Personality
This unbalanced sorceror is driven by a need to reach his idea of perfection. He employs forbidden magic in his plans, tending to summon forgotten gods to achieve his goals. He even goes as far as to steal magical items from different dimensions to further himself in his goals. Incredibly sadistic, Jericho enjoys the sight of those around him in pain.
Equipment
Jericho carries a wooden staff, with the shrunken head of an unknown person and the twisted horns of a ram on top of it. For some reason, the wood of his staff cannot be broken, burned, or destroyed in any other means. This is probably the result of a ritual it has been through. It is used to summon various magical items and creatures from different dimensions.
Korrupsiya - A small obsidian charm, which allows him to force his will upon the minds of weaker individuals to do his bidding.
Abilities gained through magical means
Jericho has slowed his aging process so much that he could be considered an immortal.
In a pact with ancient spirits of the Qara ölçüsü, Jericho has given his soul so that he could call upon deities of his desire to be used in battle. They cannot be destroyed, and are only returned to Qara ölçüsü when Jericho wills it.
The ability to see and understand all forms of energy.
Jericho is able to call upon and manipulate ambient mystical energy of the Universe, his powers further include:
Intangibility: The ability of Invisibility or Near-Invisibility and Phasing through solid material.

Banishment: Jericho has banished many types of creatures and humans to other dimensions but the extent of this is only possible as long as the his magic is greater then that of the 'Banish-ees' magic during the banishment.

Jericho Bedlam's Story

The ground near the two would turn a sickly green color as it rotted, eventually turning to a deep obsidian as a cloaked figure emerged from it. This being wore a metal helmet of sorts, which had two large horns ascending from either side of it. From within the folds of the cloaks hung two arms, riddled with thick veins that resembled the roots of a plant. The being's right hand clutched its wooden staff, which had the horns of a ram, and the the shrunken head of an unknown person.
Upon its arrival, the being, known as Jericho rotated its head slowly, causing three large pops to be heard. He had felt the presence of a Lich during his travels, and figured he would stop by. He intended to destroy it, and grind its body into ashes for his own personal use.

Jericho Bedlam turned to watch the hunter as she attempted to leave. With a small movement of his hand, he caused the ground she was about to become soft. If she were to step on it, she would begin to sink immediately. He had became bored, and he sought to strike up controversy.
The setting changes from Forest Border to Gambit's Bar
Jericho Bedlam rose from the floor of the bar, the area around his feet now black. The tar-like substance began to away at the surrounding wood as he moved away from it, taking a suit on the soft cushion of a booth.
Jericho Bedlam looks over to the man known as Drakus, clutching his staff tightly with his grey hand. The veins of his arms cascaded all the up to his finger tips, quite a disturbing site.
Jericho Bedlam figured he'd cause some trouble. He rose his staff, causing a table beside him to rise into the air. He moved the staff horizontally, causing it to fly toward the person known as Odgerel.
The strange creatures that entered the bar moved around the inside quickly, knocking over shelves and splitting tables in half. They were doing their bests to destroy the bar's interior while Jericho kept his eyes on Scott while tapping his staff on the ground; The bones making a pleasant rattle with each tap.
Jericho Bedlam stared at the man who approached him from the depths of the metal helm that surrounded his skull. Suddenly, the man before him was confronted by a force that urged him to move away as quickly as possible. In fact, it was pushing him with enough force and intensity to hurl him into the wall behind him.
