Physical description: Kamen Justice stands at 5'11'', clothed in a red spandex costume with white sections around it and gold on some of the borders. He wears a helmet that hides his face via black visor. A gold dragon ordains at the forehead.

Outside of his costume Kamen Justice is known as Max Kaiser, a blonde haired, blue eyed male with youthful features (with his age being twenty-one). He's rather tone, but skinny. He weighs 132 lbs. outside of the costume.

Personality: Brave, inspiring, heroic...however he usually appears as spastic, quick on the gun, and naive. He has good intentions, and always tries to lend a helping hand to those in need. For those on the side of evil, Kamen Justice wastes no time in trying to engage in battle. He enjoys combat and testing himself with friends as well. Some people relate him to Bruce Lee when fighting.
Occasionally Max suffers from feelings of depression and hopelessness that the world/universe is impossible to help. This is due to the actions of his father (Please read history). When in this state while donning the suit he becomes borderline robotic, not hesitating to absolutely destroy whoever is in his path.

Equipment: Change Belt: This allows Max to take the form of Kamen Justice. In the suit he gains superior strength, speed, and durability. The transformation will end if too much damage is taken. It also functions as a teleporter, however it only allows one jump a day.
Justice Blaster/Justice Blade: This is Kamen Justice's side arm. It always appears as a blaster when he changes, but if wanted it can turn into a sword. The blaster shots are powerful enough to break through most anything, however it's solar based. This restricts it in ammo, and power. The sword is incredibly resilient.
Tiger Nunchakus : Nunchakus that are believed to be indestructible.
Jeet Kune Do: Weapon of choice, this is Kamen Justice's martial art that he performs in suit. It should be noted that Max Kaiser does not know Jeet Kune Do, however he has taken Karate.

Back Ground: As a young boy, Max Kaiser always enjoyed Saturday morning cartoons. His dream of being a legendary warrior was always something he desired. However, everything changed when his father walked in from work one Tuesday afternoon and killed his mother and raped him: "Father!! FATHER!!!! NO!!!!!".
Immediately after, Max Kaiser's father committed suicide with a gleeful grin. The eight year old boy, broken and scared of the world found hope in Mr. Kenshiro, a forty year old foster home care taker. He took pity on the boy, and trained him the art of Karate. On Max's eighteenth birthday he handed him the Change belt, telling him not to be scared of the world anymore and to fight for what he felt was right. He's been fighting for three years now, and is ready for the next level of challenge, but will he be able to truly overcome his haunting past and be the righteous protector he wishes to be?
