A puff of black energy appeared in the sky above the Wing City Lake. The explosion was no bigger than a car before it was gone. What was remaining was a 6' figure free falling from the sky. The figure spread out their arms and legs, embracing the fall.

"What in the Hell?!" The figure yelled as he fell.

The being was nearing the surface with a trajectory of the lake. As the being got within a fair distance from the ground, he would move his hands in front of him and focus his energy. Then the hard part began.

The being would come down towards the lake, but instead of colliding with the water, the being released his energy. A massive explosion of water erupted, highly disturbing the lake. The being used his energy to act as a pillow in it's landing. The water parted around it all the way to bottom of the lake. When the being reached the bottom of the lake, it released the energy. It's feet hit the ground and bent, spring himself back towards the top of the lake as the water began to fill in the hole.

The water slammed back together sending a massive spray into the air. At the last second when the waves slammed back together, the being could be seen breaking through the surface. The being moved his right hand to point in the direction of his right foot, creating a solid energy in a sense, and kicked off of it towards the lakes edge. Once the being had kicked off the energy, his vision disappeared and was out unconscious. This left his body moving like a cannonball to the land with no control. A painful landing was in place.

The being barreled into the ground, carving a trench with it's body. The being smacked the land with his face first, tumbling and tossing as it bounced over any large rocks in the ground. Covered in dirt and grass, half of the beings body was hidden. What could be seen was a black cloak outlined in gold. The hood on beings head remained draped over the left side of the beings face.

What was visible of the face was a male facial structure. The beings face had black and gold tribal markings on it with smaller, three inch horns jabbing out around and pointing upwards, as if a natural crown. On his left hand that was visible, symbols stretched from his claw like nails and up his sleeve.

There was no movement from this being. His pulse was extremely low, barely keeping alive. Blood mixed with sweat dripped from his pores. The being barely lived, exerting all his energy and magic into saving his life. Not to mention, the being was not fond of using his Force energy because of the side effects it carried, he was a natural Alchemist and master of Magnetism, master of all metals. To use his Force energy with his true powers energy to break his fall was life threatening when falling at the speeds he was.

Four, one foot long, metallic stone, lightsaber like handles were lost in the landing. If anyone was to find them, they would find themselves in for a surprise. These handles were enchanted with an Alchemist magic, turning anyone who touches them into a steel statue for one hour.

Anyone within the vicinity of the bluff would be able see the being falling. If they couldn't see it, the bursts of energy sounded as if a jet was going Mach speed, booming across the land and through any caves around. The being needed help and the only chance he had was someone noticing the situation.

"Cool do that!" Sophie chimed, having never seen snow before. Aiya grimaced, mouth opening to argue when she heard a distant explosion over at the lake. Her arms wrapped around Sophie's shoulders and she jerked backwards, pulling the stumbling child towards her. She had assumed there was some sort of attack going on.

Dammit, this was why she didn't like going out of the city! Sure, the city wasn't safe, but at least there was plenty of room to not-die. Out here it was just trees for miles, no bunkers, no law enforcement, just crazies EVERYWHERE. Sophie on the other hand just rolled her purple-hued optics and started searching for whoever was responsible, were they still in eyesight, but there was very little chance of going to find him after all of that had happened. Aiya wouldn't let her.

"Can you still make it snow?" she asked hopefully.

Jarkoopi stopped suddenly before the being was audible or visible because he was able to detect its extreme telepathic signatures that emitted from the mind. He heard the water splash but then the crash on the ground, he did not expect the crash onto the ground. When he heard this he raised his head to the source which had down by the lake under the Bluff.

"Perhaps there is another time Sophie." He rarely used someone's first name, only on some occasions.

He walked to the edge of the Bluff and looked down towards the water and shore. The figure would had been surprisingly well hidden if Jarkoopi's eyes had not been as well as they were. The humanoid creature was obviously injured and possibly needed help of some sort. But what could he do? Maybe he has overstayed his visit here.

Leave now. All of them will eventually betray you, trust me...

That was the first time after leaving the space station he heard the voice again, he wanted to refuse but then again, the voice helped him get off the station. He did not know to trust the voice or his instincts.

Esphiroth would lie there, still hanging on. There wasn't much he could do, he was out cold and barely alive. Maybe the being could wake up eventually, but he still lacked the ability to move. At this point, he was useless unless he could reach something in his pocket that would bring him back.

When the dragon moved, Aiya wrapped her arms around Sophie and tried to pull her away once more, but the child was simply too stubborn. "Sophie, please, we should just go," she said.
Sophie looked up at Aiya with a small pout. "I wanna see what he's looking at," she answered.
Aiya let out a sigh of futility. "Fine, just... Be careful, okay?"
Sophie grinned and wrapped her arms around Aiya in a brief hug, then slipped from her arms and darted up to the edge of the bluff next to Jakoopi and peered down. Then she laughed.
"Wow its raining people," she smirked, then asked the dragon, "Do you know him?"

Jarkoopi laughed at her comment. He tried to keep his laugh quiet.

