Katherine Delgo "Aw, sweetie, how cute," Katherine's voice was a fake high pitched and dripped with venom, "Our first date, you're taking me to a bar."

"Sit down and shut up." the badge decorated officer shoved her down into a seat of the first empty table he saw. He was blonde, and tall, and muscular, and not unattractive, but the grim grimace on his face all the time. He straightened his belt, and looked around before clearing his throat, "Excuse me, everyone." he said, trying to get the attention of the people in the bar. "I'm um, I'm officer Jason Hardsick and it's my responsibility to let you know that this woman here is a felon and that we have stopped here for the night. She was wanted and is now being charged with arson, theft--"

"Identity theft, murder, and oh! Also assault on an officer. You might want to get some ice for that bruise there, Jason," Katherine snickered. She leaned back in her seat. She was wearing a black tank top and dark jeans with cowboy boots, her long dark hair pulled back into a ponytail and sweat glistening on her face.

"Yeah..." Jason scowled and sighed. This was going to be a long night. "I'll have a whiskey," he mumbled and walked to the bar. He left Katherine chuckling at the table, hands handcuffed behind her back.

Katherine Delgo "Yeah, he's an annoying fucker," she chuckled and flipped one of her bangs out of her eyes. She turned her green eyes to look at James, one eyebrow raised, before she started laughing. "I'm way ahead of you sweetheart," she said, and displayed her freed wrist before putting her hands back behind her back, eyes constantly flickering back over to the officer.

"How 'bout you buy me a beer?" she asked, and directed her smirk to James.

Katherine Delgo "Mm, my name." she said as she reached one hand up to scratch her head. She pulled the hairtie out of her hair, and long, brown curly hair fell on either side of her face. "Depends on where you're from," she said and gave a mischievous smile.

Katherine Delgo "That's what he forgot!" she said, shaking her head, "I've conned a lot of people out of a lot of money as well." she laughed, and nodded her head, "Italy huh? I spent a while in Sicily. Out there I'm known as Cecelia. Got a driver's license and everything." she laughed and leaned forward across the table at him, "But that's not the name you're looking for is it?" she smirked again and leaned back in her chair, her thin, muscular frame slouched a bit.

Katherine Delgo Katherine smiled at him, and leaned forward in her chair again, shifting herself from side to side. When the beer came, she reached her hand from behind her back, and picked it up in her hand. She took the bottle-cap off with her teeth, lifted it to him, "cheers," and winked, before downing the whole bottle in a few moments.

When she was done, Katherine shivered a little bit, "Still the same old crap," she said and stood up. "Excuse me for one moment," she stood up and stalked over to the officer, who was nursing his third glass of whiskey. "Hey Jason," she said and laughed as he turned to look at her, eyes wide. He crumpled to the ground in a pile of glass as the bottle shattered over his head.

"I'm Katherine."

Katherine Delgo She took the guns and the other weapons before tucking them into her belt. "Thanks," she mumbled before looking down at the man. He was incredibly creepy, this officer. Her face grimaced, and she leaned down and grabbed the larger man by the back of his shirt, and with an incredible display of strength, she lifted the man. "I got it myself," she said, still grimacing toward the man.

Katherine Delgo "I'll be back," Katherine said, and dragged the man out, hiding her smile at James's compliment. She came back a few moments later, wiping some blood off of her hands. There was a dead body in the dumpster now. She hoped no one would question it. She cleared her throat, and pushed the door open again as she stepped back inside.

"We weren't even supposed to stop here," she said, as she came back in and sat down at the bar. "We're way off course, but the jackass wanted to make a bunch of illegal stops to... mess with me. So I might stick around. Get a new name. New license. This place doesn't seem too bad."

Katherine Delgo The fugitive looked over at the man in the suit as he walked in and sat rather close to her. She shifted a little bit, adjusting the officer's (the man she had killed and was now sitting out in the dumpster, whoops) gun on her belt. Slowly, she let her drink whirl around in the glass she had in her hand before looking, curiously, over toward the man and his holographic menu.

"I wouldn't get that brand," she said, nodding toward the beer he had ordered and hiding one of her hands under the table, the hand stained with blood. "It's shit."

Katherine Delgo "Well I don't know, I just had a beer a few minutes ago, I think it was that brand. Tasted like cow piss. But, to each his own, I guess, cowboy." She crossed one leg over the other. Her cowboy boot was old, and scuffed, but fitted her demeanor real well. She saw his eyes go to her "gun belt", which was little more than a gun and knife tucked into her wide, leather belt, before shrugging her shoulders.

