Lieutenant Raiden
A by-the-book soldier, he is very strict where need to be. He wears a heavy black trench coat. He's very intelligent on most things and helps people out on a daily basis. He always carries his Desert Eagle. He's 6'7, muscular, and has snow white hair.

Description
He's very muscular because of his service in the army, but he's very slender. His snow white hair is cut just above his eyes and about hangs over them, he's 6'7 and has golden eyes.
Personality
He's a very nice person, but if you piss him off he'll yell and scream at you. He demands respect for all people and any trouble making will fluster him. But he does like to have fun, drink, and play cards.
Equipment
He wears a heavy trench coat that hides his ancient desert eagle. He wears under the Trench coat a black T-shirt and black Jeans. He wears large black boots that make a statement whenever he steps into a room.

Lieutenant Raiden's Story

Lieutenant Raiden walks into the establishment and takes a good look around. He tried to stop his boots from making that dreadfully loud clunking noise on the floor. He stopped for a moment, still taking his surroundings in. Raiden adjusted his large trench coat.
Lieutenant Raiden fancied himself a drink. He saw a few stools lined up next to one another, he slowly made his way to them and as he came into contact with one he saw a girl wearing a long dress that seemed to flow with her body down to the floor. She had jewels around her wrists and neck and Raiden tilted his head. Was such shiny objects necessary in such a place? He only shrugged and sat down next to her, taking no time in introducing himself. "Hi there, I'm Raiden. Do you mind if I take a seat here?" He smiled, all his sparkly whites shining. Then he noticed she was looking down... as if she was hurt. He waited for her response patiently.
Lieutenant Raiden felt rejected, but then respected the ladies orders. "I apologize ma'am. I'll remove myself quickly." He started to turn and walk away.
Lieutenant Raiden looked back and he chuckled, she took him literally. Then as she introduced herself he tiled his head. "Sianatria?" He took her hand very gently, because by the looks of it, it was very fragile. He gently kissed it keeping her hand on his.
Lieutenant Raiden he nodded his head, thoughts running through his head of his military days when he was stationed in England. He had ever heard of a small island, how strange. He then noticed she was extremely pale and she had almost fallen over a few times. "Are you going to be okay? You look ill... Do you need a doctor? Medication?" He stopped keeping himself from over whelming the girl with questions.

Lieutenant Raiden froze for a moment, "A brain tumor? Why aren't you at the hospital!?" He was frightened, he's seen people die before but those where hardened military men, not frail little girls like this one.
Lieutenant Raiden nodded and got lost in thought for a moment... "I think I have another alternative if your willing to do so."
Lieutenant Raiden was baffled by her 'destiny' talk. It was nobodies destiny to die like that if they could be helped. But he let the girl go... and just sat on the stool where she had been.
Lieutenant Raiden only sighed and turned the stool around to the long wooden bar. He reached for a bottle of Scott and pour himself some.

Lieutenant Raiden downed his glass and slamed it on the table. He hadn't drank in awhile and the liquid made his chest an inferno, but it was comforting in a way.
Lieutenant Raiden walked into the Bar, he only look around for a moment before noticing the bottle of scotch beckoning him to the table, he slowly walked over to it, pulling off his large trench coat slowly and hung it on a nearby chair.
Lieutenant Raiden smiled, "Uh.. I think I'd like scotch please.." He tried to make it not-so-obvious he was starving for one. He smiled politely keeping his cool.
Lieutenant Raiden swallowed the spit that had built up in his mouth and grabbed the glass downing it in one quick motion, but then he heard foot steps getting louder behind him. He braced himself, not looking back.
Lieutenant Raiden grinned at the voice. "General? Bahaha! What the hell are you doing here old man?" Raiden set down the drink and got up pulling his General into a firm hug but then let him go. A smiled stretched across his face, he looked to see if he was armed... yes of course he was. He supressed a laugh.
Lieutenant Raiden looked back at the Bartender, "Yeah, I got plenty of money so if it gets empty don't hesitate to fill er' up." He smiled and nodded towards her looking at Ethan. "Would you like anything sir?"
Lieutenant Raiden gave a big tumbs up to Ethan, "Your a trooper!" He then shook his head, still a little light headed from not having his normal shots of scotch today.
Lieutenant Raiden nodded and then shook his head lightely... "Goddamn, not ANYTHING! Actually, I've been coming here, drinking... that's about it." His super soldier sense heard somebody sneeze he then cupped his hand over his mouth yelling, "God Bless You!" Out of kindness. He smiled.
