A young knight. Headstrong. Deadly. Lost.

a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Moonscar

Art does not belong to me.

Age: 20

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Ethnicity: Madevan

Height: 6'1"

Weight: 170 lbs

Appearance: Enda is a tall, strongly built young woman. Though she's as packed as most of the male knights she served with, one can still see the semblance of an attractive, and perhaps, at one time, delicate lady. She has a set of bright olive eyes and deep tanned skin, carrying a myriad of scars from previous battles and a difficult time as a squire.

Enda's apparel usually consists of dark, regal armors, to softer, lighter leather armors.

Equipment:

  • A large, claymore-esque sword given to her after graduating from squire to knight. The sword has a very clear, sharp blade that is made from an ore by the name of neelamite that is found only in the Madevan mines. It has the ability to draw in energy and release it at the wielder's will. This includes various spirits, wraith, and elementals. Enda has named it Devoro.

The following spirits she keeps stored are as follows:

-Anka, flame elemental of Darien, the desert land of Sozo, Enda's homeland. The flame that Anka unleashes can be manipulated in many diverse ways.

-Bahuta, multiple small wraith that make up one being. They come in the form of small white wisps, and though they are useless on their own, they are incredibly powerful in great numbers. Enough of them in one area can bare down an impressive weight upon a target or area. They can also suffocate or run over an enemy. They can be used to shield the user, as well.

So begins...

Enda Klee pressed one hand across the wound in her chest, trying to stop the blood, failing to do so. She did not seem to mind so much, though, and even when she was caught by Bakurra, her eyes were trained on the monster.
"I'm alright, okay? I'm fine!" She tried to assure Marcthew, Tear, and Bakurra.

She struggled to leap forward, watching the Wyvern's belly split from the wound she gave it. The beast was now wallowing on the ground pitifully.
This was her chance.

Taking the polearm in both hands, digging her foot on the monster's head to keep it from moving, then swung the weapon down, severing the beasts head at last.

However, Enda did not take in account of the beasts barbed tail, and when the dead nerves twitched, the tail slashed her across the shoulder, cutting her deep.

"Gah! Damn monsters, been following me everywhere!" The knight cursed.

Enda Klee looked to Rosanna, finding a chair and slumping into it, holding one hand to her bleeding flesh. She had five deep slashes; one in her chest, five in her shoulder.
"I'd be much obliged, miss." Enda said, pausing to suck in air. She had been fighting that thing for a solid hour.
Two, in fact. The other dead one lay outside in a broken lump.

She then turned her attention to Bakurra. "I'll make sure to burst through the window next time, eh?" She joked, even through the stinging in her flesh.
Lots of people seemed to have come to her help, and so quickly! She wondered if she would have gotten as much attention were she a man.

Enda Klee looked up to Marcthew, and waved him over. "Hey, thanks anyway. I know you meant well." She called to the anthro.

The woman knight pursed her lips as the liquid touched the slashes, but she uttered not a word. She couldn't look so weak in front of strangers.
When the wounds began to seal up, Enda sighed, closing her eyes.
"It is a good thing then, miss, that I had killed the beast before the tail hit me. It couldn't get it's poison in, that way." She replied. She was glad for healers, that was the truth.

Then, to Bakurra, she grinned, knowing at once that he was a braggart. "I'll be sure to do so, and it might not be long before then. Monsters have been attacking me like lightning to a metal tree."

And then, because she had so much company, she addressed Marcthre. "A meal would be lovely. What all do you cook? Do you work here?"

And, yet again! To Tear: "I think this miss has it, but thank you."

"Oh, well then, you were taking a cooking class here?" Asked Enda. After a long fight, food sounded wonderful.
And then, when Tear got up, Enda waved a hand to stop her. "Company is always good to have. Come, sit down, chat to me; we were almost engaged in battle together, after all."

Enda Klee nodded to Rosanna and gave her a smile, rotating her arm to test it's health.
"No need to fret, miss! This is absolutely wonderful!" She searched in a pocket to pay the woman. "I owe your kind more than I can probably give back!" She laughed, taking out five gold coins.
Plenty, in her world.
"I'm afraid this is all I can give right now, healer." Enda said, a bit embarrassed. She would usually give more...when she had it.

"A monastic! You don't say. Well, then, I have to thank you even more; I hope the spirits follow you and your road is clear of any difficulties." She said to the woman, beaming up at the godsend.

She watched Marcthrew as he set down the food in front of her, mouth watering. The smell coaxed the female knight in, so, so much. As she tore into the food, she spoke to Tear between swallows.

"It's nice to meet you, Miss Hitsuki!" Enda greeted her. "I am Enda Klee, warrior of Madeva." She introduced herself, not only to Tear, but to Marcthew and Rosanna as well.

"I thank you all for your kindness."

Enda Klee has to poof. Lots of work to do.
Again, and not for the last time, the writer apologizes. Because she does this too much.

