Kanako Yasaka's Story

Ah. The 'Tool' as she called herself seemed to be quite angry again. This often would go ignored as the 'Bird Brain' as most called her would merely fume before abruptly cooling her jets..somewhat like an overheating Nuclear Reactor dipping it's radioactive pylons in water. However. For once this supposed 'Evil Cruel Goddess' would be the Brave and Forward being she was and deal with this event personally..she was no Cowards, nor was she sadistic or cruel! She wasn't a cow either!

However the Skies above, albeit ones that where generally clear and crystal would suddenly grow dark. Almost as if a storm would begin to brew overhead, lighting crackling and thunder soon followed.

Weak you say..? Hardly.

A voice would echo, a rumble of thunder seeming to follow as rain steadily began to drizzle onto the blue grass bellow.

I did no such thing, merely you weren't ready for the power you took upon yourself. However.

The Voice would seem to pause for a moment.

I cannot undo what has been done, its not within my power. If I where able I would however I cannot, it seems my intentions for you had gone somewhat wrong..however to your intelligence had nothing to do with you consuming the Yatagarasu...rather it was simply the limitation of your species in general.

Well.. Bird Yokai weren't very smart, much like Insect Yokai..why they where often pegged/made fun of for being 'Bird Brains'...Mystia was another target of this cruel joke.

Bipolar..? I don't see how gaining as much power as you did made you bipolar, perhaps crazed. However at first I do admit I intended to use you, however it was merely a means to benefit us all..but in the end it seemed that wasn't even and my plans never came to being..however I did intend on rewarding you for your service aside from power...after all you had or where going to do Gensokyo quite the favor.

Was not visible, not Kanako hadn't even appeared yet. Rather it was her voice that could be heard.

Just because I'm a Goddess doesn't mean I posses such a Power, I merely govern over a select Elemental and insure a form of balance exists..nothing more. I cannot turn back the hands of time or undo what had been done, you are neither the Earth or Skies you are a living entity.

She would offer in comply, the voice still seeming to echo as thunder rumbled overhead.

Yatagarasu. However from how you are acting now its clear you are far from ready to ascend as much as you did so quickly. However I cannot help but be cryptic about things, just bluntly coming out with what I wanted you to do would of seem more like a command then some manner of prophecy and you would of surely never went through with it.

You are merely fractured, overwhelmed with the power your body wasn't ready to take upon itself but still attempting to repair the damages done. However like I state you are far from bipolar child, you are merely slightly crazed...however like I said I lack such an ability however if you intend on harming innocent life in your anger I will personally see you put down by my own hands. Understand this, you where given a responsibility bigger then any other, a Power that puts you on the level of a Deity and then rather then attempting to gain control over it you intend on destroying yourself and possibly everything around you? I do regret not realizing to the fact that you may of not been ready for such a task however have you ever not tried to control it yourself or are you satisfied with letting it control you..? In the end I may of resulted in this state you are in but it is partially your fault for letting this power you where gifted to ruin you.

Sadly you have been a Bird Brain beforehand...your species or Bird Yokai in general where never bright creatures to begin with do to being cursed with a somewhat short attention span. However you are no mockery or even a joke. You are merely telling yourself these things and putting yourself deeper into insanity, the power you have is one that is respected but seeing how you are abusing it in such a manner you won't gain such respect. Do you think a God would be respected if they went about using their gift willy nilly..? No. However this is all I can say to you, there's nothing else I can do.

The Voice would seem to be silent upon the Creatures anger, yes as if either the Goddess was gone or had no more words to say. After all she spoke what needed to be said and the creature was yelling out in anger regardless, pointless hate that would only create more hate and eventually death. However when the Woman broke down, speaking about how everyone mocks her and calls her a 'Bird Brain'. Well sadly, Kanako didn't feel like repeating herself however on the fact that she was a Bird Brain was do to her species..not the power she was given. However when the Woman slumped over, the Arm Cannon releasing and the Creature burst into tears a pair of arms would wrap around her neck or droop.

Shh. Shh, you are no joke Utsuho. Its not your fault, like I said its because your species thought process is limited. They have no right to poke fun at something that was a complete accident, your knowledge and ability to use Nuclear Fusion is more then enough proof to show how incredible you are. They are merely jealous, you aren't the only one who gets ridicule... remember if any little thing goes wrong they often blame their God...and when we aren't what they expected they often retort to derogatorial words and slander...creatures are merely cruel, that doesn't make you a joke.

The Woman would stroke the Avian Yokai's head slowly now. Well yes she was doing all she could to cheer the thing up.

Because the Power seemed more befitting for a creature such as yourself. And I personally wouldn't desire to give such a Power to a Tool like Reimu...nor would she be willing to accept it.

Personally she didn't care for that Woman, the ability to use Divinity with incantations...just because of her ancestry...while other Shrine Maidens had to do thing the hard way..rubbish.

Because I believe you where ready Utsuho, I thought you could handle such a Power with ease and use it properly. I put my faith in you when it came down to it, however you are no husk you are merely in pain...and I apologizing for not realizing that I may of expected too much of you so for that I apologize.

The 'Goddess' would continue to stroke the Creatures head.

Like I said before you Silly Bird...they are merely hateful creatures with no appreciation of anything. I unlike them posses no such hate for others..hating something just because of how it is..well that is wrong, you are a suffering soul who need affection now..not more grief.

The Brow would seem to raise once more, well the Girl's reaction was still odd despite her attempting to aid her torment albeit cure it.

Because everyone makes mistakes, people shouldn't linger on them..you where given Power and not fully prepared for it and people lingered on something that happened a while back, but times change..people mature and eventually that Power they have no control over soon becomes like an extension of their own will. Now tell me, you clearly have more control then you did when you first obtained this power correct..?

People have no right to be mean to you..and they shouldn't focus on things that have happened in the past..I'll talk some sense into them so they will stop treating you so horribly~ Though there's nothing wrong with that now silly, just because I'm a Deity doesn't mean much. Its just a Status or Title..a curse even.

She would however move to pat the Girl upon the head, the Woman would furrow her brow.

She shouldn't do that, that's your Girlfriend now. She should treat you with unequal love not point out faults or poke fun at you.

Blinked now, well this was also rather sudden! Or something she didn't expect.

Those Brownish Red hues would seem to flutter now, well this was all..well it felt like she was repeating herself! Albeit the whole sudden thing and not knowing however to react to it now.

She would calmly offer in comply, placing her pointer finger upon the Bird Yokai's lips almost in a shush manner.

But none of that kissing, I don't mind it only if its seldom otherwise it turns smutty. I'm more of the cuddly type, you are too good for someone who can't appreciate you now.

Though she would move to hug the Girl, see Kanako can be kind but she was also blunt or generally forward.

Well goodness! Now the Girl was crying, though she would keep a gentle grasp on the Avian or Yokai even. Maybe some crying was in order, to well help make her feel better!

Eh? The Girl was really 'overdoing' it a bit. The 'Goddess' found herself being somewhat overwhelmed, then again she wasn't the 'kiss kiss' lovey dovey type, she was more 'professional' about things perhaps..? "Er..y-your welcome, now try calming down a...bit." The Woman would chuckle. "Er...I..suppose..? No need to rush into things blindly now." Well she'd 'hug' the girl, but this was entirely awkward for her.
