Morgan La Fay's Story

Morgan La Fay would appear out of nowhere and settle in besides Claire as a ball of light. "Pull off the safeties, my child, fight for your survival, there is no going back to my realm because you can't fight... go on... the others won't intervene." She said as she looked to Lirium for a moment as the light engulfing her body faded. "Defend yourself..." She added.
Morgan La Fay continued to float there. "If you immediately know the candle light is fire.. then the meal was cooked a long time ago, Claire remember that." She said as she stepped aside, watching the carnage unfold. "You must trust your feelings.. be mindful of your thoughts, they will betray you." She added, stepping to dodge the throw if Claire was thrown. Catching Claire in an unseen force, if she was thrown she would be gently set down. "Focus your energies, use them to heal your wounds."
Morgan La Fay continued to stand there. "The enemy's tactics vary, there are many surprises in battle, be mindful. Be prepared for anything and everything, use this to your advantage." Morgan said as she watched Lirium run around, but said nothing to the woman, only caring about Claire and her welfare. "Use your knowledge. Trust your instincts."
Morgan La Fay frowned some. "Use your enemy's energies against them, Claire." She said as she watched Lirium run towards Claire. Something that could be avoided by a simple sidestep and slam into the wall. Or so Morgan hoped.
Morgan La Fay shook her head as she watched the sight before her. "Be weary of deceit." Morgan said as she turned to Claire. "Approach all with caution. Do not let your eyes deceive you, trust your feelings, they will be your salvation." She explained, walking around the bar, watching the fight.
Morgan La Fay frowned as she looked to Lirium. "You decieve no one.. you seek those of Taiyou descent to murder them." She said as she walked towards the woman and shook her head. "You are blinded by hatred, warped by those whom would further their own gains and desires... the Empire has no quarrel with you.. do not forge one with them." She said backing away from Lirium. "Do not quarrel with me either."
Morgan La Fay said nothing as she was flipped off. Worldly expressions of malcontent did not phase the ascended being, rather Morgan had a rather devious gaze on her face, holding out her hand she attempted to envelope the finger in an unseen force, was it telekinesis, or something else? she aimed to bend the finger back, perhaps it was so strong it bent the metal, perhaps not. It all depended on the metal's strength compared to the power Morgan exerted.
Morgan La Fay said nothing as she simply floated there, discontinuing the attacks on her. She just sighed and shook her head. "Mortals.. I will never understand them.. all the knowledge and power of the universe.. and I can't understand mortals.." She said as she began to glow and then she slowly faded out of sight and existence.
The setting changes from Gambit's Bar to Dead End
Morgan La Fay appeared slowly, fading into existence, her voice calm and echoing throughout the room. "Ethical implications... what is ethics but human ideals?" She asked as a bright glowing sphere of energy appeared in the center of the room. Out of nowhere it seemed, illuminating the room brightly for a moment before she settled into being solid. "Ethics..." She then turned to Durrani. "You.. Omar Durrani of the American Nation... ethics such as yours should be questioned." She said with a smile before Turning to Claire. "As you can see I have been taking a more... direct involvement in your life."
Morgan La Fay shook her head. "Petty things like politics and the survival of any one nation do not concern me, they are affairs for a lower species." She added as she sized the man up through narrowed eyes, tendrils of light still shimmering from her form. "What defines American values? Life.. Liberty.. the pursuit of happiness? Your country is founded on those principals, and yet they matter little in the grand scheme of things." She said as she stepped away. "Heed this.. the Empire's desires are not what they seem, they believe they are destined to rule the universe, anything they do for your country is not to further peace. If they could crush you, they would." She then turned back to Claire. "It's simple, the Ori are coming."
Morgan La Fay shook her head. "The Aschen are going to war with the Coalition, the Empire wants a stake in this galaxy, and the Ori are planning another crusade... scratch that, it is not the Ori, rather Adria, the Orici herself is leading an attack. She has ascended and become one of the Ori. Therefore, I have been told to warn you by the others." She then turned back to Durrani. "You do know the Empire can obliterate your cities from orbit? Without so much as sending a single soldier... all I am saying is do not trust them too much."
Morgan La Fay continued to stand there, saying nothing for a few moments. "That... is up to you, I am merely presenting the situation, you have to find a way to solve the situation at hand." She said before she inclined her head some and then she turned to walk out. "How you handle it is entirely up to you."
The setting changes from Dead End to Gambit's Bar
Morgan La Fay appears in the middle of the bar as a bright sphere of light, which slowly settles into a female being of some kind. Shimmering for a moment, she would set her eyes on Odgerel. "I've always wondered what the drinks here were like." She said as she slowly took steps towards the bar, her aura shimmering brightly.
Morgan La Fay examined the drink, and offered up a smile. "I'm just inspecting what you've got, you have drinks from all corners of the galaxy... but the path is clouded with vice... the river tells no lies, yet the man on the bank still hears them." She said as she looked into the glass of water sitting on the bar. "The truth of the riddle lies within the key, do you view this glass half full, or half empty?"
Morgan La Fay shook her head and looked to the bottle. "So you do not seek enlightenment. Why must one observe what one is? If you immediately know the candle light is fire.. then the meal was cooked a long time ago, Odgerel... I am an ascended being.. most wise, with all the knowledge and power that comes with, but also great responsibility."
Morgan La Fay nodded. "I'm sure you would find them most interesting... have you been to Terra Atlantus..?" She asked as she tilted her head somewhat, pulling herself up onto a chair, watching her surroundings, eyes on Morbin for a moment, then back on Odgerel. "An engineer... intriguing."
Morgan La Fay cleared her throat. "It's Atlantis, but it's crawling with Aschen." She explained before she rose to her feet. "An interesting adventure..." And with that she disappeared in a flash of blinding white light.
The setting changes from Gambit's Bar to The Aschen Rim
The Entire Exploration fleet would suddenly and likely find itself rend from this dimension and back into it's original home as higher forces attempted to exert their will upon the strange and clearly powerful fleet. It had been deemed by the higher forces at work that, their presence here seemed to disrupt the delicate balance of the Universe, and it seemed that the fleet was a threat to the fabric of reality, and thus it was cast from this reality and unable to interact with the inhabitants.
The Aschen fleet would, should the intervention succeed suddenly see the enemy vanish, as if something had pulled them from this very dimension. Call it the alteration of reality itself.
Admiral Jameson looked to the Scanners, before she was overcome with a sense of calming. Everything would be okay. Higher forces were at work here.
