Equipment

Following a long career in the Imperial Taiyou Army, Kazuo was critically wounded in battle, and was selected to join the ranks of the Steel Ronin, elite warriors in the Taiyou Military who serve as specialized shock troopers.

The Steel Ronin at first, appears to be some sort of ornamental guardian, humanoid in shape and bearing a fierce-looking high-tech Naginata spear roughly nine meters in length. Once activated, the true natures of both the glaive and its wielder quickly become apparent. The Steel Ronin's assault suit is a highly-maneuverable, fully-articulated mechanical monstrosity. The human pilot inside is linked to a complex subdermal interface wired directly to the electric impulses coming from his brain, allowing the Steel Ronin to move and react at the speed of thought...faster, even, because of the awareness-heightening properties of the subdermal UI. The DevilSuit itself has a one-to-one locomotion system, such that the pilot's thoughts and actions inside result in corresponding motions by the suit. Thus, pilots are able to make the suit walk or swing its powerful weapon using little more than instinct. As for the weapon, the glaive is powered by a localized wave-force field that can split even the toughest molecular bonds (such as those found in Astartes power armor) with little trouble.

Kazuo Ishikawa marched through the entrance of the establishment known as Gambit's bar. He had on a prideful look upon his face, a look of victory as the war with the Coalition came to a close, with the agreements in place, he could see his comrades all around him. Alongside Kazu was a pair of Imperial warriors, all clad in the same gear as he, resembling ancient samurai with a fusion of modern appearance. First the man passed by Mei. Carrying a prideful aura about him.

The man then passed by Natalia, his comrades marching in step as he approached the bar and turned. "Banzai!" He then unsheathed his katana and held it into the air, his comrades followed suit.

"Banzai!" They cheered before he turned to the Bartender. "A round of your finest ale!"

Kazuo Ishikawa smiled broadly. "Pass the drinks around!" He Bellowed as he took a swig of chilled Sake, and passed it off to a nearby soldier.

"May our Empire Triumph for a thousand more years!" He then held up his Katana and then he stabbed it into the ground. Grasping his MX rifle and firing off a few shots, flashes of blue seen as streaks of ferromagnetic slag streaked to the ceiling. "Banzai!" He shouted again before he grabbed a drink, eyes glancing to Kroger only briefly. One thing was for sure, there was a lot more Taiyou in the last day, as a formation box of twenty Imperial Warriors marched down the street in step towards a large plot of land in the city, where ground breaking by Aschen, and Taiyou forces had already begun, but there was something else, the Aschen, Taiyou, and Coalition flags flew side by side at the entrance Something was signed. Peace was had.

Kazuo Ishikawa continued o drink and imbibe alcohol, eventually the men were starting to become louder and more intoxicated, swinging weapons around one of them would look back to Natalia, after conversing in their native language for a moment, he pointed to her, while a second pointed to Natashia. The three men laughed and then two of them got up, Inochi Kazasama, and Kazuo Ishikawa, Inochi would approach Natashia and grin, speaking in a thick accent.

"I like you... do you want to come over to my table?" The Samurai-esque man asked.

Kazuo would approach a seemingly busy Natalia, grinning he would attempt to reach out to grab her. "You're coming with me!" He bellowed as he stared at the woman before him, clearly drunk.

Kazuo Ishikawa chambered a round in his MX Type-2 burst rifle, magnetic coils energizing as a slug was loaded into the chamber, this was noticed by a clunking sound and a whirring, he then raised the rifle at Aaron. "Come on bring it you little shit!" He shouted as he took careful aim, this promted Junichiro Kubota, the third Imperial Warrior to rise from his seat and also chamber a round into his MX Type-2 carbine, each capable of doing incredible damage to the enemy.

"And what are you going to do to me huh!?" Kazuo shouted as he fired his weapon in the air, flashes of blue light as streaks of blue peppered the roof, cratering the wood and splintering it, he then leveled the weapon back on his potential opponent. "The girl is mine!" Kazuo barked. while Inochi cackled.

