a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Nevermore90

How old does s/he appear? 22
Eye Color: Black

Hair/Fur color: Dark brown/[N/A]

Height: 5'9''
Weight: 120ibs
Type of body/build: Athletic/slender
Distinguishing Marks? N/A (Isn't magic the best?)
Scars?

Accent? She speaks like an affected Elf. It could be described as a blend between Irish-level inebriation, Gaelic (German/Irish/Scottish), and Russian (or equally eastern-european country, such as an ex-client state)
Health level: Healthy

Physical disabilities: N/A
Physical abilities: Elizabeth is an elf; she will not die of old age for a very, very long time. Other than that, she is like any other athletically-fit human.

Personality

FAVORITES
Color: White
Music: String-instrument-heavy music (Such as Country)
Food: Smoked plantain
Genre: Instructional/nonfiction
Book: SunTzu's Art of War (or equivalent)
Quote: "Going into the mist with her was not the scary part. Knowing I had to come back alone was what frightened me."
Expletive(s) (swears): "Kobold-lovin' grubslucker!"

PERSONALITY

Worst sin: Wrath

Best virtue: Diligence

TRAITS

Optimist or pessimist? Pessimist
Introvert or extrovert? Extrovert

SELF-PERCEPTION

One word character would use to describe self: Righteous

Though I act as a sword, splitting armor cloth and flesh, does not mean I am controlled or that I lack free will. I do this because I want to, not out of oath or burden. Not out of pitty, or for money."

GENERAL

Jewelry/ other accessories? Elizabeth wears a religious mark around her neck (appropriate to the setting)
Where does character live? Traveler/wanderer
Spending habits: [Frugal]/Spendthrift
Any pets? Technically, no; her companion is as much a pet as a butler is.

Equipment

Elizabeth goes into combat with two swords (Khopeshes, to be exact). It is very unusual for someone to train with fighting with both hands occupied, but she found the extra commitment worth it. Shields slowed her down. Both are magic, and have different effects when command words are spoken. The first one, which is in her dominant (well, more-dominant) hand, can be wrathed in a blue-white fire. It is a gift of the church (and directly stolen from my DDO character), meant to strike at evil. Against targets so twisted by hate or misfortune, it strikes true with a more keen blade. Otherwise, it is like a normal Khopesh, a sword weighted to put more power behind each blow. The other sword, enchanted and looted rather than awarded, can be wrapped in red-orange fire, burning enemies and their clothing. It burns with the power of a small campfire (I.E., four-five sticks and a pinch of lighter fluid). It is enough to scare most people, at least, and doesn't discriminate targets.

Scale armor from metal rings, hide, and the scales of a white dragon (which had to die for the typical, "Omg wtf save the world" scenario). The magic of the dragon is long-since dead, but the strictly mundane still exists; it might as well be platemale for its protectiveness while soft leather for its flexibility. It still has weight where it counts, landing heavy punches but negating one's ability to swim, but it is distributed for combat.

History

BACKGROUND

Type of childhood: Priveleged
Booksmart or streetsmart? Streetsmart
Religion and/or religious views and/or tendencies? Elizabeth was brought up in the image a god she has rejected, brought on by a poor image of the divine in general. Her patron diety, that which allows her to do what she does, is only loosely accepted or even acknowledged. There is a mutual benefit, and thus they help each other, but Elizabeth does not pray and her god does not always pay.

FAMILY

Lorinda D'gennifyr (Mother)
Relationship with her: Lorinda was an important character religiously and politically in the immediate area to where Elizabeth had been born. There were priveleges, but most of them outweighed the restrictions: She could not adventure/"have fun," she had to "be a lady" whilst feeling indignant, and had to studied every damned line of text of holy scripture that formed the main-body of the religion. It was a pain, and felt like a waste of time-which it turned out not to be, as "Being a lady" is a decent acting skill now that she sometimes must blend in to the big, bad world.
Elcier Ze'nifier (Father)
Relationship with him: Elcier married Lorinda for money and for power. He feels no love towards her or her family (or much of his own for that matter). He was always cold and distant to Elizabeth/her siblings.
Siblings: Veronica (eldest, mother's right-hand), Eo'uxch (younger brother).

