History: Eventually found way off his home-planet in exchange for allowing humans to install, experiment, and test cybernetics on him but during that he was brainwashed and has no clue of his ancestry, family, or his home-world. The humans dumped him onto Terra from high-altitude orbit after he became unstable. He was luckily able to slow his decent to a safe speed. The only thing he can clearly remember is the brainwashing and painful installation of his implants by the humans. He now wanders the Multiverse not only as a field trip to learn, but also looking for any pieces of his past.

Implants:

Oxygen Scrubber [in lungs] (Allows unlimited time survival in planets atmospheres with CO2 and increases amount of methane available to burn)

Telepathic Communications Enhancer [rear of brain] (Allows talking to one or more nearby sentient beings in their head [side effects including being able to occasionally see each others thoughts and memories])

Bone Strength Serum [applies to horns, teeth, scales, and almost all bones] (Increases atomic bonding of bone and scale cells for tougher bones while reducing weight making flight easier)

Secondary heart (weaker backup heart; not enough to keep fully functioning, lower in body and further back, coated with flexible titanium and magnets to protect from some attacks)

Self-Wormhole Generator (extremely experimental, can be used to block incoming fire or move long distances) [Does not know how to use]

Metabolic Stabilizer and Manager (speeds up methane production, provides resistance to eating "bad food," and allows longer time without eating) [automatic]

Internal Electric Countermeasures (scrambles medium and short range hostile electronics [like missiles and targeting systems]) [is automatic]

Adrenaline Stimulation (micro manages adrenaline distribution and production therefore allowing longer usage of his rage)

Primary Attack: Claws, fireballs, mind-fray, teeth

Abilities:

Can fly naturally

Can breathe fire but not as long as other dragons but fire is hotter, further, and projects faster than other dragons (fireballs essentially)

Can breathe an unfocused beam of ice [Has not learned to use properly] (freezes unprotected targets almost instantly in a constant ray of shards)

Telepathy (mind communication, mind reading, mind control of almost any beings without a very strong willpower or without anti-telepathy)

Low defense against Mind reading but High Defense against Mind control

Immune to all but the hottest flames (lava, lasers, etc.)

Illusion (can create magical images and hallucinations visual and mentally)

Wing Dash (moves wings at almost faster than the sound barrier to move quickly backwards and up along with the incoming windstorm created by it that stuns and pushes nearby beings)

Focused Camouflage (When he is able to control his emotions he can make his scales adjust to his surroundings making him invisible unless you get within 2 meters close.)

Mind-fray (an offensive and dangerous telepathic weapon to weaker minded foes, scrambles their brain thoughts causing short term fear and panic along with long term possible chance of PTSD to the victim, can't be countered but can be blocked.)

Dragon Rage (pissing him off isn't the best idea, buffs most of his stats)

Shape-shifting [has not mastered] (can be used to change size and shape of himself)

Mind Link (connect through non-sapient creatures to be able to remotely use telepathy but at a decreased efficiency)

Telekinesis [has not mastered] (can counter other fields of telekinesis) allows movement of medium or small objects using brain

Armor Wards [has not mastered] (can quickly summon a set of flexible armor consisting of either ice or fire) fire incinerates projectiles, melts metals, and burns flesh. Ice stops projectiles and lasers, shatters, which impacts and hurts nearby hostiles, and reforms using moisture in air. The two cannot be combined!

Skillset: (+s and -s determine variations when enraged.)
Attack:8/10 +1
Defense:7/10 +1
Strength:7/10 +2
Speed:8/10 +1

Stamina:8/10 -1
Awareness:7/10-1
Stealth:9/10 -4
Intelligence:4/10 -1
Skill:6/10 +1

The first thing Jarkoopi felt when he awoke was the numbness of his body and limbs which the winds had been tugging at. When he tried to move or open his eyes they did it in slow response and constantly refused to open. He finally got his eyes open, the things he saw did not add up. The clouds were many different colors ranging from shades of yellow, white, black, and pink. The clouds had also decided to move in which ever direction they pleased, whether that be up, down, left, or right. He wondered why he was looking at clouds but when he turned around a he saw a big thin cloud approaching him quickly. Jarkoopi could not tell if he was falling or being pulled up by something. After a set of time he passed through the big thin cloud. It scared him at first because the moisture in the cloud chilled him from behind. When he snapped his head around to face the cloud, it was no longer there, it had been replaced with a rock cliff with surrounding lush forests.

