Hayden F Walker would be sitting inbetween two tall ridged rocks, dusted with dried dirt, he could smell the blood of many on it, must be the hunting ground. His whited out eyes like foggy mirrors. His dark long locks matched the bark of the trees, wrapped in vivid green and yellow leaved vines and he sat in tall grass, his red tattered and high collared cloak gave him away, not that he was hiding either. He'd have golden armoured boots and a lone gauntlet on his right hand. He looked out of place that was for sure...

Hayden sat on his own in the dinner, with a cup of tea to himself and a slice of red velvet cake. He'd nibble on it other than that he only stayed in the darkest part of the dinner. He wore a red tattered, long collared cloak, black leather armor golden armor also. He'd have a red bandanna in his hair also, long dark brown hair. He looked young, unblemished but his eyes were whited out... like foggy mirrors... He was blind.

Nerio really had not planned on going out that day. It was on a whim that he decided to exit his home and brave the world, instantly complaining as he did.

Clad in a breezy blue button-down, a red scarf, old jeans, and dirty sneakers, the holy mage felt the least out of place walking down the street in Wing City than ever. He had only recently adapted to the city's style, and he found himself fond of it. He still carried his staff, of course. There was no traveling anywhere without that.

Eventually, the blonde came upon a restaurant he had come to favor over the last few weeks. Walking inside, the bell atop the door rang, alerting the staff of his arrival. Once they saw him, one began to chatter in a friendly manner at him, and he smiled brightly and answered politely.

"The usual. You know," he said, inclining his chin toward the kitchen. He stopped as he found another person in there. Something he did not often see that early in the morning. "Looks like I'm not the only early bird anymore!" he said to him.

Hayden jumped at the bell going, not expecting someone to come into the dinner in this early hour himself. He wouldn't turn to see the man, after all he couldn't see, but he could see his soul and he'd only smile as he sensed the holiness of the man's aura, putting him at a disadvantage in combat but none the less, he didn't want this nor wanted to disclose his origins. He'd only put up his hand in a golden gauntlet and wave to the man as he exclaimed his surprise and friendly nature. He'd put his hand back down, taking a sip of his tea before his blackish blue tinted lips moved as he spoke, his voice calm and wise seeming. ''I suppose not, Sir. Nice to meet you, you may call me Hayden.''

"Nerio," said the chipper young man, raising his hand at first to give him a phony salute...until he stared into the man's eyes. He let his hand drop, but his smile didn't falter. "Nice to meet you. That's quite a manly breakfast you've got there, eh? Tea and cake." It was a tease, but of course, Nerio had to question the masculinity of such a man. It didn't matter that he wasn't terribly masculine, himself.

Hayden smiled as he eat the last bit of his cake, taking a sip of his tea and he'd casually shrug. ''Well, I like sweet things. And I like red. Only seemed to fit...'' He'd ask back in a calming voice before got up and walked to the man, using his soul to location him, after all, souls were just as unique as the person that possessed it. He'd then stop in front of the man and simply smile. ''Excuse this next action...'' He'd warn Nerio as he next brought his hands up, using his gauntlet hand to pull the leather glove from his hand and he'd slowly bring his hand to Nerio's face, tilting his head as he felt the man's every detail on his face, taking in the image of the man smiling as he continued. ''You are young then?'' He'd ask before he'd take his hand away, putting his glove back on.

Nerio made a face when the guy started worming his fingers across his skin. He didn't move, but he was ever so slightly put off.

"...you must have an amazing memory," Nerio said to Hayden when he finished, "To remember the exact placement of those chairs to get all the way over here. And to figure out where I was. And my face was." He scratched the back of his head. "Or, I dunno. You've got magic."

Whaaaat was this?

"...yes. I am young. Or I could be tens of thousands of years old. Y'know. The usual."

Hayden only smiled, shaking his head slightly. ''No... your soul is young also. I only wanted to know, what the person I was talking to looked like. After all, it is quite obvious my eyes don't belong to the living world you see, rather, another world or different perspective.'' He'd the turn around, putting his gloved hand up, a pulse of energy would be felt as he used the sound and vibrations around him to paint the world around him in a negative blue colour, his eyes glowed gold during this then has he put his hand down, his eyes returned to normal and he'd walk back to his seat, sitting and he'd take a sip of his tea. ''Why don't you, come and sit with me, Nerio?'' He'd smile gently at this, his voice calm, whimsical even with a wise tune to it.

Nerio twirled his staff between his fingers, raising one thin eyebrow. "Yeah, I can tell," he replied. Seeing from a different perspective...yup. He wasn't normal.

"Sit with you? Ah-" He looked around the rest of the establishment, noting its emptiness, and eventually shrugged. "Sure. Why not?" He smiled, though he wasn't sure if the gesture could be noticed or not. He just kept the tone chipper, like before.

He sat down with Hayden, waiting for his breakfast to arrive as his fingers tapped on the table. "So you're rather forward."

