Kit Haigard Upon first glance at the blonde beauty that was making her way through the door, no one would have guessed at what kind of woman she actually was. Her hair was long, blonde (however that could change anyday now), and curly, and sat comfortably down her back. The curls bounced with every step that she took. She wore simple, girlish makeup, and a little red dress. She wore a leather jacket over that red dress, and her black, booted heels clicked on the floor when she walked into the bar. She hid her large gun expertly under her jacket, and her dress was just loose enough to hide the knife strapped under her skirt. With a tuck of a few strands of hair behind her ear, and a casual sweep of her eyes across the room, the woman made her way toward the bar.

Once seated, she frowned and glanced around for a menu. It took Kit a few moments to realize that there was a holographic menu in front of her. She reached out hesitantly with one painted fingernail, and touched it. "Oh, I see," she said to herself, and began browsing through the menu. She wasn't hungry, had only popped in for a drink. "Nothin' like Houston," she said, again, talking to herself in her soft accent. She browsed through until she found the beers, and ordered herself one, with a side of lime. After finishing, or so she thought she did it right, she could only wait and see, Kit sat at the bar, one leg crossed over the other, to wait for something exciting to happen, or for someone she could make some money off of to come in.

Kit Haigard The pouring rain outside was not doing well for Kit's nerves. She hated the rain. With a sigh and a shake of her head, as well as a vicious shake all over like a dog. Her blonde curls were plastered to her head, and it wasn't until she ran her hand through them and unstuck them from her face that she began to look halfway presentable. She had the face of an angel, soft and inviting, and her blonde hair fell in curls around her, giving her even more of an angelic look. Looking down over her thin but curved body, however, one would notice that maybe she wasn't such a little angel. She was wearing tight black pants and boots, as well as a dark shirt and black leather jacket.

Kit shook herself off again before turning toward the bar and making her way toward it, dodging the person who was clutching his face and glancing back at him for just a moment. She made her way to the bar, and pulled herself up, leaving a tiny dribble of rainwater behind her on the ground.

AND NOW I have to go buy a new charger because mine is broken and I need my phone. Mother of God. Okay I'll be right back y'all. Gimme like 15 minutes, for anyone who wanted to RP with Kit, if anyone.

Kit Haigard A low grumble escaped her lips as she pulled herself up onto the barstool and ordered something strong. Her hair was just beginning to dry out, and her clothing was musty and damp, but it was getting better. She rotated her shoulder, feeling the blood beginning to soak through her shirt, hidden by the jacket, however. This one hadn't died without a fight, had he?

She took this time to survey the bar closely, eyes narrowed, before moving her attention back to her drink in front of her.

Kit Haigard "Oh yeah," she said to the stranger, "I know. I'll live." She didn't look at him when she spoke, and instead took a shot of the whiskey in front of her. Her voice had a slight southern drawl, but it didn't hinder her speaking too much. After she set her whiskey down carefully, she turned in her seat to look at the man who had addressed her, blue eyes shining brightly.

Kit Haigard "Nice to meet you, Alistair," she said and held out her hand for him to shake. "I'm Kit," she gave a dazzling smile. What a little angel she looked like. Her eyes flashed over to his eyes, and she lifted an eyebrow. Slowly, she removed her jacket, hung it on the back of her chair, and pulled the shoulder of her arm down to where she had been slashed. "What kind of price?" she asked, eyes piercing through him as she looked up at him. Her rather large gun was stationed in it's place under her arm, on her side. She lifted one thin eyebrow at him again.

Kit Haigard "I'll buy you a drink," she said, laughing, as she looked down at his hand, which was now in hers. She lifted her eyebrows as she waited. She grinned back at him when he smiled, and decided that she liked this guy. Good first impression. She waited patiently for something to happen to her.

Kit Haigard She watched him for a moment, one eyebrow raised. How useful he was turning out to be. She watched his eyes move over her and gave another snicker before reaching toward the bar and typing in another round of whiskey for herself. She looked at him as he flung his hood back, "Kit," she said and introduced herself. "What do you want to drink?"

Kit Haigard "Beer's a man's drink," she said and gave him an approving nod, "But if you want, you can have some whiskey with me. None of that fruity shit, just straight hardcore whiskey." she had ordered a bottle of Jack, and was waiting for it to come to her. She looked him up and down, before reaching out and tugging on the cloak. "Why are you wearing this inside?" she asked, lifting one eyebrow.

She nodded as he finished the pleasantries, and grinned at his question. "I got in a fight," she said mischievously.

Kit Haigard "Where you from?" she asked, and when the Jack came, she smiled, and poured him a shot. She handed it to him and picked her own shot glass up. She clinked it against his, feeling the cool liquid run down her hand as some sloshed over the side and ran down her wrist.

"I never said I wanted you to take it off," she said, and teased, "But if YOU want to, you should." she sensed that he was hiding something, and she poured herself another shot of the searing whiskey. "Don't let other people dictate what you do with your life." Kit said seriously.

She snickered again as she looked down at the spot on her shoulder where she had been hurt. "I won," she said simply and shrugged her shoulders.