Jarkoopi now realized the danger of smashing into a hard rock cliff; that danger was death or serious injury. He planned to fly away and land somewhere else but his wings would barely respond. He was able to extend his wing enough to steer away from the hard rock face, slow down his decent and land in a piece of forest quite close to it.
Thud!
He managed to avoid to rock cliff slightly and use a few weak saplings as a buffer from his fall but it was not enough to stop him from falling. The impact bruised him heavily on his left side and knocked him unconscious. Dust from the ground that had been stirred up now started to settle.

The pain was extremely distracting, even to a creature of Jarkoopi's size. Jarkoopi rose off his left side and rested on his stomach. He attempted to recall any of his memory but it appeared all fuzzy and filled with holes. He looked at that ground where he laid on his side, the sandy and rock soil had been stained by his own blood. He put a tip of his claw into a crack between rocks which had his blood he examined it closely. He looked back at his body and he couldn't find the source. It was not dripping or still bleeding. The earth started to tremor, long but steady, just like a dragon, it had come from the south. As he started to look at his surrounding areas he noticed to the north a massive city was lying on the horizon, a moving city! Or perhaps it was still the hallucinogens. He closed his eyes, and the world was filled with life, the city beamed with souls, it was definitely real.

He had two choices for when he fully recovered, move to the city or try to find the other dragon. he could not make the decision, he needed more rest to fully recover from his fall. To measure time he aimed his head at a dead bush, opened his mouth and a ball of flame engulfed the poor shrub. When he awoke, the size of the flame would indicate how much time passed. If it was out it had either rained or had been more than about 10 hours if was dying it had been about 8 hours, if it was still burning; 2-6 hours. Jarkoopi then set his head down and got some real rest, not rest that had been forced by an injury.

The decision to go hiking had been Aiya's, if only to get Sophie outdoors instead of watching her loiter around inside and bored all the time. They were an odd pair, Aiya at the age of nineteen in a grey t-shirt and green shorts, and Sophie at age eleven wearing denim overalls and a bright pink shirt underneath. Aiya had light-ish brown hair in a ponytail and freckles scattered over her cheeks from spending so much time outdoors, which contributed to giving her a tough look. A few cables seemed embedded into the back of her neck, currently taped down with a bit of masking tape, that lead down to a disc firmly attached to her back. Sophie on the other hand was a red head with no freckles and a purplish hue to her eyes. For someone so small she seemed to have a lot of confidence about everything.

The pair heard the crash in the distance, and Sophie was immediately curious, turning in the direction and peering through the woods. "What the heck was that?" she asked with a horizontal hand pressed to her forehead.
Aiya looked apprehensive. She knew that any noise sounded like trouble, and around here trouble should always be avoided. "I think it was just a tree falling over, we should keep going," she encouraged the younger girl, but Sophie was having none of it.
"Let's go check it out!" Sophie cried out enthusiastically, breaking into a run.
"Soph-! Hey!"
With a sinking feeling of worry, Aiya followed, the pair making plenty of noise of their own as they charged through the woodland towards the scene of dragon-crashing.

Jarkoopi's telepathic alertness woke him to two human like beings moving around. They were not truly humans as parts of them were hidden from his telepathy. He rose his head and neck straight up into an alert pose while still peacfully lying there on his stomach with eyes closed. The wisps of his telepathic communication encircled both of them, but he did not attempt any sort of connection to them yet. He wished to assume a passive presence in their minds, not an invasive one. Jarkoopi pointed his head in the direction of them but kept his eyes closed and his neck straight. He watched them mentally.

He realized the scene around him was the poor shrub was probably still burning, the small crater still remained from his fall, his blood (which was drying up by now) still sat between the crevices of the rocks he had fallen on, and the three little saplings lay snapped in half next to him.