"The Agency of me...?" she said and shrugged her shoulders. She covered the emblem on the side of the gun. This guy didn't need to know where she got the gun. "Y'know, walked into a store, bought a gun. Girl's gotta be safe in a strange city, don't you agree, Mr....?" she lifted her eyebrows at the stranger.

Katherine Delgo "Whoa, cowboy," she said and stood up, boots hitting the floor. "Occupational Authority?" she asked, leaning on her stool. "What the hell is that? I'm from Indiana. We're allowed to carry guns out there. Freedom of the people and all that..." She lifted her eyebrows, and stared at the man, but she didn't move out of her relaxed state. She had gotten out of tighter spots. She cussed a little bit under her breath. She'd probably have to leave the city, again. Katherine rolled her eyes.

Katherine Delgo "Fine, man, shit." she raised her hands and intertwined their fingers behind her head. Her eyes darted around as she looked for a way out. She moved her eyes back to meet his eyes. "Last time I ever give someone advice on beer," she said and smirked at him.

Katherine Delgo "I'm Carrie Delwinger." she lied smoothly, and sat down on the stool. She crossed one leg over the other again. "I'm from Indiana, like I told you. Not that I see how it's any business of yours." she reached for the holographic menu and ordered herself a Guinness.

Katherine Delgo Katherine let a little chuckle out of her lips as she watched the man walk out, leaving her alone at the bar. Bastard, that was her good extra gun. She reached into the back of her shirt and got the gun she had strapped to her back, the Marshal's extra, and filled it with the magazine she had popped out of the old one. She laughed and tucked the gun into her belt, and reached out with a bloodstained hand to grab her beer and take a swig out of the cold, glass bottle.

Katherine Delgo "You're kidding me, right?" Katherine groaned and leaned her head back, and rolled her shoulders. The handcuffs on her wrists were biting into her wrist as she was dragged into the bar. Looked like Jason the US Marshal wasn't as much of an idiot as Katherine thought he was. He had had someone following them the whole time. This man was much bigger, much more menacing looking, and he shoved Katherine back into the seat at the same table Jason had shoved her onto. She watched at this man, Jim she thought his name was, turned toward the inhabitants of the bar.

"Just so y'all know," he said in his heavy southern accent, much heavier than Katherine's, "This woman here's a felon. She was wanted for murder, arson, theft, identity theft, and the assault of an officer." Katherine opened her mouth to make a cheeky remark, but she hissed as the man turned and slapped her across the face, as if he knew what was going to happen. Katherine was fuming, and she glanced around for something, anything to use to get out of the cuffs. The son of a bitch would get it then. "I'm responsible to tell all of you this, for your own safety." Jim took a seat at the table, right next to Katherine, and growled low as his hand reached out for the holographic menu. Katherine rolled her eyes, and slouched back in her chair.

"Shit..."

Katherine Delgo Her eyes lifted from the table to the person who had walked over. A smile slowly spread across her face as she looked, and without warning she began laughing. Hard. As a tear leaked out of her eyes, she turned her face over to the officer. "See Jim? I told you I was innocent," she sneered.

"We have proof," Jim looked up at the person who had approached them right as he ordered himself a cold beer. Katherine was still snickering. "Lots of it. She's guilty. Don't let her freckles distract you." his voice was gruff and he shook his head at the person, "I advise you to stay away from her," he said in a booming voice and put his hand protectively on his gun. With good reason, too. Katherine had kicked the shit out of him before he shocked her and forced her to her knees.

Katherine looked up at the familiar voice before she met James's eyes, and smirked, shrugging her shoulders in an "i'm fine," dismissive way. She winked. "Just watch," she mouthed, and settled back down in her seat.

Katherine Delgo "This gun?" he asked, holding onto it and pulling it out of its holster.

"Nothin," Katherine answered for him, as the officer stood up, "He's too much of a pus--" the gun was slapped across her face, and she felt the side of her lip split, and warm blood fill her mouth and run down her chin. Her head snapped to the side, and she let out a grunt.