Into the bar would come a large, horrible creature, barely fitting through the door. It resembled a frog, belly swollen, skin slimy, and eyes bulging.
The thing almost slithered across the floor, making slapping sounds as it crawled further into the place.
It looked hungry.

Oh, but what was this? It sounded as if a muffled voice could be heard within the creature. It certainly didn't look intelligent enough to speak, however...

The large creature would croak, and again would it advance further into the bar. The muffled voice became louder.
The monster lurched forward, aiming for Daiku, maw agape. However, it wouldn't make it all the way to the lad, because the creature would crash into Rurik's and Alyss' table. It squirmed onto the floor, it's massive weight being thrown about.
Suddenly, a blade was thrust through the beast...from the inside of it.

As Rurik did so, the belly of the beast would split open, along with the help of the blade already through it. Tumbling through the gap came a woman, her whole form covered in slime and blood and stomach fluids. She sprawled out onto the ground, spitting out some of the goop from her mouth.

"Gah!" She exclaimed, head bowed, breath raspy. She did not yet have the strength to address the man who had helped her or the woman that would possibly be making another face at the sight.

Enda Klee took a deep breath, spitting as some of the goop re-entered her mouth. She wanted to spew, but as long as she didn't need to, she wouldn't. The bar floor was nasty enough as it was. She rolled onto her back, then took the spoon that Rurik offered her. She didn't make any remarks on his appearance, nor did she speak about the woman's white hair. Where she came from, that was the mark of a witch.

"I'll be sure to do that next time. I'll also be sure to tell the giants that flung me in here to aim for the window, and the dragons to burst through the floor instead of the ceiling, next time." She said, butter.
However, she was still grateful for...this man's help. Or what she guessed was his help.

"I suppose I must thank you...or was it you?" She said, looking from the supposed gunman to the witch.

Enda nearly rolled her eyes, but flicked some of the slime from her hair instead. Her whole form was covered in the stuff.
"If I could have helped it, I would have." Enda muttered. The battle she had been through was fierce- she was attacked by demons. Then the frog came out of nowhere.
She didn't understand it one bit.

And then, because she was not very wary of demons, her gaze followed to Maelik. The disgusting demon who killed humans and got angry when humans wanted to kill him for it.
Which also didn't make sense, because sometimes he tried to justify it.

"Indeed, lots of strange things do happen here." Enda coughed, agreeing with the white-haired woman. "And the strangest site isn't the demons, or the vampires, or the fairy's..." She began.
"It's the bloody humans."

"Normal humans, then. Ones without genetically altered bits, and enhanced bits, and magic." Enda stated, wiping her mouth. How a knight from the medieval era in a different world knew about genetic alteration was the direct result of being in Gambit's.
Enda perked up at the gunmans invitation...but was she really in the mood? She was covered in slime...which was dripping off to make a puddle at her feet, of course, but she felt filthy.

Well, it'd be rude to walk off, especially in a place like this, wouldn't it? Crap like this happened every day.
"Very well, I guess I'll partake..."

Enda Klee took the towel with much gratitude, using it to wipe her face and hair, which was the primary slime spot. She listened on, plopping herself into a chair.
As he began, Enda furrowed her brow. She knew little of Earth, but she had gone to the library to study up.
There were a lot of earth beings that came here. It was a necessity. She tried to remember where Russia was, remember some of the wars that she had read of there.
Stalingrad...the battle of Stalingrad...against the Germans. Hmm.

Enda Klee looked to Alyss, not really adding much to the conversation. It seems as if the two had acquainted each other long before she got here. She briefly wondered if she was intruding, but waved the thought away.

"Born in space, eh? And what kind of family business does one have up there?" Enda inquired. Such amazing beings...venturing beyond the sky, far past the heavens. She wondered what it must have been like, surrounded by stars.
But that was crazy talk, of course.

Enda Klee darted her eyes from Alyss to Rurik. Some of what they were saying made absolutely no sense to her, but she managed to piece together that earth, from the time that both Rurik and Alyss came from, was more advanced than her own country, which she had gathered, from reading, was a duplicate, almost, of earth's past. With magic.
And monsters.
And a few other things.

"Ah, so it's not just a little shop or anything like that." Laughed Enda.
Some family business. It must be mercenary work or the like, thought the woman knight.

Enda Klee had known it. The woman was a mercenary, after all. It wasn't surprising, to tell the truth. As Rurik put on that strange mask of his, Enda waved as well.
"Goodbye, sir. It was nice speaking to you, and I owe you for saving me from the..." Enda indicated the frog carcass.
"The...frog thing."

"I promise you at least one of those shall be done!" She hollered back. She didn't need a gun- what she faced, she wasn't sure could be killed by filling with bullets.
Though, she supposed it wouldn't hurt to try.

Enda Klee would have been at the bar for quite some time, and was leaning onto the counter drinking a pint of mead. She had her hair cropped short, like a boy's, and was wearing more baggy clothes than usual. The recent stereotypes in the bar she'd encountered encouraged her to make the changes.