"Did I give you a choice woman!?"

Kazuo Ishikawa kept his rifle aimed, of course the woman was no use to him dead. "You really want to die!?" He asked as he took careful aim, choosing where to shoot on his target. "I'd like to see you take a volley from my gun.. you have a deathwish wench.. and your defiance will be your last moments!" With that, he pulled the trigger, and the weapon fired, firing several superheated ferromagnetic slugs at hypersonic velocities towards the woman.

Junichiro would scream at the men in suits. "Stay out of this!" And with a blinding flash he ignited his Beam Katana and held it out, the heat radiating from the weapon. "Tenno! Banzai!" He screamed, a trio of unruly soldiers. Of course if a Taiyou Commander was in the bar they wouldn't act like this.

Inochi was the last to act, when the woman moved to stand up he lunged at her, his intention was to strike her with the stock of his rifle, to knock her out if he connected.

Kazuo Ishikawa growled as the man began to run. a trained Taiyou Imperial Warrior, he too was in great shape, and would give chase, despite being drunken he chased and fired, blue streaks of light whizzed towards Arron and Natalia, it was a flurry of caseless rounds that were hurled towards the woman. One of them was bound to hit, to make it's mark.

Ichiro grinned and then held the weapon to the woman's head. "Hey I got one!" He said before withdrawing a pair of plastic flexi-cuffs to restrain her. But when weapons were drawn by the suited men, he had no choice but to stand, and raise his Burst rifle towards them. "No, you put your weapons down!" He ordered before he grabbed his radio. "Watashi-tachi wa han seifu seiryoku niyoru kōgeki o ukete iru, tasuke ga hitsuyōdesu!" He shouted as the radio clacked. "Herupu no michi o susunde iru."

Junichiro kept his beam Katana pointed, confident in the composite armor he wore, of course the beam would soon be extinguished in favor of his rifle, the MX Type 2 was prepped and aimed.

Kazuo Ishikawa frowned after his rifle clicked and stopped firing as it ran out of ammunition, grasping a magazine of caseless rounds he slid them into the weapon and chambered the next round, he didn't care about the woman now, his issue was the men in suits and so his weapon was also raised, it ws three Imperial soldiers versus a dozen men, definitely not a fair fight.

"We are the Empire! We do what we want!" He shouted as the sound of an approaching Kyu-Go APC was heard idling outside, the three men trying to fan out into a tactically sound position. "This is not your place to get involved."

Kazuo Ishikawa remained standing with his weapon primed and aimed, a super-conductive ferromagnetic slug was chambered and superheated in the chamber in preparation to fire. "Koko de wa ikutsu ka no tasuke ga hitsuyōdesu. Ikutsu ka no yoroi no sapōto o nyūshu shite kudasai." He said, taking advantage of the tripartite alliance, which had allowed heavy Taiyou military grade weapons to be shipped to the surface. The Radio then chimed. "Tachikoma ga susunde iru." The radio clacked.

"You disrespect our Empress and just.. expect us to walk away!?" Kazuo shouted. "You cannot take on the entire Empire."

Kazuo Ishikawa watched the impending battle intently beside his Empress, intently enough while his comrade tacked the wanted poster to the wall of the bar. He then turned to the people fighting and shook his head. "Foreign barbarians, fight with some honor." He said flatly as he watched a scimitar cut across wood and floorboard alike. Stepping aside, he would also allow the Architect to pass, the clicking of his gear heard as he watched. "Hey guys, why don't you take the fight outside!" He bellowed.

Kazuo Ishikawa remained silent for a long time as his gaze fell upon Aeris Silverthorn, he then chuckled. "I will not have fighting in the presence of the Imperial Majesty." He then slid a lever back in his MX Type-2 Kinetic rifle, loading a ferromagnetic slug into the chamber. The weapon clacking and whining. His gaze then traveled along Syndalwyne.