"No I don't know him," he looked back down, "Although, he might have came from the same space station I came from. I do intend to fly down there, or dive in."

He tried to judge the distance, how far could it be? He could glide down either way, maybe Sophie wanted to come. Aiya certainly wouldn't approve. Sophie could ride on his neck, nobody has ever ridden him as a mount, he hated it. Although he could let it slide just this time. If she did he would have too be careful with his spine movements as a well pressured spike could do serious internal damage and cause scarring and moderate bleeding.

He looked back up to Sophie, "Want to come with me?" He said quiet enough for Aiya not to hear.

The energy signature being produced by the being in the ground faded in and out. His pulse was slowing down, occasionally stopping. If it wasn't for the Force energies that flowed through him, he would have passed long ago. The Force was refusing to let him go, but it could only do so much. He would have to be snapped from his unconsciousness to even stand a chance.

Did she want to come down and poke a corpse? "Heck yeah!" Sophie said excitedly, "But you go first." She wore a big grin as she looked up at the dragon, almost like she was daring him to jump down. Aiya wandered closer, but kept her distance of Jakoopi. "What's going on?" she asked with eyebrows tilting downwards.

Jarkoopi returned Sophie a small grin and spoke, "If you insist." He launched his body off the side of the Bluff and before he could fall he said, "Meet you down there!"

He tucked his wing as close as possible to his body and dived towards the lake and pointed towards it like a needle. As he felt the wind against his scales he heard a small hum at his peak of his speed, as if he was part whistle. About 100 meters before the water he outstretched his wings wide enough to catch the wind and fill with air like a parachute and slowed his impact. He then collapsed his wings before he hit the water to minimize damage and tearing to them. The water plumed straight upwards into the air casting mist all along the area. The lake water cooled him and felt almost like it was healing him. He could see underwater but the water was not clear enough to see anything of interest or usefulness. He surfaced to the top of the lake and waited for Sophie to find her way down, that is, if Aiya was going to let her come down.

Sophie hadn't hesitated a moment to follow him, but how she got down before he resurfaced was really anyone's guess. Well, they could probably take an educated guess if they knew she was an android. She broke into burbling laughter when water rained down around her from the splash of his dive, even raising her arms up to shield slightly. Aiya on the other hand was horrified, staring helplessly from over the edge at the pair, or trio including the unconscious man.

"Sophie, come back!" she shouted, but she had a feeling the girl wasn't going to listen.

The water was making it's way through the path carved by his body. It wouldn't get high enough to drown him, but it was washing a lot of the blood off his body. The dirt would turn to mud and soak him and his clothing. It would stimulate his body, bring him to a slow, but steady pulse. Still, it was not enough to wake him.

Jarkoopi found her on the shore nearby, slightly damp from the plume of mist which had shot up from the lake. How she came down so fast was beyond him, he would ask later about it.

"Well, that was-" he paused to think of what to say, "-fun."

He continued to paddle towards land near Sophie. His neck and wings were the only parts of him above the water. When he got onto the sand and mud of the shore he gently waved his wings to help dry himself and Sophie off and gave her a small smile. He then remembered the humanoid in which had been down here first. The ground and air radiated with his mental power, which only he saw. It appeared as what looked to be a purple smoke or steam drifting across the terrain.

"Ha! Dumb fleshy got knocked out when he fell," Sophie declared proudly as her head turned about to look at the downed form of Esphiroth. She walked towards him until she was just ten feet away, then grinned a naughty smirk. "Do you think he'd get mad if we drew on his face while he was sleeping?" she asked as she looked back towards Jakoopi.

Despite being unconscious, the Force was prying on Esphiroth's mind and body now that the others were close. He knew inside his mind, as if in a dream, that he had visitors. Fact was, he couldn't move or do anything about it. In the mud, his finger tips were moving very little as were his toes. He was no threat, just his body reacting to his mind in a dreamland. The Force was trying to bring the body and mind back together as it tried to sew it's power into his body, trying to save him. The slightest touch of life would wake him, but until that happened, he was still out cold.

Jarkoopi stood at a distance watching the mental energy mist drift around Esphiroth and Sophie. Fleshy? Was she implying that... Her immature question snapped him out of his trance.

"I would not do that," he responded with a serious tone. "I wouldn't want to upset him at this point."

He moved quietly next to Sophie, slightly in front of her and about four feet away from Esphiroth. He out spread his wings fully from his back to cover both of them. The wings flapped and moved slowly and calmly to create a small gust of wind onto Esphiroth in hopes to wake him and blow debris, dust and such off of him.

Sophie pouted. "Aw boo! You suck," she answered. A scuff of her foot sent dirt kicking across the floor towards the downed figure. Unfortunately for Esphiroth, there was no touch of life to come from Sophie. Not just because of her lifeless nature, but also because she didn't want to touch him if it didn't involve sabotaging his appearance.

Aiya in the meantime had been making her way down the Bluff as hastily as she could manage. Her athletic nature was in her favour, but it was still a cliff face. She took the safest and fastest route she could fine, scaling down it with careful calculations and considerations.