He twitched his wings to acknowledge the were usable and laid them down on the ground in a passive but still ready to use position just incase things don't go as nicely as he would like. Some parts of these humans reminded him of himself in some way...

Sophie encountered him first, spotting his large form just lying in a crater with the burning bush nearby. She skidded to a halt in the trees staring in awe. This gave Aiya a chance to catch up and she immediately didn't want to be here anymore.
"What is it?" Sophie asked, somehow expecting Aiya to know. And for once Aiya had a pretty good guess.
"I think its a dragon..." she mumbled.
Sophie took one step forward before the strap of her overalls was grabbed firmly by Aiya who tugged her back. "And where do you think you're going?" she asked with a raised eyebrow of disapproval.
Laughter burbled from Sophie. "I'm gonna check it out, dummy! It looks dead!"
"And if its not dead... it'll gobble you up!" Aiya answered dramatically with fingers jabbing at Sophie's sides. The young girl squealed and jumped away from Aiya, who couldn't help but laugh.

The two's conversation and the child's laughter had become audible to Jarkoopi. The sudden laughter had almost made him jump as he did not expect one of them to be laughing that loud. He started to connect to the younger one's robotic mind, opened his eyes revealing the pair of them were hidden well behind some trees and bushes, but not hidden enough to completely hide themselves visually from him, and he spoke to the youngest in her mind.

"I assure you young one, that I am not dead, nor will I 'gobble you up' as your friend is telling you." Jarkoopi chuckled with a small smile, "That is unless I was starving very badly, but since I am not starving, you are safe."

He pushed his front legs out from beneath him, stretched them, and raised his head, all while still watching the both of them cautiously and maintaining a passive stance. The pain on his left side started to hurt worse for some reason.

Externally, Sophie looked like an ordinary fleshy young girl, and her frightened squeals were from the threat of being tickled. However, internally, Sophie was no such thing. She was an android, completely robotic in nature, and utterly unafraid of dragons. Whether she heard the dragon was hard to tell as she didn't have the mind of a typical conscious being. But neverthless she settled on staring at him with a small smile.

Aiya on the other hand was squishy internally, despite the wires connected to her neck, and when that dragon moved she did not want to be there. A hand grasped the back of Sophie's overalls and she tugged. "Sophie... Sophie c'mon we have to go... Just slowly walk away..."

The dragon realized the older one was trying to leave with the strange young one. Jarkoopi disconnected minds with Sophie and connected to the elder one's mind. His smile slowly faded as they tried to leave.

"Do not leave," he spoke to Aiya's mind with a firm tone, "For I am in pain, and pain, does not make me happy."

The large dragon rose up to a sitting position and rotated to face them with his left side and which his lower stomach scales had a small wood pillar entering between his armored plates along with some of his dried blood in-between scales. One of the smaller trees did not help with cushioning his fall.

"If you wish to be friends, then show me your trust and remove this..." he paused. "this natural spear. If you do remove it, you may want to cover your ears. And, I will be happy to return you a favor." He motioned with his head to come and remove it from his body.

Aiya didn't trust things, especially things she deemed magical, like brain-talking alien monsters. Even if he was a dragon, she was pretty sure telepathy wasn't normal. It almost felt like an invasion of her privacy. If he could talk to her mind, how could she be sure he wasn't reading her mind too? "Uh no thanks," she said with a forced smile as she started to retreat, even though Sophie didn't move, "We've really gotta get going."

Sophie's head turned and tiled up to Aiya. "Huh?" the android inquired.
"I think he's talking in my head with... ESP or something. He wants me to pull the wood out."
"Ooohhh... Okay!" Sophie said, then suddenly jerked free of Aiya's grip and hopped down the craters edge, only to lose her balance and land with a thump and slide the rest of the way down.
"Sophie!" Aiya cried out in near-terror. She was going to get eaten alive! Sort of...

The older one was human, for sure he was of that now. He did not trust the older one, but the child was something different. He watched the child slowly stumble down the crater towards him and when she got close enough to hear Jarkoopi, he tried to talk vocally with his calmer, softer voice,

"Thank, you."

