History

Fayne was once what you would call, a human. He lived with his biological parents until the age of 22. At this time, a higher being; A god, sought to make him something better, something that could go beyond human limitations. This higher being came to Fayne, and took away his family, his friends, and gifted him with the power of speed, teleportation, sensitivity of other beings, and power beyond his wildest dreams.
It has now been at least two thousand years since this has happened, and he has not yet fully transcended. Fayne has forgotten all of his loved ones.
The only people to ever come to see him now, are people who come to prove their prowess. He hasn't had any kindness to speak of for centuries. Without anybody there, he is prone to run into bouts of depression, especially after seeing somebody run to the rescue of another. Other than the depressive states, Fayne is calm, collected, and his deep voice reverberates around him when he speaks.

So begins...

Fayne Evans blinked to a few more tree limbs, trying to get a better angle to inspect the wolf from. "I've been here a long time," he thought to himself, "and nothing besides birds and deer seem to roam these woods. What could a wolf want in here?" He sighed in confusion and jumped down from the tree, peeking from behind a tree trunk now.

Fayne Evans stepped carefully around the trees, making sure to stay out of the wolf's field of vision. He then blinked up into the treetops at the edge of the clearing, peering out between the branches.

Fayne Evans stood his ground as the white wolf in front of him spoke. It was an odd thing, as... animals never really spoke, at least not where he came from. "I should be asking why you are here. This is my home, and the inhabitants of this forest are mine to protect."

Fayne Evans glared from left to right, sensing movement along both the trees, and the bushes, then back at the white wolf in front of him. "Seems like we both haven't noticed eachother in these woods. But as I said, I do protect inhabitants of wherever I may be. I haven't lived here long, just enough to... be here..." He was getting restless, the extra precenses around him giving him urge for flight.

closed his eyes in complete frustration. Why so many beings at once? Why were two of them the same, yet one... standing out from the other two? Fayne took a deep breath and looked at the white wolf in front of him again. "What do you want me to do, leave?"

Fayne Evans sighed and closed his eyes once more. Upon opening them, he looked once more at the wolf, and then blinked back into the trees behind him, completely unsure of how to handle the situation. "Human form?" he asked himself, "shapeshifting..." he sighed and reappeared in front of the wolf. "Please, do. I would love to see your human shape."

Fayne Evans gazed in wonderment. His suspicions were true... she wasn't the only wolf-like creature around, and he took a few steps back. It was odd, there was anothing single being nearby, but two different precenses... how could that be? Fayne took a step into the brush, gazing around, preparing for flight.

Fayne Evans just watched as the two disappeared, and then just sat on the ground where he was, his back to the shrubs. It was odd, seeing them in a forest that he had been in for some time now. The other presence was still around, but he didn't much mind, and would sit there, eyes closed, thinking things over.

For some reason beyond my knowledge, they call me Fayne. I take the last name of Evans in memorium of the family that raised me. Does that, fully answer your questions?"

Fayne Evans only grinned at her cockiness, as in fact, he did not go down, in fact, he was already behind her before her kick even landed. "Don't get too overconfident in yourself." He then sent out an elbow that would hit her in her mid back, between the shoulderblades.