There it was, the touch of Life. In the dragons flapping of wings, an unfortunate fish that had been in the water filled trench blew into the air and slapped right against Esphiroth's forehead. Not the usual touch of life, but it was still life.

The moment the fish hit Esphiroth, his body broke into a drenching sweat of blood. The Force stole the fish's tie to life and tied Esphiroth to it. Esphiroth's upper body shot forward as he took a huge breathe of air. It was like he was punched extremely hard by an invisible fist.

Seconds later, Esphiroth noticed the dragon in front of him. Immediately he jerked his hands free from the mud and stuck them outwards. From four different points, four dual-sided Lightsaber handles came barreling to his vicinity, stopping one foot from his hands. The weapons did not activate, but they did hover above the ground.

"Who am I kidding... I don't have a chance.." Esphiroth whispered to himself.

Esphiroth pulled himself from the mud and began moving towards the lake in front of him. He would bypass the dragon, keeping his face hidden in his cloak, hiding the blood he sweating from his bodies reaction to his personal Force. Esphiroth would walk waist deep into the water and begin to rinse himself off. The water around him turned to a muddy, bloody, mess. Moving from this spot, back to the shore, Esphiroth would dip into the water over and over, rinsing off.

Esphiroth would reach into his cloak, pulling out a small leather sack. When he opened the sack, he pulled out a small green bean. He would eat this bean and put the sack back in his cloak. After swallowing this bean, Esphiroth's body began to heal and his power began to rise extremely fast.

Esphiroth moved back to face the dragon. He would lower his cloak to reveal his gold and black face. His head was adorned by seven horns that were four inches in length. His presence was archaic, his powers being of Alchemy and Magnetism, completely separate from his Force powers. His sky blue eyes would stare directly into the dragons.

"I am Esphiroth. I do appreciate what you have done for me. A fish of all things... Last thing I remember was the enemy firing at my ship and in less that two seconds it was over. After that, I was taking my position in the Grand Army of the White Sun, the Force was showing me glimpses of you. Then the fish hit me, the Force worked it's magic, and here I am. I hate that I have to go, but I have business to attend to. As a token of my appreciation, I want you both to take my currency and this... If you ever need help, no matter where or what, if your life is in danger, just whisper in this stone and I will be there." Esphiroth spoke to the two.

Esphiroth pulled out a small sack from his pocket and tossed it to the young girl. Inside the sack was coins made of Rubies, probably eight pounds or so. Following this, he would pull out a small, grey, stone with archaic symbols on it. He tossed it to Sophie.

Esphiroth began to focus energy in both of his hands, pulling whatever rations of metal it could from the surrounding terrain. After a few seconds of pulling can, old bullets, bottle caps, and whatever he could, Esphiroth had created a razor sharp cover for one of Jarkoopi's claws. Once formed, the Archaic symbols printed themselves on claw casing.

Esphiroth would offer the claw to Jarkoopi and speak, "This is your calling card. Wear this on any claw and when you need me, you can reach me anytime. You are gifted beyond her. You and I will be able to communicate freely. I do hope you accept, I will never forget what you have done for me. I would offer for you to come with me, but it is probably best you didn't travel with."

Following this, Esphiroth would begin moving around the lake, aiming for Wing City. He didn't know he was, but this is where his Force was telling him to go when it tugged on his life strings when he was in limbo. Walking along the shoreline to let the sun dry his cloak off. He hated to leave so quickly, but it was necessary.

Esphiroth would enter into the bar, having no real care at the moment as to what was going on. He did notice the jellyfish like creatures, but he still moved on. He moved until he reached a table on the right side of the bar. When he sat down, he decided it wasn't the right spot. He would stand up again and more to the main bar, sitting down on a stool.

The Force was telling Esphiroth that danger was close, but the Force couldn't tell him exactly where it was. Esphiroth would play it cool and call for a waiter or bartender. While waiting on whoever was serving him, he would turn around on his stool and take a good look around. He wanted to see if he could find out where the danger was, but other than a woman with a gun, jellyfish, and a snowman.

Esphiroth would lower his hood, revealing his gold and black tribal print skin. Horns created a natural crown on his head, extending four or five inches. He had to hair, but his eyes were blue as the sky. He would cup his hands, hiding one of his thumbs in his palm. The nail on his right thumb would nick the inside of the left. The palm would become imprinted in ancient Alchemy seal.

He would then slide his left thumb into his right palm. The nail would nick the right palm. An unknown seal, only known to Esphiroth himself would appear on this palm. Nothing would make these notions noticeable, he was just trying to find out what trouble there could be. He wasn't going to start anything, but the Force was aggravating him about it.

He would then turn around look at the different drinks on the wall. He was hungry, thirsty, and bored. Actually, Esphiroth seen this bar in a dream, so he decided to figure out where it was and why it was so vivid as to it's location in his dream.

"Bartender! Someone! I'm hungry and thirsty. I need a menu!" Esphiroth spoke, hopefully grabbing someone's attention.