He rolled over onto his right side exposing his left side stomach with the wood in it to the girl. Rolling over also exposed numerous precise scars, obviously made by doctors or scientists. He turned his head away as she approached so he would not shatter her young ears with his mighty roar of pain. He wondered what favors they might have needed, if any, but for now he braced for the pain that was to come.

Sophie finally found her feet as she reached the bottom of the small crater and didn't miss a beat, breaking into a very short run over to Jakoopi's side. "This?" she called out to Aiya as small hands wrapped around the wood lodged in the side of the dragon. With a mighty heave she would pull it free with strength that obviously didn't suit her, only for her to fall back on her rump from a lack of balance.

Aiya in this time had also navigated very slowly and carefully down into the crater and took this chance to wrap her hands around Sophie's shoulders. "Okay done let's go!" she insisted, tugging on the androids arms trying to guide her up to her feet and for the slope.

As Sophie grasped the wood shard Jarkoopi turned his head away and tensed up all along his body. With a great tug the spear dislodged itself in one piece. Blood started to flow from his wound again but bled slowly down his back left leg.

Jarkoopi roared in pain loud enough to scare the birds that had been gathering on the trees but not loud enough to disturb anyone in the city. It was not a roar of agony or anger, but of despair and pain from his years of being studied and experimented upon. He loosened his muscles in his body and sat up directly facing Sophie.

"Again, thank you, I owe you," he spoke aloud with a soft tone. "Is there anything I can do for you young lady?" He completely ignored Aiya when asking his question. He smiled towards the girl and realized they were related by machines but she was more machine than anything where he is more dragon than robot.

What could he do for a young girl? Well that was obvious. "Icecream!" she declared, only for the almost shocked response from Aiya to be heard a moment later. "Sophie!" she said in a scolding tone.
"Oh! Sorry... Can I have an ice cream please?"
Aiya was honestly not sure if she should be mad or not, but she couldn't tell if Sophie did that on purpose. "Yes, you can have an ice cream later, we should just leave the dragon to rest now, okay? I'm sure he's very tired." She still didn't want anything to do with him. Sophie glanced over her shoulder a little uncertainly, then shrugged. She didn't really have a good excuse to stay other than she wanted to.

Well, Jarkoopi should've seen that coming a mile away.
"Sadly I do not have any with me," his tone turned playful, "but I can make snow and ice!"
It had been a long time since he tried to breathe ice, he always had liked his fireball over ice. Within no time the dragon raised his head to the sky above Sophie and tried to channel his magic. At first it seemed he was about to choke but eventually winds, snow, and small pieces of hail came down on them from above. There was a noticeable change as this dragon turned more into a child and less like an all-powerful, wise creature of the air. The dragon himself rarely saw snow, so he was awed as much as Sophie was.

A puff of black energy appeared in the sky above the Wing City Lake. The explosion was no bigger than a car before it was gone. What was remaining was a 6' figure free falling from the sky. The figure spread out their arms and legs, embracing the fall.

"What in the Hell?!" The figure yelled as he fell.

The being was nearing the surface with a trajectory of the lake. As the being got within a fair distance from the ground, he would move his hands in front of him and focus his energy. Then the hard part began.

The being would come down towards the lake, but instead of colliding with the water, the being released his energy. A massive explosion of water erupted, highly disturbing the lake. The being used his energy to act as a pillow in it's landing. The water parted around it all the way to bottom of the lake. When the being reached the bottom of the lake, it released the energy. It's feet hit the ground and bent, spring himself back towards the top of the lake as the water began to fill in the hole.

The water slammed back together sending a massive spray into the air. At the last second when the waves slammed back together, the being could be seen breaking through the surface. The being moved his right hand to point in the direction of his right foot, creating a solid energy in a sense, and kicked off of it towards the lakes edge. Once the being had kicked off the energy, his vision disappeared and was out unconscious. This left his body moving like a cannonball to the land with no control. A painful landing was in place.

The being barreled into the ground, carving a trench with it's body. The being smacked the land with his face first, tumbling and tossing as it bounced over any large rocks in the ground. Covered in dirt and grass, half of the beings body was hidden. What could be seen was a black cloak outlined in gold. The hood on beings head remained draped over the left side of the beings face.

