a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Rhasslairiel

Description

Image

Lily's general outfit consists of an off the shoulder shirt that exposes her stomach, which is tanned and muscular, also showing off the belly button ring that she wears with pride, and there's usually a chain hanging from it and going all around her midsection. She wears a skirt, varying in length that hangs off her hips and either will drape to the floor or just over her ankles. She wears a lot of beads and trinkets on her wrists and ankles.
Lily never wears shoes, and has no visible tattoos, although she does have a tattoo on the back of her head of the moon.

Personality

Lily is all kinds of things. Talk to her and find out. :P

Equipment

She carries a few bags with her, but never goes into establishments with them. She usually hides them as close to her as she can, but will never break them out. They're filled with odd baubles and clothing, and her instruments. She doesn't carry any weapons, usually, except a tiny dagger that she keeps on her hip, hidden from sight.

History

Her history is rather simple. She used to travel around in a circus that she and the rest of her traveling gypsy people put on. She was the showgirl, and was also one of the thieves. Since her clan had been attacked and killed, she's been on her own, either stealing or dancing and performing for money. But she'll really do anything to keep alive. She simply travels from town to town throughout the months.

So begins...

Lily Arlangton "Ohhh," she said and understood when she looked up and saw Knight. She still had her head tilted up when she addressed Bumble. "I'm fine, thanks." she said, "Dull day today, but that's okay. How are you?" Lily watched as the hawk landed on Scorpion's shoulder.

"I can keep a secret," she said and winked.

Lily Arlangton "Fair enough," she said and glanced over as Legion strolled in. She flinched a little bit when the ringing noise invaded her ears. She realized with a glance over that Legion had sat but one seat away from her. She saw the blood on him and casually leaned over. "You okay?" she asked, and nodded at the blood on him, "Looks like you're bleeding." she hid the blood that still stained her hands simply by turning them down.

Lily Arlangton "We?" she asked and lifted an eyebrow. She looked around him, "You got some kind of imaginary friend I can't see or something?" she asked. She picked up her drink and sipped from it as she made to sit on the counter and face Legion. She was now sitting about halfway between Legion and Scorpion, her bare feet rested on the stool in front of her. Her blood stained hands were hidden, yet again, by the glass, and she peered at Legion curiously.

"And all of that over an argument?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. She yet again glanced over Legion's blood stains, and furrowed her brow at him.

Lily Arlangton Lily held her hands up, shaking her head. "No, I was just wondering why you referred to yourself as 'we'." she raised an eyebrow, and glanced around the room at all the people who had come in. "I just don't seem to understand why someone would be covered in blood over an argument." she felt like she was just making Legion angry. "I can leave you alone if you want," she said casually and took another sip from her drink.

Lily Arlangton She shrugged and hopped down from the bar, and made her way toward the door. "Bye all," she said to no one in particular and glided her way out of the bar.

Lily Arlangton Lily had never been to this part of the world before. But she loved the woods, nonetheless. It was a bit spooky, and she felt out of place weaving between the trees on her light, bare feet. The steady breeze blew her bangs back away from her face, and actually caused her to pull on a light, woolen sweater over her usual two piece dress. She reached up with one of her hands, and grasped the treebranch, swinging a little bit before landing on the ground nimbly. With a haunted, cautious smile, she continued to walk through the forest, one hand lingering by her thigh, where a hunting knife, a gift, was strapped to her leg.

Lily Arlangton A sound, very close to her, in the forest made her turn on her heel and reach under her skirt in one fluent motion and pull out the knife. She stood, feet planted firmly on the ground, and stare into the trees. Something was moving, and it seemed to be moving right toward her...

Lily Arlangton She frowned, eyebrows contracting as she heard the voice. It sounded vaguely familiar. She supposed it wasn't a monster coming after her, after all. She let her breath out before slowly creeping through the trees. Wasn't it usually a bad idea to go toward things in a dark forest? Oh well. "Hello?" she called out when she reached another tree, and peeked her head out from behind it.

Lily Arlangton She tilted her head to the side, but could see nothing. Where had the person gone? She frowned, the knife still poised in her hand. She wasn't afraid, only curious. Gypsies were hardly ever afraid of anything. Lily frowned even harder. Before shrugging her shoulders. She guessed it was nothing.

The hands on her shoulders. She felt her heart stop for a moment, and she whirled herself around. "Boo!" She felt her knife slide across her attacker's arm, splitting the skin. The cut wasn't deep, but it was enough for him to hopefully release her. Her eyes widened and she dropped the knife when she saw what she had done. "Sangrei?" she exclaimed and covered her mouth with both of her hands.

