History

This was a thing in 2009 that I cringe at now.

This character is someone different each time I feel like using this profile.

My Victim of the Day:

Previous Victims

29 AUG 09: Jordan is a US Senator. He is an Independent, and represents New Hampshire (surprise, surprise). He leans toward the conservative side, but has a few liberal views as well. Tall and handsome with salt and pepper hair, a lean build, he tends to dress in hand-tailored suits. He is very outgoing and extroverted. Gregarious, one might even say. Has a large vocabulary and is very arrogant and proud of himself.

He is divorced with two children, and he has custody. The mother is currently confined to a mental hospital for paranoid schizophrenia, which developed slowly over the course of their marriage. Jordan was raised in New Hampshire and now proudly serves.

29 AUG 09: A mercenary for hire, she currently works with a number of terrorists groups. Jordan is tall and lithe with long dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She is great with interrogation and sharpshooting. She was born and raised in Lebanon, but disappeared when she was twenty-two, emerging ten years later in the shadowy underworld. She is a mean, hateful narcissist who swears a lot and doesn't respect others.

30 AUG 09 A mage. His element is earth. He can cause minor earthquakes and manipulate natural structures (rocks, trees) within close proximity. Has long, flowing brown beard and wears dark green robes. Jordan is a jovial fellow, quick to laugh, and gracious.

1 SEP 09 Shane Collin's girlfriend, a Chinese Uighur girl whose parents immigrated to America. She is petite with a round face and an easy laugh. Secretly, she is a sociopathic murderer. She is charismatic and able to manipulate others at will by turning into what they want most, while secretly plotting their demise. She has earned a Sociology degree and speaks three languages: Chinese, Uighur, and English. She is 26. Jordan is in law school.

strode pompously into the bar with a camera-perfect smile, his hands tucked into the pockets of his Armani suit. He looked around at the patrons, and, seeing neither fellow legislators nor constituents, sat at a barstool and leaned over the counter. In a purposefully loud voice, he said, "Bartender! Bartender!"

"Excuse me," said Senator Chang, turning to Neku, "but why are you in a bar? You look far younger than the legal age."

Senator Chang turned back to Missi with a bemused expression. "I'm very sorry about that, Miss, but I'm afraid I'm far too old. You'll simply have to find someone else. There are plenty of young patrons in this bar. . . I'm sure you'll find someone." Then, to Neku, "Where are your parents, boy?"

The Senator glared at Neku. "Young man, do you have any idea who I am?" He shook his head in disgust. "No respect for their elders, not children today, no!"

"Thank you," said the Senator, sinking back into his seat. "Someone finally showed up to work today. Now I'd like a bottle of pink wine."

The Senator turned to stare lustfully at Motoko, and then heard Sianso's voice. "Here you go," he said, withdrawing a fifty dollar bill and then a twenty dollar tip.

"An honor, Miss Motoko," said the Senator, leaning slightly in towards Motoko. "I would certainly be happy to facilitate such a dialogue. You may be aware, I serve on the Senate Committee of Foreign Relations. The President is considering me for Ambassador to Japan."

"That speech is next week, isn't it?" Senator Chang remarked idly, his eyes scanning the bar. No one else he knew, thank god. He lowered his voice. "My opponent is an up and coming Democrat with a reform platform, and the constituents seem to like him a lot. I'd appreciate it if you could donate, all within the legal limits of course." The Senator chuckled, his eyes twinkling. My, Motoko was a lovely lady. "I'll be certain to mention it to the President," he said. "I've always had a special place in his heart."

"Absolutely," said Senator Chang. "Mind you, the Republicans are gearing up for the next election. Seems everyone wants to take me down, somehow or other." He smiled playfully at Motoko. "But you tell me, how long have you been in Orb?"

Tahira Ali walked slowly into the bar, recognizing only one other woman. She looked around, and saw Uriel, whom she approached, the other woman taller than her. "Peace be upon you," said Tahira Ali, the proper greeting. The cross around the other woman's neck reminded her of her aunt's.

"Indeed, it is often the voice of the little man that gets drowned out by the furious voices of the rabid dogs that so populate this earth!" The Senator slammed his fist upon the bar for effect. "But it is time--and the little man shall be heard! He shall be oppressed no more!"

"One way to live eternal," remarked the Senator. "Without free trade and open recognition of all sovereign nations, why our own USA would be quite unnoticed and unpowerful. It was through hard work we gained the respect of the world."

Tahira Ali said, "Most whom I know who believe in God, they are good people. My father's sister who raised me, she was a Christian missionary. One of few who ever truly loved me." She looked away for a moment. "Come, would you join me?"

Tahira Ali smiled pleasantly. "It is an honor to meet you, Uriel Manos," she said. "From whence do you come, and what is your line of work?"
