Description
Appearance: Kailah is a beautiful woman with long dark brown hair, straight as a pin and smooth like silk. She has dark blue-grey eyes, creamy/pale skin and stands at a relatively average height, around 5'7.
Personality
Kailah has a very well-balanced personality, but she can be fairly aggressive when provoked, though her temper is fairly hard to set off, she can be terrifying when aggravated. Her personality can be affected by the moon and her Nionkiian heritage, but she is usually somewhat docile. That said, she is also very opinionated and prideful.
Equipment
A Nionkiian (Ni-own-key-an.) is, for lack of a better word, a shapeshifter. They live in packs, or clans, which each make up a part of Nionkiia, much like states make up parts in a country.
Generally, Nionkiians do not have last names, but should they actually need one, they take on their pack's name. Alpha males or females are the highest-ranked Nionkiians. They make the most influential decisions in Nionkiia, much like a President.
Powers/Abilities.
Shift Form: The ability to shift into an animal. Nionkiians usually inherit their shift forms from their parents and discover their form shortly after birth. It is considered a disability if a Nionkiian is unable to shift.
Spirit Form: A rare power in which a Nionkiian can shift into an ethereal being.
Anthro Form: Most Nionkiians have an Anthro Form.
Rings
Nionkiian rings are typically made from silver, sealed with a magic gem. Nionkiians seal a sliver of their soul into the ring, so they will reincarnate after a while. Should their ring get destroyed, the Nionkiian will die as well.
Mates
Nionkiians take on mates (Spouses) at some point after maturity. They mate for life, but in extremely rare cases, a Nionkiian may find another mate, should their first mate pass away.
If a Nionkiian is rejected by their mates, they will die a slow, painful death.
The bond between Nionkiian mates is impossibly strong, and can only be broken through death or a special spell. This spell, however, is extremely dangerous, and often will make the subject go feral.
In a mating ceremony, mates exchange rings, to show they trust each other with their lives.
Going Feral
Going feral is when a Nionkiian reaches borderline insanity, often happening when a Nionkiian looses his or her mate. When a Niokiian goes feral, it doesn't recognize anyone as friend or foe, attacking and killing anything in it's path. Typically, there is no cure, and the Nionkiian must be killed before he or she kills someone.
History
Kailah is the twin of Kalin, the second oldest of the Niokniian siblings, and soon-to-be heir of the Nionkiian throne, beside her brother. She took over leadership after Tevin died, though she was deeply grieved. During Rijan's attack on her family, she fought alongside Kalin in the final battle that killed her mate and her beloved twin. After Rijan's defeat, she fleed her destroyed country, only to eventually die from starvation. She reincarnated 4 years after her brother, adjusting to technology , with the occasional setback. Unlike most of her siblings(Save for Talia), Kailah does not have an accent unless she is very upset.
So begins...
Kailiannah Okami's Story
"I care... because... I just do, okay! I can do something about this." She was getting irked quickly.
She shifted into her wolf form. "This will still hurt like a bitch." She unzipped his hoodie, moving the neck of his shirt over so his shoulder was exposed, she bit down on his shoulder.
She pulled away, wiping blood from her muzzle. "Told ya it hurts like hell." She shifted back to human.
She hugged him back gently. "It's ok, after the hell you've been through tonight, I think your entitled to bit a little snippity." She chuckled.
"Oh." she chuckled. "Quite an accomplishment... my brother has mentioned an MMA before, perhaps you know him?"
"Yellow, actually. How could you tell?" She asked, cocking her head again, her ears giving her a cute look.