Hayden would sip on his tea, resting his back on the booth cushioned back. ''Forward? Indeed. And besides, about from my and your souls and the staff of this dinner, no one else is here. You would just sit alone. So, I thought different. Just you sitting here means you have no problem with my bluntness. I assure, I am not rude, unless you give me a fair share of rudeness to me first.'' He'd smile at Nerio's direction, sipping up the last of his tea, which got the attention of one of the staff in the dinner who walked to him with a smile. ''Anything else sir?'' Hayden would suddenly grab the woman's arm with his gloved hand, his eyes flashed a crystal blue as he spoke his next words. ''I believe your sister is about to die. Cancer.'' The woman would look distraught all of a sudden and as Hayden released her arm she'd back away and actually in her shock ask him what she should do. Hayden only lowered his head. ''Go to her. She wants you there, even after your argument.'' With that said the woman dropped everything and ran out of the dinner.

Hayden only sighed, holding his head for a moment, wincing in discomfort before another person came to him, more nervous. ''W-what would you like sir?'' Hayden rubbed his eyes as he spoke. ''Tea.'' the staff quickly paced away and Hayden would rest back on the booth. ''Circle of life...''

Nerio watched Hayden suspiciously. What the hell...a seer? Or...something else?

"That's some reading skills you have there," said Nerio, drumming his fingers on the table. "You've already shown me two things that are...quite interesting about yourself. Perhaps it's because this is Wing City, but it seems like you don't intend to keep those powers much of a secret. That must mean you've got some kind of check, right?"

Tea...circle of life. What was with this guy?

"Was what you told her true?"

Hayden only nodded slowly, a somewhat saddened expression on his face but also a dutiful one. ''Indeed. Death is not a funny thing, nor something you can cheat. I learnt this a long time ago... We are born, or made then we die. But it is what you do with your time that really makes it worth it. But I am not the one to talk about self worth. Not when my life is surrounded by death.'' He'd then sense the server come with his tea and Nerio's food who quickly disappeared again and Hayden only sipped on his tea, expecting such outcasted attention and he'd only smile to Nerio. ''Don't worry. It is me they are afraid of, understandable.'' He'd then roll his shoulders, they clicked and cracked then he'd relax again. ''I only hide what is necessary. And what I said to the woman is called Death warning. I think you can understand what that entails. I have to some what keep focused so my ability is only effected by this area of Wing City, even then... it is a big place and the souls of the yet to transverse the plains of the spirit world run wildly here... it is quite a headache.'' He would then take another sip of his tea.

"You'd think they'd be used to it. Maybe they're new," the holy mage said with a wary laugh. Why would they be afraid of him, though? If he was just something like a seer. He didn't seem dangerous, but Nerio knew full and well that looks, more here than all other places, were deceiving.

"I'd argue about that cheating death thing, but I'm guessing you're new to here, too. Necromancers, walking corpses, rogue spirits that like to come back, immortals...they've...done a pretty good job at this whole cheating death ability thing." He lifted his hands to gesture to all that he spoke about. "But you must be an exorcist of some kind? No, no...you don't seem like one."

Hayden only looked down, his high collar hiding his blackish blue tinted lips from Nerio but he spoke clearly. ''Necromaners lose part of their soul with each conjured spell, and walking corpses are soulless and just what they are, corpses, even if one has a mind it is only the memories of the dead running through one's head, convincing them of who they are when all they are is the slaves of higher power. As for immortals, they are made, not born. They do not feel death as most do, but they understand if even envy the circle of life.'' He'd explain before sipping more of his tea with a refreshing sigh before he'd continue in while a poetic form. ''As for my job is, I think one would call me a wanderer.''

"I think you are new," began Nerio. "No two necromancers, walking dead corpses, immortals, are the same." He shifted in his seat and propped his ankle onto his knee, propping his staff onto his lap. Soulless corpses...Nerio had to hold back a small laugh.

"Some immortals, I've found, are born. There are endless possibilities of people, of creatures- beings- within this world. This universe. It's...amazing, really. Anything can happen."

Which wasn't always a good thing.

Nerio leaned forward, elbow on the table. "Ah, a wanderer. Doesn't explain much, but it does say something."

Hayden would nod in agreement with Nerio for a moment before smiling for a short time before it faded into a somewhat sadness and shame as he was sucked into his thoughts for a moment then he'd come back with a serious look on his face. ''Perhaps, I never said they were all the same. I only meant their origin is the same.'' He'd feel Nerio get closer, making him lean back, looking a bit nervous for a moment before regaining his composure. ''What does it say, Nerio?''

"Your unfamiliarity. Among other things." He gestured to the cloak, the leather and gold armor. "I mean, sure, we have guys like you walk down the street all the time, but most people acclimate to the more...casual feel of Wing City." He reprimanded himself again for the movement; the man couldn't see! But calmed down. It was habit. He was doing it for himself. "It also rules out the fact that you're from some fancy pansy faction like the Aschen and the Coalition, unless they're suddenly taking in foreigners and magic users."

Hayden only smiled in amusement as Nerio spoke, he'd put his gloved hand to his chin, tilting his head, feeling the waves of movement from his hands as he spoke. ''Young, wise and well mannered. Hand gestures confirm your both that you are well spoken and were taught the manners of a gentleman. You should be proud of that, not embarrassed. The heat given off your cheeks tell me you are a bit flustered.'' He'd take a sip of his tea before he'd put his arms on the table. ''So, you are saying I stand out? That I don't fit in to Wing city? Indeed. Wanderers don't usually fit in... I am... passing through. I have some... business to take care of here.'' He'd smile somewhat wider. ''Magic? Oh... no... magic is such a tame word for what I can do, but no matter. It will not be needed. Yet.''