Lily Arlangton Lily gave him one hell of a glare when he laughed at her, staring daggers at him and resting one hand on her bare side. She yanked the piece of his shirt from his hand, and wrapped it around his arm herself. She tied it tight enough so that he wouldn't bleed much, but not too tight. She gave him a little bit of a guilty look, no longer stung by his laughter and prank. "Sorry," she said, and nodded, "Once my heart gets out of my throat, I think I'll be fine." she joked with him. "What are you doing out here, anyways?"

Lily Arlangton It was almost maddening that her glare didn't do anything to him, and that he simply continued to smile at her, but whatever, she supposed. She lifted one eyebrow at him. "I never said I was worried about you," she teased him, and slapped him lightly where the cut was. Her dark grey knit sweater hung loosely on her, off one of her shoulders.

It was her turn to bite back a laugh and she crossed her arms behind her back, teasingly looking at him. "Good job..." she said through a chuckle. "And yet again, our lost souls have found each other." she laughed, and reached her hand under her skirt to return her knife to its place, after wiping it casually on her skirt.

Lily Arlangton "Oh please," she said and leaned over, rolling her eyes to kiss it lightly, "Better?" she teased. "I'll buy you a new one." she said reassuringly and patted him on the chest. She had to look up at him, not too much, but he was still taller than her. She crossed her arms and laughed at his flair, before reaching one of her hands up to scratch her head.

"This path is quite lovely, actually," she protested. "A little spookier than I thought it would be, but it's still nice." She leaned herself back against the tree that was behind her, and propped one foot onto the trunk behind her, arms still crossed. "I was just exploring," she said. "Forests are where I've spent most of my life. And the city gets old."

Lily Arlangton She lifted an eyebrow, and grinned a little bit as she looked up at him. "You'd prefer something else?" she asked and lifted one hand to grasp a tree branch above her. Lily smiled. "And what something else would that be?"

"Still wanna get out?" she asked, and gave him a look. She liked teasing and joking with people. "I've only ever seen one lake," she said and nodded her head. "It was huge. Like the ocean. It seemed to go on forever." she laughed, "and oh yeah. Dangerous. You might run into a gypsy or something, hm?" she laughed.

Lily Arlangton "No, I tried to slit your throat. Different." she teased and reached her hand out to grasp the front of his ripped shirt and pulled him even closer. "If I would have been trying to rob you blind, I would have robbed you blind." She pulled him even closer, and leaned up until her lips were meager inches in front of his.

"So, let's see," she said, her hot breath on his, "Buy you a new shirt, which will cost me money, or kiss you." She looked up into his eyes, "Which is completely free, and even sounds fun." she gave a little smirk. "Such a tough decision..."

Lily Arlangton "Well, I certainly didn't take it," she said, and shook her head. "I'm an honest girl. Promise." Lily winked. "The heart, however, I might have stolen that. I'm not sure where I put it though, so it looks like you're screwed." she let out a tiny girlish giggle, breaking from her seductive tone a little bit.

She did absolutely nothing, just stood there, still extremely close to him. She reached the hand that was not holding onto his shirt, and grasped the back of his neck, keeping him there. She moved her lips in to his, but didn't kiss him, not yet. She merely stood there, lips just a hair away from his.

Lily Arlangton "There's other things one can do to get the blood pumping." she joked, and gave him a smirk. "No heart, no wallet, and lost in the forest with a gypsy. Oh look at your sorry, sad, sad life." she smiled and when he wrapped his warm arms around her waist, she pressed her entire body closer to him. She still had her back to the tree, and breathed lightly, but in quick little breaths, onto him. She played her fingers over the back of his neck, and gave him a little smirk. Her dark brown eyes glinted in the game, and she pretended to go to kiss him, but only leaned her head back again, before returning her lips, slightly open to his. She didn't much like losing either... "Careful," she whispered, "I just might go choosing the shirt..."

Lily Arlangton "Oh... you know... fun things," she said and teasingly ran her hand down his chest, before back up. Her chest moved up and down with every breath. She moved his not wounded arm to her thigh, where she let him feel the knife that was strapped there, playfully. "I could always kill you to get you out of the way," she said, and did smile. "Or I could just stay here, just like this." she kept moving her hand along his chest, and down over his stomach lightly. "I don't have anywhere to go, really..."

Lily Arlangton "I'm pretty strong," she said and flexed her stomach muscles so that his arm around her could feel them. Lily smirked. "I think I could get you off of me, if I tried, once you're dead."

"I'm a lot more dangerous than that knife," she said, and before he could respond, she pressed her lips against his. It wasn't rough, but it wasn't very tender either. With one hand on the back of his neck, and the other on his chest. She pushed the rest of her body against his until they were practically meshed into one. She didn't look at this as losing a game, or giving in, but rather gaining something new.

Lily Arlangton It was a few moments before she pulled her head away from him, and gave him a smile. "Feel better?" she asked quietly, one hand still on the back of his neck, the other on his chest, still pressed tightly to him. She had only leaned back her head, but hadn't moved the rest of her.