"My sole purpose is to protect the Empress, and that's what I am going to do, you will not brandish weapons in her presence, I'm not here to 'level up' whatever that may be... I am not a commoner either, I hold lineage to the Samurai Line of Ishikawa, my grandfather was a member of the Imperial Shogunate." He said flatly.

Kazuo Ishikawa turned to the wanted poster of Jeremaiah and then he turned back to the man whom inspected the wanted poster, after of course standing down once Kayana spoke up. Bringing his gaze over to the Architect, he prodded the Empress. "Ano otoko wa anata no teki no jinsei o owara seru ni kyōmi o motte iru." He said, then he beckoned the Architect over. "Come, my friend.. we have a job for you."

Kazuo Ishikawa Assistance for the Patronus would come from an unlikely source, as Gambit's was but a few blocks down the street from the new Tripartite base that was being constructed, there would be sirens heard in the distance as a convoy of of Taiyou soldiers running down the street would be seen.

"Go Go Go!" One shouted as he climbed into a Troop truck, which chugged towards Gambit's, smoke and flame pluming from the building, as fire engines already were trying to put the fires out. "We're going in hot, prime your weapons." A Sergeant said as he grasped his weapon as the troop truck skid to a halt. He then jumped from the truck, with several other Taiyou soldiers. Lowering a gas mask he ducked into the bar. "Anything undead shoot it!" He said as a ferromagnetic slug was chambered in his MX Type-2 Kinetic Carbine.

Maleficus and Taima would fall into the sights of one of the Taiyou soldiers, shouting a warning he barked. "Drop the hostage!" He barked before firing a burst of four or five shots, which seared towards the demon in streaks of blue.

"Watch that fire!" A Soldier barked as he shielded his face from the soaring flame, lowering his face visor he unclasped a small grenade from his belt and hurled it into the towering flames that had converged on the entrance, in a white flash the grenade exploded, then a vacuum was created, drawing the flames into it and putting them out. That would at least buy them time as they continued to enter through the door.

"Tanaka.. watch that zombie!" Kazuo shouted as he fired his rifle into the decaying form of the zombie, ferromagnetic slugs traveling at high velocity rending flesh in a gory mess. "Get my cryo-greande!" He shouted as he was tossed a blue grenade, he then hurled it towards the demon the grenade detonating in mid-air, freezing everything within about five feet of the weapon.

"He's stopping our weapon fire! Get my AT Rifle!" A Wayward soldier across the bar shouted.

A good portion of the men going through the door were crushed, one of them rolled to the side and managed to evade the collapse. Ducking behind a chair he grabbed his rifle and watched as the being disappeared. "What the hell was that?" He asked as he slowly stood up and dusted the dust off his armor, another cyborg under the debris pushed the debris aside and stood up, scouring the area as Kazuo approached Taima.

"Are you okay?" He asked as he reached down to help the woman to her feet. "What was that? It was a being unlike anything we've seen before."

Kazuo Ishikawa noted that Taima was paralyzed, and so proceeded to take her vitals for a moment. "Paralyzed..." He muttered before he grabbed her and helped lay her down into a more comfortable position, using a folded up rag to support her head.

"I need that mana nullifier..." He said as two more Soldiers approached, while three formed a defensive perimeter. The device was activated and waved over the woman's presence, in an attempt to nullify the spell.

Kazuo Ishikawa nodded. "We're Imperial Soldiers in the service of the 1st Shogunate Expedition.. we're relatively new to this galaxy and could use a brief on what just happened." He said as he looked around at the fallen zombies, and the handful of Imperial warriors that fell to the attack.

"What is a Lachance game?" He asked, turning to Dinaeus for a moment, nodding. "Kazuo Ishikawa... Imperial Shogunate." He then turned back to Taima. "This is all so strange.. our weapons.. these top of the line firearms did nothing to stop him."
