GENERAL INFO
Full name: – My name is Istzyr Baenval.
Alias/Nicknames: – The Pretender or Houseless One have been used many of times before as Aliases and even being called The Shroud has come up once or twice but when it comes down to nicknames one in particular has followed me to the grave and back, Emerald.
Gender: – I am very much a male.
Species/Race: – I am a Drow first and foremost and shall never forget my beginnings but to the surprise of my peers in the field of research I have chosen I now walk among the dead and drink from my victims’ blood like the vampire I truly am.
Age: - As to this day I am roughly 23 years within my undeath for the 159 I have lived while walking with the living.
Current Residence: - I travel, mostly, however I find that I spend most of my time resting in a small dimensional rift that a dear friend created for me when my plight and aversion to light became a bit extreme.
Job/Profession: – Some would say that I am a procurer of fine art but that would insinuate that I steal and pilfer what is not rightfully mine. I would more like to think of it as a constantly evolving business arrangement. In truth I only took up the ‘traders’ lifestyle so that I could see the world instead of staying down in a dark oppressive cavern were the only fresh air one can get is death itself.
Title: - Lord Istzyr of Silken Inn.
Allegiance/Alignment/Clan(s): – Whoever or whatever suits me I suppose. If someone asked me what my moral alignment was I would have to say that I am True Evil. I have no clan to call my own.

APPEARANCE
Height: – I am 5’7”
Weight: - 212 pounds
Build: - Light yet muscular.
Eye Color: - Emerald Green.
Hair Color: - Silver White.
Handedness: - Ambidextrous.
Skin Shade/Color: - Ebony.
Scars/Tattoos/Piercings: - I have several scars that run down my back from the days before my rebirth if that is what you want to know. I do not have any tattoos or piercings as lucky as I may be.

MENTALITY
Sexuality/Preference: - I am not one to turn away from love or affection but I am one to deny it to others or even completely ignore them if I see fit.
Sanity: - Sanity is only relevant for those who are asking. I am completely sane when it comes down to it.
Friends: - None at the moment.
Likes: - I am a being of fine and exceptional tastes and as such only the best of the best will do. What I do not know when it comes down to those nice things I take exceptional pride in it.
Dislikes: – Low quality items and poor company are my only dislikes. I assure you if you mix the two of those I would have to correct that little problem.
Hobbies: - Reading of course but what kind of man would I be if that was all I took up. I am a painter at heart and have commissioned many portraits over the years before I finished off my subjects in a bloody mess of heat and passion.
EQUIPMENT
Weapons:
– Lame De Mort- Not a simple tool used for farming for those who actually can claim that they have seen the dreaded scythe but a weapon of such fear that it was named for not only its versatility but its cutting edge. Lame De Mort when used in the hands of its owner at first appears to be nothing more than a pair of thin metallic wings that sit respectively on any creature of the nights back but this is only a ruse as they are as sharp as any weapon. Lame De Mort grants the ability to control all bladed weapons that its wielder throws allowing them to stay in the air and even stay in one place if it is willed. The wings that the scythe provides allows its master to fly.
-Valse sans effusion de sang- Not many can claim to have control of the power of their own blood as a weapon but Istzyr was blessed with this rather unique and deadly ability. Along with his minor manipulation of the shadows around him this drow can create real after images of himself and even use his blood like it was a deadly acid or to create portals or solid masses.
-Griffes du Démon- Istzyr normally does not show them but he does have razor sharp claws that have been known to extend up to three feet at the most. His nails are as sharp as diamonds and with his vampiric strength he has shattered many a thing in the past and present.
-Le charme morts- It is said that vampires have the ability to subtily manipulate the mind into believing something else. This is no different when a simple smile is given and those who it was directed towards have a sudden change of heart. This is a passive ability and is always active though not all are affected by the will of a vampire in the same manner as others.
Combat Attire: – The only form of Combat Attire I own is what I am wearing right at this bloody moment.
Accessories: – Besides all of my wealth I have acquired over the years there is not much to say that is noticeable. However if I find something I will be sure to let you know.
Miscellaneous: – Nothing at the moment of course.

So begins...

Fargrim eyed the trinket for a moment before reaching out to grab it. He was gentle, as if expecting the object to come alive and bite him. Once assured that it posed no immediate danger he examined it more closely to discern its nature. The wizard eyed the vampire suspiciously before pocketing the locket.

"Very well..." he said. "I suppose that will suffice. Then, by my Power, I promise not to harm thee as long as this alliance persists and you will not harm mine or my own. Do we have an agreement?"

Fargrim stowed his warhammer and stretched out his hand.

Istzyr smiled and took the dwarfs hand. The vampire could only nod and look past the small statured wizard at his two companions.

"Then let us be on our way my friend. The night is young and my time here is limited by the passing moments of such a dreary night."

Overhead a meteorite falls to the surface, it's faint green glow barely set it off against the colors of the sky. Within seconds it hit the ground thirty meters from Istzyr and Fargrim. The surface is impacted with the large upwards plume of dirt and is accompanied by a loud boom that shakes the surrounding forest. Any who approached the crater would find a perfectly round glowing green orb sitting at the bottom of the crater. A green glow lights the crater and the air above the crater. It is hard to miss such a sight.

