Large curved horns rising above his already tall stature, solid silver eyes. His long hair is dark blue against his red skin. A thick five foot long tail extending behind him. He wears dark leather studded with short spikes.

Description
Lawless is six feet tall, his horns curving back adding another few inches to his height. His hair is dark blue and falls down around the small of his back. Clear silver eyes which glimmer slightly but do not reflect make some believe him to be blind when he can see quite well. Small bone spikes line the underside of his jawbone. His uncharacteristic appearance makes it quite difficult to judge his age, but he appears, at best guess, to be in his mid twenties.

Personality
Darkly sarcastic with a scathing wit Lawless grins at the prospect of trouble. He believe it is every creature's right to take what they want if they can defend their right to take it. He is not an idiot though just grabbing what he wants, he is smart and cunning, leading people into traps before taking what he wants from them.
He also has a charming side, a charismatic speaker and incorrigible flirt he has a hard time resiting women, though few he has encountered can put up with his appearance asside from other Tiefling.
Equipment
A dagger on his right hip and a coiled spiked chain on his left. He keeps darts and small blades hidden on his person at all times. His belt has many pouches, magical and non that carry an assortment of things. Food, potions, lock picks, even rope with grappling hook as well as all the supplies he needs for laying traps. He also includes several poisons both debilitating and deadly.
History
Lawless was born into a rogue's life. His father was a human spy and cat burglar, his mother a tiefling singer and entertainer. An odd romance ensued to which Lawless was the result. He was born full tiefling as they always are to tiefling women. He was trained by his father how to fight, pick locks, and leave no trace when thieving. His mother taught him tiefling honor and educated him well.
Given his appearance he was too noticeable to be a spy or other confidence trickster like his father. He entertained for a while growing up, juggling and small slight of hand as well as picking pockets and cutting purses. He grew bored with his city a number of years ago and has been traveling ever since.
Lawless has recently made a familiar bond with a Grimalkin named Syn. Who has some minor empathic abilities and is a skilled shape shifter.

The setting changes from Wing City Gardens (South) to Gambit's Bar
Lawless walks into the bar and quickly scans over the room, grinning a sharp smile as he walks over to the bar. His tail brushing along the floor behind him. He gets to the bar and sits down on a stool, his tail curling around its base. "Something with kick, if you would be so kind." His voice oddly melodic given his demonic appearance.
Lawless sitting back with his drink he pulls a deck of cards out of a pocket on his belt. They look to be hand painted, most cards depicting various dragons.

"If anyone is interested in a reading, I can provide several different varieties." He flips out three cards. Copper 10, lots of chaos, good or bad. The Fool, beware a trickster. Bronze 1, something bad returning."

Lawless deals out several cards on the bar counter, looking at them, then gathering them and shuffling the cards once more. "Doesn't seem like anyone is interested in a reading. How about a game?"

puts the Three Dragon Anti cards away and pulls out a tarot deck. "Well I also provide the more traditional readings, though they are not my specialty."

Lawless flipping the tarot cards around, he pulls out a standard deck and starts shuffling it with one hand. He looks around the bar. "Anyone interested in a game of cards?"
Lawless walks into the bar with a bag over his shoulder and grins as he looks around. He walks over to the bar and sets the bag down with a heavy thump, something quite weighty inside it. His tail curls through the arm strap as he orders an Infernal Ale.
Lawless gets his ale and grins. "Another to keep this one company. I've had a good day." His tail curling protectively around the bundle in his bag as he drinks down the ale. The frothing mixture looking somewhat alive as he drinks it.
Lawless picks up his bag after he finishes with the first ale and sets it on the counter of the bar. He undoes the top and rolls it open, revealing a carving in jade, a foot tall on a round base, it appears to be something quite old indeed. A bit of dirt still caked along the crevasses of the statue. A beautifully carved female figure, kneeling in prayer, it is impossible to tell her age or species due to the age and weathering of the stone, but it is clearly female. "Did some digging out in the woods near an old shrine. Found this." Speaking to the bar at large, his eyes never leaving the figure.

turns and looks at the speaker. He shrugs and leans back in his chair. "Go ahead. Be careful though. I didn't spend half my day digging for this thing to get broken." He grabs his other ale, and sips it while looking back to the statue.

"Harvest goddess I think," he points to a spot on the base where it looks like something had been warn away. "Indicates a harvest bag and thresher." He scratches along the bone ridges of his jaw. "Still trying to figure out the species though. Human perhaps, but Jade isn't a common material around here. Made me think elven, or similar." He shrugged. "I'm not a professional on this though, only guess work."

"Hmm, draconic, hadn't thought of that." He chuckles and sips his ale. "Good, I have a hard time with elves. They tend to get all upity about how I look." He chuckles and reaches up to run a hand over his long horns. "So what if I've got a little bad blood?" His tone indicates that there is probably a great deal more than just 'bad blood' and that he enjoys it. He chuckles and drinks his ale.

"Well, what are you? You appear human enough." He looks at her, taking a deep breath through his nose. "Though you do smell of some magic."

"Hmmm, lets see. Not a shapeshifter. Nor mage. That wasn't psychometry was it?" He sips his ale and looks over her with his silver eyes. Slowly taking in her form, appreciating and examining what he sees, trying to determine her origin.

"A psychic thing, seeing the past of things by touching them." He shrugs and sips his ale again. "Magic then. Don't suppose you're a half breed of some sort? Human appearance with other power. You noted it was draconic." He motions to the statue. "I'd hazard a little dragon blood then?"

Lawless raises an eyebrow, his ale stopping half way to his lips. "Not human at all then. Full draconic?" He sounds impressed. "Never met a dragon before." His silver eyes giving her an appraising look.

"Bah, I'm no demon. Tiefling." He waves a dismissive hand. "Demonic ancestry takes a front seat with the genetics. But I've got a soul and all that. Holy water, blessings, just water and words to me." He shrugs. "Mom was a Tiefling, dad, human."

"My name is Bander, of the family Snatch," he chuckles deeply as his eyes meet hers. "My father had a nice sense of humor. However I prefer to be called by my chosen name rather than my given name as most Tiefling do." He smiles darkly. "It tends to identify with a more... personal philosophy." He takes a sip of his drink before continuing. "You may call me Lawless." His voice smooth and oddly melodic coming from such a devilish appearance.

He gives her a smoldering look and a slow smirk spreads across his lips. "To take what you want." He sips his ale and finishes the frothing drink. "Laws are made to put everyone on the same footing, to make things equal. But things aren't equal, blood is different, bodies are different, minds are different. Lawlessness is the only thing that fits."
