Description

Image
Lily is as big as ones thumb, which means its easy for her to get lost in a crowd of `giants´ as she calls normal sized people. She is dressed like a gypsy, her dress a layered patch work style dress, with a tiny shawl wrapped about her waist. She made them all herself, as she did everything she wears from her tiny bead necklace to the red ribbon in her hair. She´s quite efficient with making her wardrobe... Her hair is a rich auburn color, her skin slightly sun kissed and her eyes a beautiful golden color. Due to a recent healing, her ears have been changed by the incident, and they are now elven. Also, from a two day visit with her father, her fae side had been revealed, and she now has wings: Image

Lily got a sad look to her eyes then. ¨I... I met a boy, n-no... a young man. We were together, but it seems... it seems he has moved on. When I got back from being abducted by that bounty hunter, he was nowhere to be found. Violet is his daughter, my baby girl.¨ she said, grateful when the child was calming, even seeming to gurggle cutely at the gust of wind that had made her short, but thick red hair swish in the wind caused from the sniff.

Lily sat down again, almost longing for the days when she could sit on something soft at the bar. She let Violet play with her hair, to distract her small attention. ¨My parents were fae, two different kinds... but my fathers side finally came out. It has proven useful, now. How have you been Damionell?¨ she asked, smiling though her eyes seemed tired. Being a single mother was awefully tiring, especially when she was too afraid to sleep lest a spider came and tried to carry her daughter off... or her fahters men came for her again.

Lily smiled, moving to unattach her cloak from around her skirts, and wrapped it around her for modesty sake as Violet began to demand her feeding, tugging on her mothers hair and whining a little. ¨Shh, dear, one moment.¨ she said, hiding her daughter from sight, sighing a moment later. ¨Life has been busy then, Damionell. I sort of miss things from the past, when I was just fifteen and carefree.¨ she said with a small smile.

Lily stared up at him wide eyed, almost... fearful. The ever confident, and carefree Lily had long since moved along. During the pregnancy, and then having little Violet, she had been indoors so much... afraid of all the dangers she would not have to protect her from. Especially.... cats. ¨O-Outside...? But... But it's so dangerous out there now!¨ Oh what she wouldn't give to fly out in the fresh air though...

Lily stared at him for a few moments, before she stood slowly. It was true, Damionell was a very formidable foe to most everyone around him, and she being so small and vulerable. She ought to trust in him alot more then she had a moment ago! ¨Your right, I do need some fresh air... I've not seen the night sky and smelled the fresh night air all at once in so long... If I should feel safe with anyone, it should most surely be you my friend.¨ she smiled, holding her cloak shut. Violet had never been outdoors either... never seen the night sky, smelled flowers, seeing the various insects the flew and cralwed outdoors... All because of her mothers fear.

Lily sat down on his hand, kneeling on his palm as he finished adjusting his belongings, pulling little violet out from under her cloak as she started to protest, wanting out to see her mother's face. ¨There there, Momma's here.¨ she cooed, kissing the baby girl on the head before setting her down gently, trusting Damionell not to turn his palm or cause her to fall while resting there in his hand, fixing her dress while the baby lay there, wiggling her little legs and arms while giggling, looking aaaaaall the way up at the Minotaur.

Lily tried not to lay down and just relax in the warmth of his hand. Violet's little ands clung to her mothers dress, as the wind swept past them. The gypsy woman inhaled deeply, smelling the fresh air, moving to pull her cloak around herself and her baby at the coolness to it. Nighttime outdoors... she missed this. She didn't know where Damionell was planning on taking her, but she trusted she would enjoy it.

Lily had her eyes closed, just relaxing in the warmth, little Violet against her stomach, the little baby squirming and making nonsense sounds, trying to talk but of course not able to yet. As Damionell sat she hazily opened her eyes with a small yawn. ¨Where are we...?¨ she asked, not remembering the place right off just yet, still reveling in the warmth a person far larger then herself gave off. Her wings hummed faintly on her back as she came more into focus of the space around her, making out certain familiar things...

Lily sat up slowly, looking around more closely for a few moments, before her eyes fell on a tree... and ironically enough, sitting upon it's branch was an owl. She picked up Violet, and scurried closer to on of his fingers, panting a little. ¨I-It's him, the hunter!¨ she said, not realizing the owl to be naught but a simple creature, and not the shifter that had kidnapped her those monthes ago. Just the sight was so very familiar, it made her feel afraid. The owl hooted, paying no mind to them.

Lily relaxed as it disappeared, but she still felt unsettled. The hunter would have shifted into something to sneak away from attack... it wasn't him. That had been a simple owl. She exhaled slowly, feeling so foolish... She really had to relax, and trust Damionell was keeping her safe. ¨T-Thank you... I'm sorry. I'm still... wary of animals. Ever since that hunter... He was a shapeshifter, turned into any creature imagineable. She still remembered being tied up in spider silk and hung from a branch upside down...

Lily looked up at him, gently rocking Violet. ¨I have not seen him since he handed me over to my father to collect his bounty money... But he could always be there, watching... waiting until my father calls on him to get me again. I do not know why he wants me home, I hate him so... for leaving my mother. And that hunter is ever so willing to take the kings gold for me.¨

Lily shivered just remembering the hunters rugged, cave-man worthy face... Cruel eyes and cruel teeth... ¨Wolfe.¨ she said, looking up at him with golden eyes that almost seemed haunted. She had so much on her shoulders... the weight of a large world full of dangers. ¨I-I found that out... from my contacts... Nobody knows where he is, however... He may have moved on, but I... I never know. I'm always terrified my father would have paid him to come take V-Violet...¨ she said hugging the baby gently.

Lily shook her head quickly then. ¨No! Damionell... he is a king. He has many, many followers. I know you are strong... but they are not normal. They are fae... ancient in most cases. It has been months, since anyone has come for me, maybe he gave up...¨ she said, none to confidently. She stood up, wings buzzing as she moved up to eye level, concern clear on her pretty little face. ¨And after all, his my father... He never treated me wrong, he just made the wrong decisions.¨

Lily settled down, holding Violet and trying to stay still. She didn't like being in places people couldn't see... if they forgot she was there, and itched, well... She hated having to move fast. She peered down as they began to play, confused by the instrument, but the music... the music made her want to dance. She fluttered down to the ground, where she would be safe from accidental harm, and while holding her daughter she twirled and danced slowly, her skirts gently swirling around her. She loved music, it had been so long since she had danced, even a little bit.

Lily smiled as Violet clung to her dress, giggling as they spun around. The child seemed to dislike quiet dull moments, and truely enjoyed the wild loud ones. The gypsy woman dipped here and there, keeping her balance and grace while holding her daughter and not jostling her as much as one would expect dancing to do. The music reached her heart like it used to, she could feel it, how her body felt alive. Right then, she had no worries...
