for sure. When the woman tossed the glass she had been previously holding toward the Aschen, Reichkopf could do little to stifle his boisterous laugh.
"Hoo -- Oooh! Look at that! She hit you with ze glass!"

Doctor Reichkopf the deafening boom and pow of the drop-pods landing was enough to cause Reichkopf to silence himself. He was still a nameless Scatterran in a nameless bar on Terra, but Zharkov would have his sack in a jar if he was waxed by some trigger-happy Aschen. Looking back toward the bar, Reichkopf quickly repossessed his ruggedized before observing a small street-map on his PDA.
"MMmm -- mmm -- I believe ze tin-man is correct. If you would like to survive, zis conversation should be finished elsvere."

Doctor Reichkopf perked his head up at the computerized voice making the Aschen well aware of Gambit's position on this matter. It was astounding that these simpletons could make such a system, his thoughts worn on his face before Reichkopf witnessed the growing conflict around him -- he stepped forward and drew his rifle, his positioning had him placed neatly behind Ari and the Aschen combatant.
"Now now zere, little kindren -- let us not do anyzing raaa-aaash." He said, the Scatterran weapon would be more than enough to inflict some serious damage, if they were known for anything it was hitting hard.
"Und you, over zere -- ze one that cast that silly magic, remove it."

Doctor Reichkopf looked up to the ceiling as the computer spoke, Reichkopf still regarding it with maximum interest before shaking his head and shifting his weapon's sights from the Aschen, toward Alger. His rifle was aimed and ready, finger slipped into the trigger as Reichkopf took one more step closer to the Aschen and Ari.
"Now now, you will pay respect vere it is due -- Or I'll crack that head of yours open myself, and learn just what makes that pretty little 'majik' of yours ticks," He said, shrugging the weapon to the side before pointing to the unconscious Aschen agent.
"Must you really take him, my little firefly -- You performed so, expertly." He said, smiling to himself delicately as he sauntered about the bar slightly, still remaining within a few feet of Ari and the others that had joined her. He had heard much of the Aschen projects that produced Aiyanna, and he was eager to truly see for himself.

Doctor Reichkopf continued his idle walk, weapon poised to strike down any that attacked him before he neared Ari, the downed Soldier and somewhere in the distance the Aschen Aiyanna. As the Aschen disengaged her optical camouflage and shoved Ari forward, Reichkopf was there to offer one hand to the woman. Should she accept, Reichkopf would have quickly shouldered his weapon, yanked Ari into his grasp, where he placed the barrel of a handgun beside her head.
"Now, kindredn -- time to play aktor." He said, pulling back the hammer of the pistol before looking over toward Aiyanna.
"Und you! Look at you! You may not know me, firefly -- But I certainly know who you are!"

Doctor Reichkopf continued to hold the woman close, faking some form of need for a human shield to better improve his own image of failure in the eyes of the Aschen. His mouth neared her ear before he directed both of them a step closer toward the Aschen, hopefully the woman realized he wasn't really in the business to shoot her in the head, not yet at least -- it was always such a waste to destroy a perfectly good brain with a bullet.
"Now now, time to see vat reaaaally makes zis fancy stopwatch click, hmmm?" He muttered before angling the handgun upward, discharging one round into the ceiling to return the place to a reasonable level.
"Ve're just playin' und gaaaaaame, it's nothing serious -- except for you, miss perfection. You vill have a very hard time finding my name anyvere, I keep my business tight." Reichkopf said, a laugh that sent plenty of red-flags up for his mental stability emanating before he pressed the barrel of the handgun closer to Ari's head.
"So -- you have been sent here to bring zis von in? Now vhy is zat?"

Doctor Reichkopf eased the both of them closer to the Aschen woman before he raised the handgun away from the woman's head. It was unfortunate she had to be employed like this, it was always such a chore deciding who to utilize and who not to utilize. Thankfully he hadn't chosen an unreasonable compatriot like last time, 'twould be such a bother to have this one end up without a skull like the last one. It wasn't until then that the Doctor realized he had left his flank open, and after simply turning his face, he would present Ari as the receiver of the spell, a sudden weight in his step as he accounted for the suddenly immobile Ari.
"Ooof -- My my, little one I hate to say it but you seem to have suddenly put on some veight ... " He said before pressing the barely intently to her skull again; part of himself felt simply dispatching her right there would further his gains -- but then there'd be blood everywhere and it'd be just a mess.
"Now zen -- back to our conversashun. You are ze Aiyanna, yes?"

Doctor Reichkopf smiled to himself as the fair woman cracked a joke. Aware of the rigors of her position, he responded with a hearty laugh before slackening his grip only slightly. He was ignorant of her true disposition at being questioned, threatened and then for all intents and purposes held-hostage. If his gambit paid off, however, he was certain little Ari could skim some off the top; he was a gracious fellow, although she would have to survive first.
"I know of ze first wan, zat one was just a bunch of programming and circuits compared to you, howevur ... " As a robot the size of a dumpster began to meander toward him, Reichkopf reaffirmed his grip on the woman before placing the weapon closer to her skull.
"Now now zere, I am vell avare of making sure she can never vear a hat again!" He said to the automaton.

