Nightclubs? Hmm... open buffet!

Description

Kavyn is your typical vision of what a vampire looks like, and he flaunts it: Ivory pale skin, dark piercing scarlet eyes, dressed old/casual but still stylish, supermodel features, and really tall dark and handsome. He has sharp nails that are hard to just cut off and be one with, they grow back after his rages... which happen often when he is crossed.

Kavyn Marteau made his way into the nightclub not long after, a grin on his face at the sight of all those heated bodies, the smell of the blood pumping, the sounds of all those hearts beating... to a newborn vampire it would be maddening. But he was no fledgling. He wore his white shirt under his flaming red vest, a pair of tight black pants tucked into knee high boots. His hair was brown, short and groomed which suited his perfectly sculpted face. Scarlet red eyes peered around the room... whom to lure, who to feed from? He needed a bite to eat... and he spotted his target. A rather buff and attractive youth sat at the bar, nursing a glass of scotch. His blood would be rich... and he would be easy to sway. Walking up casually he began conversing with the man, not yet sensing Jason.

Kavyn led Karl into an alleyway. ¨Short cut.¨ he cooed, which made the youth sway against a wall. ¨Aww what is the matter Karl? Kavyn tried to move out of the way, but the very presence of the light... was too much. Funny thing about him... he could not stand UV rays at all. He never even risked going out of the house during the day. He instantly crumpled, serious burns showing on his flesh like there had already been some, and that light had made them worse. That was far too fast...

Kavyn stood up shakily. ¨It is fine, take me there... please.¨ His nails were a little longer then they had been, he was pissed he had been attacked so. Kavyn sat on the bed, looking surprised at all that had just happened. That man... had carried him all the way! How emberassing... Realizing this was the safest place for him to be he shurgged off his vest and shirt, pulling off his knees high boots before tossing off his pants and sliding into bed. He was worried... what happened when day came, what Jason would think when he found and unresponsive Kavyn.

Kavyn remained awake as long as he could, but as the sun began to rise, whether he could see it or not... his body began to grow still, his eyes sliding shut. Daylight... was his true dead time. He could not stay awake, nor move during it... one weakness he was reluctant to admit. His face was still badly burned as well as his neck... but he had his face resting off to the side, to hide it..

Kavyn's eyes prang open at the touch, odd... he still KNEW it was daylight, he could feel it... And yet he was awake. And then he gasped harshly, air filling his lungs, his heart beginning to beat. Kavyn tried not to move, completely confused what was happening... His eyes... could not see through the dark so well. He could not see what was going on! He tried to stay still though, as he was told... scared of what might happen if he did not.