An old face stepped into the Tauvyr Tavern in refined clothes long past their due date for the times that his kind often held true with. Louis simply smiled as his cold marble features hide the monster that dwelled deep bellow in his psyche.

"Gruul, warmed to 78 degrees room temperature, in a brandy snifter." Louis barked his order in a blunt manner that he was so accustomed as he took his seat at the bars counter and took up a random newspaper or something of the sort.

Regardless of whoever answered his order Louis was a creature of habit and in due time he would have what he wanted.

It's a wonder the snifter didn't shatter, with what force Daemala slammed it down before Louis. Gruul, warmed to 78 degrees room temperature. She gave him an even stare. Cold. Regarding him and dismissing him at the same time with her scabbed eyes. Many moments passed, and right before she swept around to gently sip her own glass of Blud she let loose an under-breath comment hand tailored for this relic of many pasts.

"You dog."

Oh what a beautiful sight to behold. Something so dark and deceitful just barely out of reach to remain safely tucked away from such a deadly creature. Her commanding demeanor against those lesser abominations was almost intoxicating to a fault and even The Pretender found it irresistible to say the least.

"Istzyr, relax yourself, I promised you a meeting with that thing. I can tell that this little deal of ours will be fruitful." A heavy set woman wearing a large wizarding cap began to smirk like the devil himself only to lay a pale hand upon her companions velvet doublet and silken vest. The witch had masked her presence with strong and old magic in order to keep her heart still and the dead from instantly finding her.

The ebon skinned vampire glanced up at the large witch with his emerald eyes only to smirk halfheartedly only to meld into the shadows beneath him and travel slowly towards the site of the strange fey and the weak willed vampires who bent a knee to her grace and glory. The witch herself kept watch from that safe distance only to remove her mammoth sized hate and reach deep within as if grabbing for something just outside of her reach.

Once Istzyr crawled close enough through the shadows he could only do what seemed rightfully proper for someone of his station. He had come from behind but simply brought his left hand to his mouth and coughed ever so slightly into it hiding his own smile.

"What a lovely night to subjugate those as weak willed as this lot present." Istzyr lowered his hand from his mouth and offered his toothy smile to the world revealing fangs in all. He bowed like a courtly gentleman and clenched the jeweled head of his cane.

With a slip of her head to a side, moving one foot behind the other, semi lowered her frame to curtsy with a cute flourishe. The swirling myriad mass of will o the wisp now seemed unnaturally drawn to her, swirling around as if spellbound to her. "This one." She paused with a vivacious little giggle, referring to the pacified vampyre, with a gentle tapping wave of her fingertips across their side. "Is such a pretty little kitty, do you not agree?" A quizzical smile winding over the expression on her face, reaching in to a messenger style pack with a hand, taking a long metal pipe, a pinch of catnip, and a strip of preserved fish from among the contents. Tossing the nip on the floor in front of their face, waving the food around in a persuasively enticing manner, mere moments before forcing it in their mouth. The vampyre spat, growling, as they hissed from behind clenched pointed teeth, when she started softly stroking them over on the neck, with a heavily petted embrace, only to insistently point them out the front gates of the tower itself.

"Fairly met." The faerie said, before turning about face, with a slowly performed spin, heading deeper in to the tower as she waved her hand motioning in a bid for the sable skinned dark elf vampyre to follow and walk with her. Leading the way as she advanced further in to great hall, will o the wisp lining before her, moving between the dim cast illumination of their pale lights glow. "What brings you, and your companion, to this somber, forsaken corner of this land inhabited by the waking unlife?" She said, pinning the pipe between her lips to sate her fixation, lighting it with sparks of sapphire colored faerie fire that danced at the tip of her forefinger. "There is no more a threat here, from the lurking hordes, so long as you do not disturb the dead and undead, the dead and undead will not disturb you." She spoke plainly in hushed tone, offering the words with a little smile.

With a turn of her left hand and a flick of her wrist, she thrust the black blade of her bastard sword in the air, impaling the still winds of the atmosphere in the room toward a throne elevated on a dais. Ancient arcana runed glyphs flashed for an instant, appearing as they sparkled brightly in a deep shade of indigo like twilight, just beyond the reach or her arm, where slick, oily black iridescent tentacles rose from the surface of the rise, destroying the seat of position. A twisted maddening visage of chaos, the new seat, one more suited to one of her size and stature replaced the eld.

"Now, with that minor little piece of business out of the way." A short pause, however brief, afforded her a moment to take her place, seated with legs cross and arms at rest upon the Chtulhian inspired grand chair . "Welcome to Necropolis Hollows. . . officially. . ."

The drow smirked and followed close behind. He knew by her words that the Witch had been caught and even though he stole a glance back at her hiding place he found no trace of her presence. Istzyr chuckled to himself as he motioned to dust himself off as though he had something to worry about, "I was promised an audience with your grace." The vampire offered his words once more only to watch the former throne suddenly be replaced by something more and then the fey taking a seat.