Doctor Reichkopf grinned up to the robot, letting the barrel detour only slightly as he seemed to mill over the automatons suggestions. Certainly stroking his ego with all that good doctor talk could make him see the light, but of course there was fortune to be found in this Aiyanna.
"So very sorry, but it is at times like zese I must take civil defense in my own methods -- Zis Lady Ari shall stay with me, until I gather my fill of ze ... Beautiful Aiyanna, if zat is vhat you are really called." He said, directing his attention toward the Aschen before pulling the handgun away from her skull, giving her just a bit more room to breath.
"You need not vurry about ze Lady Ari in my presence, automaton -- I shall keep her quite safe in my presence, ze only vay I can." He said, smiling devilishly before turning the weapon back towards Aiyanna.
"Ooooohnd, you pick me over ze others? I'm flattered, my dear Aiyanna -- aren't you flattered, Ari? She wants to speak vith yooouu too!" He laughed to himself harmlessly.

Doctor Reichkopf yanked his weapon back, stepping away from the cyborg that had attacked Aiyanna and pulling Ari back with him to clear them both of any harm. Had they chosen to stay around that location could have quickly become a matter of simply surviving.
"Now now, Ari, it is never kind to discriminate -- zese people are ze govurnment, you must show respekt and considerashun at all times!" He remarked before shaking his head and backpedaling away once more as the two armored behemoths clashed before him, Reichkopf too interested in removing himself from the situation.
"Now zen, Lady Ari -- I do believe zis would be ze perfect time to make an exit, don'y you agree?" Reichkopf spoke softly, his eyes darting around the bar before finally fixing on exit through the back.
"You speak ze troof, dear -- all zis adrenaline makes me veeery combative" He shouted before nearing the bar, tossing the bar-blocker over onto the counter before waving to one of the two automatons utilized by the AI.
"Ze Lady Ari vill be returned to you once you unlock ze back door and I am promptly allowed to depart."

Doctor Reichkopf heard the audible 'click-clack' of the door unlocking before he stepped behind the bar, Ari still beside him as he meandered the two of them toward the door leading to the exit. As he entered the back areas of the bar, he would cautiously allow the two automatons to follow him before stopping just meters from the door.
"Zis has been a rather unfortunate night, und believe me if I had had any osther vay I certainly vould have -- but you played a marvelous aktor my Lady Ari, you even kept zese two patrons entertained throughout ze whole performance!" He said, raising both of his hands to her shoulders and held her tightly in his grasp.
"I am a man of my vurd, computer -- ze girl is yours as per our agreement," He said, gently pushing the woman away from him before curtly kicking the door open, knocking the thing clean of its hinges. As his kicking leg descended, an audible chuckle could be heard coming from him.
"Hmm -- you actually unlocked it, very heartening." Turning to the woman and the two robots, Reichkopf would bow slightly in a mock apology to the fair lady.
"Myenar zkhavo Reichkopf -- I am Doctor Reichkopf," He returned before promptly disappearing from the bar out the back, trudging off into the darkness and grimy alleyways of Wing City.

Doctor Reichkopf entered the bar with the cigar placed tightly between his lips, the Arrokan striding through the tavern until reaching the counter and seating himself beside a duo conversing. He remained intently silent before glancing across the establishment and making a quick note of any that could be far more intriguing than the norm. Of course, that wasn't until Reichkopf had looked to the bulk of what appeared to be a massive bull; Reichkopf's eyes boggled as he observed the behemoth in all its mass.
"My my ... somevon has certainly taken zer health seriously ... " He mumbled to himself, shifting his position to better observe the beast.

Doctor Reichkopf strode into the bar with his eyes plastered onto the screen of a holo-display; the Doctor would delicately point and click at several unidentified icons, his expression was one of absolute devotion, the young Halo mercenary outfitted in light marine armor following behind him loosely before Reichkopf seated himself at the bar in his usual spot.
"Now nooow, heer Tylan -- zis is a place I prefer to frequent, zeir wodka is pristine. Nothing from our homeland, mind you kindred. But goot, fur being Terran."

Doctor Reichkopf promptly ordered his drink, and downed his first glass quickly. Well prepared for more, the duo of Scatterrans had spent nearly thirty minutes in silence, drinking to no one but themselves, before the Doctor finally produced a small datapad and slid it toward the Halo. The Azrican riflemen looked upon the device with a quizzical face of confusion before Reichkopf openly groaned aloud.
"Neiiin, neeeeein you ignorant buffoon, Got -- you zink zose Halos would teach you stupit Azriks better," He mumbled before activating the datapad and bringing up a holographic file that sprang into 3-D at the touch of a button.
"Khariq, vere is he now, little Tylan?"