"It'll make sure this little menace never does anything bad to the US Law Service again," he said and stood there, his hands on his belt again. Katherine took her opportunity to send her knee up into the table, causing it to lift up off the ground, and flip toward the officer, hitting him dead on in the face. The big man grunted and Katherine slipped her hands under her bum, and in one delicate movement she had been practicing for years, slipped her arms to her front, she ran over, cowboy boots tapping on the ground, and kicked the table away. Jim was reaching for his gun, blood on his face, in his eyes, and she grabbed it from the ground and pointed it at him. "Don't fucking move," she growled and wiped some of the blood off her chin, onto her shoulder instead.

Katherine Delgo "I wasn't gonna shoot him, lady," Katherine said roughly. "I'm just gonna beat the shit out of him so bad he's gonna get brain damage and think he's a twelve year old prostitute from Yugoslavia." her voice was deathly even, her teeth clenched. This man had teased her, touched her, and beat her from the second she was in the handcuffs, and the son of a bitch was not going to get away with it. She steadied the angry trembling of her hands as she stood firmly, feet apart, thin muscular arms leading to long fingered hands holding onto the gun that was still pointed in the direction of the officer, regardless of whether or not there was some weird lady standing in between them.

Katherine Delgo Her eyes flashed up to the woman, and one of her eyebrows was raised. "If I let him go, he'll just go back and I'll have a whole other group of officers looking for me. We weren't even supposed to stop here. We should be miles and miles east. They're not gonna look here if he can't go back and tell them we were here." she said, and glared down at the officer, who had not dared to move yet.

Katherines eyes moved back up to the lady, "And you actually believed that I was innocent?" she asked and raised one eyebrow even further.

Katherine Delgo "All right, lady," Katherine said, venom dripping off her words as she lifted her eyes to meet the woman's. "Then what do you suggest I do in this situation?" she caught out of the side of her eye Jim try to get up.

"Don't fucking move, Marshal," she said and glared hard, directing her gun back down at him. She shot, and the bullet went into the wooden floor of the ground. Jim gave her a death glare, and she returned it.

Katherine Delgo Katherine took the advantage, hoping to God that this would work. She shot one, two bullets, both at the two who were blocking their way. In that moment, she slipped past them and pressed the gun to the officer's head. Jim flinched.

"Anybody advances on me and he dies," she snarled, and kicked Jim, "stand up," she said and glared at the others. The officer in front of her, she stared at the two, eyes flickering to James. She pushed Jim toward the door, gun still pointed, eyes still on the other two. She pushed the officer toward the door hard, until they got to it. "Follow me and he's not the only one who dies," she said, and walked out the door. She walked with Jim, walked with him far away from the bar, well, at least far enough so that they wouldn't hear the gunshot that quickly followed, and the officer's limp body hit the ground.

Katherine Delgo Katherine down the street, toward the bar, covered in blood. She stumbled across a dumpster, dragging one of her legs behind her, until she collided into the dumpster itself, slumped down next to it, and sat down on the ground. She groaned and shut her eyes tightly, leaning the back of her head against the side. Something was definitely up with her ribs. Her leg, who the hell knew, and she still had that cut on her lip from where the officer had clocked her. Son of a bitch. She coughed and spit blood out of her mouth onto the ground.

The gun was still wedged between her hands, which were still handcuffed. Stupid girl couldn't fine the keys, and when she pushed him into the nearby river, she had forgotten that they were in the car, and the dead man had taken the car keys down the river with him. Her jeans and boots were soaked from when she had tried to follow him, but it hadn't worked out that way. Before she could reach him, she was jumped by 4 or 5 guys. She had fought them off, of course, but they had beat her up pretty bad before she could get away. Now, she was leaning against this dumpster, bleeding, a gun in her hand, and a pounding headache.

Not her best escape.

Katherine Delgo "Don't move!" she shouted and pointed the gun at him. But she stopped... "James?" she asked and squinted toward him. "What are you-- hi." she said and took the bandage and towel, and wiped her face. She set the gun down, and started mopping the blood off of her face, hissing when she got to the tear on the side of her lip.

"How's it goin?" she asked in her usual smirk.

Katherine Delgo "The glorious life of a fugitive," she said and grimaced as he applied stitchlike bandagages to the side of her lip. She reached her hands, which were still handcuffed to her ribs. Cracked or bruised for sure. "Got a pen?" she asked as she looked up at him, sweat glistening on her face.

Katherine Delgo "Ah, ahhh..." she grunted when he pulled her to her feet and she hunched over for a couple seconds, teeth clenched. She took a couple deep breaths before standing up straight and shaking her head. "Dear sweet Jesus," she said and laughed a little bit before setting to work taking apart the pen.
