- Head: Even though Drake wears slightly heavier armor than many fighters, he refuses to wear a helmet. His hair, a light brown color, is always left wind-swept and is more than long enough to cover his eyes at times, though Drake does his best to keep the hair away from his brown eyes.
- Torso: Drake wears a polished steel half plate adorned with a majestic dragon with its wings unfurled and its mouth roaring into the heavens. Underneath, a thin layer of chain mail and a cotton shirt protect him from both piercing blades and the small nicks and barbs of his own armor.
- Arms: Drake wears a small, steel-plated wooden shield on his left arm that has the same motif as his plate armor to block attacks.
- Legs: Drake wears thick cotton breeches to cover his lower body, and, combined with the polished steel grieves that he straps to protect his shins, he finds a way to balance weight with protection in his armor.
- Feet: Drake wears a worn pair of brown leather boots to cover his feet.
- Swordsmanship: Drake is proficient with longsword, his weapon of choice. He is very practiced in using one-handed attacks with the piercing weapon. Coupled with his ability with the shield, Drake makes a formidable opponent.
- Defense: Drake uses a small shield as his primary line of defense, blocking attacks when he can and sometimes even using the heavy piece of wood and steel to ram into his opponents. Coupled with the longsword he wields, his shield makes a great combination.
- Strength: Drake has a level of strength above that of many normal humans but is considered normal for a fighter of his type.
- Agility: Drake is not very agile considering all the extra weight he carries in armor, but by making minimal movements with his left arm, he is able to deflect rather than dodge attacks.
- Speed: With all of the extra armor, Drake's running speed is considered average for humankind.
- Stamina: Drake is able to fight for long periods due to the fact he paces himself when fighting, never trying to run too fast or work too hard to completely dodge an attack. Though he sometimes gets battered before the end of the fight, his armor and his ability to take blows saves him in the end.
- Long Sword: Drake's only true offensive weapon and the item that he considers most precious to him. He keeps this blade by his side at all times, no matter what a disadvantage it gives him.
- Shield: Used in conjunction with the sword, the shield is Drake's primary line of defense and sometimes a counterattack if the sword will not do the damage he needs.
