Fourth Godhevel was created during a genetic experiment on Lance Ryan Williams. Since Lance became a son of the great Rias Blight, he was unable to fully go through the experiment. He lost the abilities of both of his arms, unable to wield weapons anymore. The abilities he learned through The Imperial Red Army were no more, and all mana he had established through his years of training had all be washed up.

The new ability was created in its wake, transferring to some sort of metabolic manipulation of his opponent. He also has some abilities to use a degree of psionics, able to manipulate the limbs of his opponent.