What was visible of the face was a male facial structure. The beings face had black and gold tribal markings on it with smaller, three inch horns jabbing out around and pointing upwards, as if a natural crown. On his left hand that was visible, symbols stretched from his claw like nails and up his sleeve.

There was no movement from this being. His pulse was extremely low, barely keeping alive. Blood mixed with sweat dripped from his pores. The being barely lived, exerting all his energy and magic into saving his life. Not to mention, the being was not fond of using his Force energy because of the side effects it carried, he was a natural Alchemist and master of Magnetism, master of all metals. To use his Force energy with his true powers energy to break his fall was life threatening when falling at the speeds he was.

Four, one foot long, metallic stone, lightsaber like handles were lost in the landing. If anyone was to find them, they would find themselves in for a surprise. These handles were enchanted with an Alchemist magic, turning anyone who touches them into a steel statue for one hour.

Anyone within the vicinity of the bluff would be able see the being falling. If they couldn't see it, the bursts of energy sounded as if a jet was going Mach speed, booming across the land and through any caves around. The being needed help and the only chance he had was someone noticing the situation.

"Cool do that!" Sophie chimed, having never seen snow before. Aiya grimaced, mouth opening to argue when she heard a distant explosion over at the lake. Her arms wrapped around Sophie's shoulders and she jerked backwards, pulling the stumbling child towards her. She had assumed there was some sort of attack going on.

Dammit, this was why she didn't like going out of the city! Sure, the city wasn't safe, but at least there was plenty of room to not-die. Out here it was just trees for miles, no bunkers, no law enforcement, just crazies EVERYWHERE. Sophie on the other hand just rolled her purple-hued optics and started searching for whoever was responsible, were they still in eyesight, but there was very little chance of going to find him after all of that had happened. Aiya wouldn't let her.

"Can you still make it snow?" she asked hopefully.

Jarkoopi stopped suddenly before the being was audible or visible because he was able to detect its extreme telepathic signatures that emitted from the mind. He heard the water splash but then the crash on the ground, he did not expect the crash onto the ground. When he heard this he raised his head to the source which had down by the lake under the Bluff.

"Perhaps there is another time Sophie." He rarely used someone's first name, only on some occasions.

He walked to the edge of the Bluff and looked down towards the water and shore. The figure would had been surprisingly well hidden if Jarkoopi's eyes had not been as well as they were. The humanoid creature was obviously injured and possibly needed help of some sort. But what could he do? Maybe he has overstayed his visit here.

Leave now. All of them will eventually betray you, trust me...

That was the first time after leaving the space station he heard the voice again, he wanted to refuse but then again, the voice helped him get off the station. He did not know to trust the voice or his instincts.

Esphiroth would lie there, still hanging on. There wasn't much he could do, he was out cold and barely alive. Maybe the being could wake up eventually, but he still lacked the ability to move. At this point, he was useless unless he could reach something in his pocket that would bring him back.

When the dragon moved, Aiya wrapped her arms around Sophie and tried to pull her away once more, but the child was simply too stubborn. "Sophie, please, we should just go," she said.
Sophie looked up at Aiya with a small pout. "I wanna see what he's looking at," she answered.
Aiya let out a sigh of futility. "Fine, just... Be careful, okay?"
Sophie grinned and wrapped her arms around Aiya in a brief hug, then slipped from her arms and darted up to the edge of the bluff next to Jakoopi and peered down. Then she laughed.
"Wow its raining people," she smirked, then asked the dragon, "Do you know him?"

Jarkoopi laughed at her comment. He tried to keep his laugh quiet.

"No I don't know him," he looked back down, "Although, he might have came from the same space station I came from. I do intend to fly down there, or dive in."

He tried to judge the distance, how far could it be? He could glide down either way, maybe Sophie wanted to come. Aiya certainly wouldn't approve. Sophie could ride on his neck, nobody has ever ridden him as a mount, he hated it. Although he could let it slide just this time. If she did he would have too be careful with his spine movements as a well pressured spike could do serious internal damage and cause scarring and moderate bleeding.

He looked back up to Sophie, "Want to come with me?" He said quiet enough for Aiya not to hear.
