Has a human form he used when he needs or wants to. He always enters the bar as a human. Usually only watches people. Rarely ever engages in conversation. Thinks before he says or does anything at all. Dislikes people that are rash. Hot headed. Think with out acting etc. The only people he loves that do that are. Ryusei and Jugan. Other than that there are no exemptions. Is usually ever only people watching or reading.
Light blue eyes and dark blue hair. He has smother features than Kokusho. Is about 5'7 in height.
Wears a blue skin tight shirt. With a black, and blue long coat over top of it. Hooded and layers with armor. Because to him you are never to ready. Metal lined boots. Lines on the bottom and the ankle areas. Loose pants that are made of silk. Hang around his hips to fall on to the ground. The bottom is ragged and torn from dragging on the ground. Hands are gloved with black leather tightly that have the back cut out from them.

Is usually a quiet person. People watches for fun and also read for fun. Rarely gets angry. IS a very cool calm and collected person. When he makes friend he is more open with them. Not all the way. He only ever trusts his brothers and sisters with secrets. Is almost never sarcastic even if he sounds it.

Killing her is nearly impossible. The only way to do so is to also kill the rest of the dragons. Or be rid of the body such as burning or hiding it. The body doesn't really rot or go bad. For she was never really living in the first place.
All of the dragons can be brought back. IF they manage to get the body somehow. But however. They are never truly used to the bodies they are put in. And there for very venerable to attacks.

watched him. At least he was talking so it wasn't really intruding anymore. Looking at the weapons on his hand taking in the images carfully. Then looking back up at Kaitos face. Nodding his head slowly.

Nodding his head slowly. Giving him a smile as he spoke to the man, “I do not plan on telling anyone. And you should never make a promise you can not keep. How about a deal? I won’t tell anyone. If you tell me everything about this organization? Such as who is in it. What it works towards. Etc etc. This is not a threat. But a simple agreement to seal the deal of me not telling.” Pushing his blue hair out of the way of his eyes as he stared at Kaiko. Blue eyes shimmering. “So do we have a deal?”
Keiga Astra flashed over to Tigeria smiling at her. "Hello. May I help you with anything?" His blue eyes looking at her shimmering as he spoke.
Keiga Astra smiled at both of them. Turning to bend down and grab the pops. Putting them on the counter as he spoke. "There. Anything else for you misses?"
Keiga Astra smiled at both of them. Nodding as he took the money. "No problem. And your very welcome." Setting the money in the register. Sparing a glance at Kaito. Hopefully he would get a response of violence or agreement. Other than that. He would just wait.
Keiga Astra glanced over at Unae. Walking over to the woman then giving her a smile. "Do you need a refill Ma'am?" Blue eyes gazing at her clashing with her red ones.
Keiga Astra licked his lips thinking. Leaning on the bar watching people walking and out. Eyes glowing as he looked at his brother Kokusho. Taking a moment is seemed to just stare before turning to Jaden. Getting the drink and setting it in front of him. "There you are sir."
Keiga Astra flashing a to grab a jack Daniels for the other person. Smiling at him and laughing. Waiting for the woman from before to answer to his question.
Keiga Astra glanced at Maniea. "Im sorry. Are you speaking to me?" Giving her a weak smile then. Getting an odd feeling from one of his kin.
Keiga Astra Shrugged a bit leaning on the counter. Should have read her mind. Seemed like love was in the air tonight. Slightly wondering what had happend to the refill girl. But brushing it off. Muttering Blurry by puddle of Mudd under his breath. Relaying the feeling of one of his kin. Unsure why but this feeling was strong. Wonder who it was. Didn't sound like any one he knew.
Keiga Astra Looked over at Muketsu. Grabbing her drink and bringing it back over to her. "White wine." He said it with a smile pushing it in front of her.
Keiga Astra closed his eyes flashing over to Miani With the drink. Holding it out to him. "Sam Adams Boston Lager." Giving him also another smile. Brushing his hair back a bit.
Keiga Astra pulls out some food from his pocket. Flashing over to grab the money and put it in the register. Chewing on it gently. Still stumped as to who was feeling this god awful sorrow.
Keiga Astra walks over to money left on the counter. Taking it and putting it in the register. Calling over Kokusho to talk to him for a moment. He couldn't focus if someone was almost screaming in his ear with pain. "Do you think you could find them? At least get them to think about something else. Its giving me a spiting head ache." Keiga rubbed his head letting out a tired sigh.
"You really are to sensitive. One of us i am guessing. There is no way any one else could be doing that to you." Kokusho's head tilted a bit looking over the state of his brother.
"Yes could you just find her?" Almost glaring at his brother then.
"Oh a she. That will help. Ill try." Kokusho smiled as he pushed off the counter looking around for someone of their kind.

Keiga Astra glanced up at Kismet. Blinking slowly looking at the foot prints that were now on the counter. Letting out a sigh. But deciding to ignore it. Going back to the book he had pulled out. Happy now that the screaming in his head had gone. Nodding a silent thank you to Kokusho.
Keiga Astra finishing the page and marking it. Getting the coke and walking over to the knife and money. Putting the money in the register as he flashed over to Olin. Holding the coke out to him, along with his knife. "Here you go. And next time instead of throwing things. Just think it. Really hard. Don't worry I'll catch it." Gave him a smile and a wink. Waiting for him to take it.
Keiga Astra blinked a bit looking at Nezu. Waiting for a good minute before he flashed over to them. Giving a small bow and a smirk. "Hello sir and party. What would you like today?" Looking up at them blue eyes sparkling.
Keiga Astra glancing over at Zeke. Oh problems. Goody. Looking over at Dragon the person he had served before. Smirking as he caught on to Dragons thought. Touching truly. Flashing over to beside Zeke then arms crossed as he looked at the other man. "I am sorry. But i didn't see you paying for that."
Keiga Astra Held in a growl as he swing his arm at Zeke's neck. Aiming to crush his air pipe. That better get him noticed if not. Then he might not be able to drink anymore beers.
