She is a typical little girl, though she often helped her dad with his police work having shown an incredible capacity for learning at a young age and a fondess for technology and marital arts, she is very skilled in the art of Aikiddo and Muy thai. She is extremely sensitive to electro magnetic pulses, able to funnel them through her body and discharge them at dangerous levels of volts, as a result of this she is basically an organic computer, able to learn and memorize things in just a matter of seconds, her reaction time is also a quarter of the average human's reaction many doctors have called her a new species...Pro-Human and since the death of her father she has been using her Pro-Human 'Powers' to search for and kill the people who murdered her father...after all revenge solves everything right?

Personality

Fiona wandered into the bar, bouncing as she walked and smiling cheerfully. She did one full spin as she headed towards the counter and got herself a coke. She seemed like any other 10 year old human girl but upon closer inspection the scar on her right arm would become obvious and her eyes and hears seemed to dart all over the room at an impossible speed, taking every little thing within milliseconds absorbing incredible amounts of information that would have destroyed the brain of any other human yet here Fiona was, dancing around like it was perfectly normal. She sat down in an empty seat and sipped at her coke quietly as she scanned all the patrons taking in everything she could about them, height, estimated weight, scars, gender, mood, things like that.

Fiona lifted her head having heard so many voices, she locked all of them in her memory and her eyes darted quickly around the room at an impossible speed putting a face to each voice. This information would help her later in any engagement, she remembered this from an encounter in another bar, taking the guys estimated height and weight had allowed her to floor him when he tried to attack her. Better safe than sorry she thought to herself as she looked at Inari unable to decide what gender he/she was, Inari seemed to confuse Fiona a lot.

Fiona's head turned towards Gabriel as he entered, she studied his words carefully and in her little 10 year old mind curiosity sparked and she stood up, pretty much shimmying over to Gabriel and staring him in the eye, "looking for what girl?" she asked with no fear, as she awaited the reply she took in Gabriel's height estimating it by comparing it with her own and then estimated the average weight. All in all she reckoned she could stand a chance against him if the worst came to the worst.

Fiona nodded as if she was taking notes...which she was just in her mind, "one lady?...what does she look like?" Fiona's curiosity knew no bounds as she delved deeper into Gabriel's situation. She yawned slightly as she spoke, "i've seen a lot of people come and go in here...i'd probably know her" she studied Gabriel's face now seeing a mixture of surprise and interest which was an odd combo...surprising interest she wondered what that feeling must be like.

Fiona stopped and thought, she had seen someone a few days ago with a similar appearance, "did you catch her name?" actually she had seen a whole group of similar things a while back, they had been released into the cell where her father had been brutally murdered... they ate him alive. She yawned again and stretched her arms finding Gabriel the most entertaining person in the whole bar at the moment.