Kit Haigard Kit was angry. Her angelic face looked more disturbing and unhappy. As the thump of boots on the ground rang through the room, and the door slammed behind her, Kit cursed a bit under her breath before she made her way to throw her large backpack into a seat in a booth. She had kicked off most of the mud on her boots before she had come in, but the dirt on her hands, and the blood smeared on her neck had not yet been cleaned off.

She hated when people put up a fight, begged her to spare them, think of their wife and children. Maybe they should have thought about their wives and children before they made shitty life choices. A bullet through the head and it was usually over, but not this one. Stupid fuck had knocked the phone out of her hand, and now blood was seeping little by little from the gash on her lower abdomen, staining her white button up shirt a dark crimson. Kit scowled before she started to rummage in the large backpack for her first aid kid, as the blood dropped to the ground.

Kit Haigard The voice from behind her didn't make her jump, but her movements were quick and short, and she looked over her shoulder and stared at him with piercing blue eyes. "I'm fine," she said shortly and went back to rummaging through her bag. Where the fuck were her bandages?

She was lying though. Her gash was going to need more than a sprinkle of Tea Tree Oil and a bandage. She needed stitches, but she didn't say anything to the person who had approached her.

Kit Haigard Kit laughed, and finally fished out the bandages from her bag. The boy's little temper tantrum at her denying his help was rather amusing, but as she laughed she winced. She lifted up her shirt, and rubbed a considerable amount of oil onto the wound, causing her to hiss at the pain as the substance killed any infection she might have gotten from the man's rusty knife. Then, all the while her back turned to the inhabitants of the bar, she began to wrap the bandage tightly across her stomach.

Kit Haigard When she was finally finished wrapping herself up, Kit tossed the bandages and her overshirt into her bag. She straightened her black tank top and made her way to the bar, boots thumping on the ground and gun holstered on her belt, knife on her thigh.

Shit did she need a drink. With a sigh and grunt as she hoisted herself up onto a tall barstool, a couple down from Nathan. With another uncomfortable but not unflattering grunt, she ordered whiskey and sat there to wait for her drink to arrive. She pulled her gun out from her belt and began taking it apart, setting the pieces on the table in front of her, and began cleaning it with the cloth she pulled from her pocket. There was blood staining the inside of the gun, and she scowled at it staining her cloth red as she cleaned.

Kit Haigard The door swung open softly, and in slipped a woman with long blonde hair and bright green eyes. She had the face of an angel, but the rest of her attire would suggest something different. On her body she wore black leather pants tucked into boots, and on her top she wore a grey tank top, a leather jacket thrown over her shoulder. There was a large gun strapped to her side, and the contrast between her sweet face, and dangerous attire was astounding to most people.

Kit made her way over to the bar, glancing at the other two patrons that were there, before pulling herself up onto a stool a few seats away from them. She ordered a glass of tequila, with ice.

Kit Haigard The woman was not eavesdropping, but listened in on the conversation every now and again as she sipped at her tequila. She leaned her head from one side to the other, cracking her neck loudly. Lifting her arms over her head, she yawned, and kept nursing her drink.

The man walking into the bar with dark robes caught her attention for a moment, and she watched as he sat a seat down from her. She pulled her abnormally large gun out of her side belt, setting it on the table in front of her and beginning the process of taking it apart.

Kit Haigard Kit ran her hand through her hair, and looked over at Roy, displaying a brilliantly white smile, on an angelic face. Her eyes flickered back to her gun, before back at his face. "Thanks," she said, and her New York accent made its way into her words.

She smiled, and watched as he began to look around. She stood up and walked over to where he was standing, leaning around him, and bringing to life the hologram in front of him. "You can pick what you want from here," she explained, looking up at him. "Or if you want, I bartended awhile. I can take care of it."

Kit Haigard Kit's eyebrows were raised, and she cocked her head to the side. "What kind of experiment?" she asked, and looked over at the seat beside him. She would sit in a moment. "And I can go back and look if you want." she said, and glanced toward the area where the alcohol was kept. She took the manifest from the counter, and disappeared for a few moments.

"I didn't see it," she said, shaking her head as she walked back, "I'm sorry," Kit apologized and slid the pieces of her gun over to where the seat next to him was. "Do you mind if I sit with you?" she asked. "I'm Kit by he way." she reached her hand out in front of her, to shake his.

Kit Haigard Kit sat down, and crossed her legs under her as she sat there. She rested one elbow on the bar, and listened to him curiously as he spoke to her. Kit wasn't a girl of science. She never really understood all of it (not that she was stupid, mind you, she was very clever) but she nodded as he spoke.

"Nice to meet you," she said with another dazzlingly white smile. "And there's nothing to forgive. You seem very passionate. It's a good quality in a person. I'm sorry the bar doesn't have it in yet. That must be very frustrating."

Kit Haigard As he explained about the crystals, Kit's eyes had, in fact, widened. "Well that's good that you can mend them," Kit laughed, a little nervously, "But that's really fascinating." Kit had had to listen to every word he said carefully to make sure she understood.

There was a few moments of silence, "I'm from Earth, personally." she said, shrugging her shoulders. She reached down, absently, and tightened the laces on her boots. Although her face was rather angelic, the rest of her looked like something out of a spy movie, what with the leather pants and boots, grey tank top and black leather jacket hung on the back of the chair. "New York." she continued, "I only even came here to Terra on total accident."