Elizabeth D'gennifyr 's metal-cased hand shoved open the door to the bar, sword tips clacking together behind her from her belt. She smiled, hearing the roaring celebrations that accompanied enjoying a pint of bitter and strolled in, wiping water slick from the scales of her armor. She felt oddly naked among those who's armor was undeniably more modern (if not altogether better), yet she refused to adopt (or even briefly don) a new suit. Her weapon choice was set in granite as well.
Elizabeth reflected on her odds in a fight as she found herself an unoccupied booth near the back of the establishment and ordered the most authentic ale offered. Something strong without much taste would help her forget her problems.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr was surprised Gambit's would suffer any structural damage whatsoever; it was a nuclear-bombardment-proof mega... super thingy! She knew not the technical terms, only that it was impressive. But why must these hooligans fight? Oh, she was left alone in her corner, so she failed to care. Her pint o' bitter arrived and she smiled once more, emptying her glass quickly. Thea caught her eye as she set her mug down.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr watched the occupants of the bar from the bottom of a second mug, also quickly finished. She hiccuped; obviously she needed to slow her pace. Regardless, she entered an order for a third and shoved the empty glasses to the end of the table for one of those do-hickeys to collect.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr watched Excelion and his "companion." She was oddly interested, however it held no room for interdiction or her influence. If only Eliz allowed her to shoot fireballs like her so-good-to-mommy sister.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr lost her interest after the fourth mug. The world was a little lopsided now. She giggled.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr watched Brian as he entered. In truth, she had seen more spectacular things, but he could demand soda and it would appear? Perhaps it was the four mugs of bitter, but she rose and stumbled over to his seat with a stupid smile on her face. "H-h-hi, uh, s-sir..." she stammered, her speech slurred by both alcohol and her accent. "U-uh... h-hi... y-ye..."

she put one arm on the backing behind him and the other on the table. "Uh... y-yes... eh... y-you made yer, eh, soda, right? Well, I... a... I was hopin'ye could make'a... a... pint o' bitter... m-maybe? Eh, f-for me?"

Elizabeth D'gennifyr looked over her shoulder to where he pointed. And poof, there was ale! Oh, but it was so far away! "C-can'ye... m-make it any c-closer sir...? I don't feel like walkin' much."

When Elizabeth attempted to catch it, she side-swiped and sent it shattering to the floor. She blushed, embaressed. "I am s-so sorry, sir! Oh, I-I'll go back and sit down. S-sorry."

Elizabeth D'gennifyr looked at the new mug. She tried to thank Brian, but he rose and left. Hmmph. Now there was an unoccupied booth with a fifth, free drink! She slid in without incident and drank.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr entered unceremoniously. She wiped water slick from the sleeves of her white-scale armor and let her hands rest on the hilts of her dual blades as she crossed the bar and slid into a silent booth, looking forward to another pint of bitter. Hopefully she would not leave as drunk this time as she did before.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr 's order (a mug of ale) beeped at Zekil within sections of his station being attended. She looked up at him and offered a little smile and shrug before looking back at her table.
And then she looked up at her uninvited guess. "Oi, I wasn't expectin' company this early in the afternoon."

Elizabeth D'gennifyr nodded to Zekil. "Thank'ye, sir." She took a sip and smiled. Then her eyes turned back to the youth and the smile dropped into something a little less approachable. "Eh, well I'd at least expect a bit'a decency and some people bein' polite at the very least, prick."

Elizabeth D'gennifyr had enough of Zekil's attitude. The... prick that sat next to her had put her in foul enough a mood. It was to Zekil's fortune that D&D rules would classify her as being chaotic good, save a well-balanced character get into a fight with a.. misty mist demon thingy or whatever the hell Zekil was. She very calmly got up and left the bar, not planning to come back any time in the near future; the ale tasted more like piss than usual here.

Elizabeth D'gennifyr walked downstairs, running a hand through her hair. She looked around for Crestelle and yawned. "The 'ells'a'da ruckus goin' on down 'ere, lads? Can't a lass get'r damned sleep'n'ese parts? Crestelle I swear we're sleepin' at my apartment tonight..." she muttered under her breath, until she actually saw Crestelle. "O-oh..."
She pushed through the throng of people. "ALeric, Aleric, shut up, for like two minutes lad. Please?"
