Personality
Brave, Valiant, treats most furry people as true people however he treats most humans as servants. He sees the humans as underdeveloped peoples.
Now: Later in life, Jermi has seen new light in humans and treats them as equals, he still sees some troubling traits in them however.
Equipment
A broadsword named Blade of Bane, after the Blade-Master who taught him.
A vary of magical abilities.
Abilities:
Psychokinesis: Mixed abilities, between Pyrokinesis, Telekinesis and Telepathy. All abilities can be utilized.
Royal Heal: Can only be used by the Royal Family, used to fully heal one or multiple persons.
Royal Rage: Can only be used by Royal Family, used to boost strength, or unleash a flurry of strikes.
Blade Dance: This is a style of swordsmanship used to symbolize the wonders of dancing and fighting.
Forward Rush: Utilizes Magic to run at the speed of sound.
Rush Wave: While in Forward Rush only, If user stops abruptly, it triggers a sonic-boom, in order to avoid this, slow down during stop.
Sword Magic:
Phantom Blade: Allows the user to strike an enemy at a farther distance than their strike radius.
Ghost Blade: Not to be confused with Phantom Blade, the user creates blades from wisps of air that cause physical and magical harm to enemies.
Fire Blade: Sets magical blade ablaze.
Helicopter: Able to utilize blade like a helicopter and hover, provided user is spinning fast enough.
Earthquake: User stabs blade into ground and causes an earthquake.
History
As a young cub, Jermi took an interest to weaponry. With his mother the queen of Lizer, Jermi took to playing with the servants. One of these servants was a blade-master, and Jermi would always watch him with his blade in the courtyard. After introducing himself and showing his interest, the Blade-Master, named Bane Frokov, took Jermi under his wing and taught him all about the style of Blade. Later on in life, as Jermi grew older, Bane began to teach Jermi magic. Abilities that only the Royal Family could use. Anyone who was blood of that in the throne of Yurav was royal enough to use these abilities.
Finally when his mother died, he tried to use the Royal Heal, to no avail. The queen died and he was proclaimed King. Ashamed of his failure to save his mother, he shunned himself from the patrons of Lizer. Although still the king, he mostly does work outside of Lizer and treats that as his kingdom. He adores the people and attention he gets, although he is still just a child at heart.

King Lizalio's Story

King Lizalio enters the bar, the newly implemented Lizerian Government logo implemented on his robe and his sheath.
King Lizalio walked in, a cloak covered most of him, only his paws could be seen through the sleeves of the cloak, he sat down at the bar and his surly voice proclaimed, "One scotch please."
King Lizalio drank his scotch and peeked out of his cloak. He saw the fox Lizerian in the suit talking with the High Lady, perhaps it would be better not to disturb them. He put his cloak back over his face, moving his hair out of the fabric by mistake.
King Lizalio noted Rock's reaction. His surly voice spoke again, "Peter, it's not needed. I will state it myself." He took off his cloak and drew his blade. "My name is king Jermi Hera Lizalio. King of the country Lizer."
King Lizalio pushed her help aside, "I don't wish for your assistance, I can handle myself thank you." He withdrew his sword. "May I join you and Peter?"

"Fine, but don't expect payment, my military are posted throughout Wing City. Sentries are posted everywhere." He put a paw to his ear, "Status report, Loni?" Pause. "Good, Jef?" Pause. "Good, West?" Pause. "Good. Area report?" Pause. "Good. Keep it that way while I am here."

King Lizalio let out a small smirk, "So my sentries noticed. Luckily I keep them as close as possible." He put a small block onto the table, pressed a button on the side and a map of Wing City came into view. "Ok, these green dots represent my guards," which were concentrating in a circle around the bar, "And these red dots are all the guards they've pinged." Which were very spread out amongst the city. "My honor guardsman, Bane, is here." He points to a blue dot, it's a block from his location, due west. "He can be here in 2 seconds if need be."
King Lizalio frowned, "Killing the guardsmen? What news is this? I have attacked not one. I've had to defend myself, where I just incapacitate them, not kill them."
King Lizalio sighed, "My Ri, Ario, has given me visions. One of you I've seen, and many of the King. I worry and keep watch in the city, as a friendly gesture."
King Lizalio sighed. "Alright, I've sensed bad vibes as well, the rot... as you would put it. Perhaps the taint has... spread into the Wing City castle, and maybe the King has been corrupted. I worry, not enough to interfere, but enough to keep watch."
King Lizalio frowned, "It approaches, darkened people. King's guards. Guard! Report!" After a very long pause, he donned his robe again. "No, broke through the first line, on approach to the bar." He put his cube back down and activated the map, a wave of red dots were approaching the bar. "I must get out of here." With a boom, he rockets through the crowd out the door.
King Lizalio walks into the bar with a look of disappointment on his face, "Today, Lizer is once again defended, at a great and terrible cost. May those soldiers have their souls embraced by the Lizerian Spirits."
King Lizalio sits down at the table with Loni, "Ms. Fira, no need for that, we are no longer in Lizer, therefore I am just an average civilian here. Tell me, Loni, how is the group these days?"
King Lizalio laughs at the sound of a Mercenary group, "You know," he yells to Viktor, "You are going to have hefty competition from all the OTHER merc groups around here. The Risen Dead Mercs are quite a scene around here, they consist of a few of my former guards."
King Lizalio would fall over in his chair from the jump, "Whoa!" He hits the floor hard, "Damn it Lilia! How many times have I told you not to do that!? You are supposed to be older than me, yet you are just as mature as I was when I was 10!"
King Lizalio enters the bar in a hooded robe, he hides his face from the crowd so as not to be seen by any prospective assassins.
