Naia Lockhart
"The Bad One"

ImageName: Naia Lockhart
Age: 27
Date of Birth: 20th February
Place of Birth: Wing City
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Profession: Mercenary/Assassin

Equipment:

Carnifex Hand Cannon: A high powered and extremely accurate pistol, firing armour and shield piercing rounds, capable of punching through military grade armour, barely even noticing metals such as steel.

Viper Rifle: An automatic sniper rifle, with a twelve round clip, firing incendiary rounds.

Dual Shredder Machine Pistols: Automatic, 32 round clip machine pistols, firing armour piercing rounds.

Banshee Shotgun: Quick reload double barrelled shotgun, firing high impact shots.

Dual Manipulators (Ahrian Technology): A highly advance piece of technology, a Manipulator has several functions. Firstly, it allows the user telekinetic powers, manipulating gravity, lifting objects and creating telekinetic fields, shields and blasts - earning its name. Secondly, it can project hair thin, razor sharp wires capable of penetrating the workings of the most advanced machinery, shredding and overloading their workings. They can discharge high amounts of energy capable of overloading the generator in an average nuclear plant, and thus most any mechanical soldier - as well as proving lethal to organic foes.

Naia likes these new toys. She likes them a lot.

Personality: Reckless, ruthless, and whimsical. To be expanded upon.

History: To be added.

So begins...

Naia Lockhart elbowed the door of the bar open, chewing busily on a bar of chocolate she held in one hand, and reading the newspaper with her other. "Bollocks, I didn't make the damn headlines this week. I must be losing my [chomp] mmm... touch." she muttered to herself.

At that point, some guys with guns walked in behind her, and Naia felt the unmistakable feeling one gets when a gun is pointed at you. Turning around slowly, she took another bite of the chocolate bar, letting the newspaper flutter to the ground, the sheets scattering. "I'm gonna give you [chomp] mmm... to the chount of free... no, make it chen, to exshplain just what the fuck you're doing..." she said calmly, whilst chewing on herchocolate.

Naia Lockhart "What I need, CO, which I assume stands for Completely Obtuse, is for your man there to get his gun the fuck out of my face." she said, before taking a pointedly vicious bite of her chocolate.

Naia Lockhart "What the fuck kind of investigation requires guns? Don't investigations tend to involve pieces of paper, or magnifying glasses, or DNA analysis shit? Shooting your suspects tends to turn up zilcho as far as information does."

Naia took another bite of her chocolate. It was running dangerously low - and by the way she was staring at the remaining few chunks, one could tell that when it did run out, bad things were gonna happen. Reeeeaal bad things.

Naia Lockhart went to take a bite of her chocolate, only for her jaws to close on nothing.

"..."

After a few moments, the empty wrapper dropped to the floor. "Aw man, now I'm fuckin' pissed!" she exclaimed, lifting her pistol upwards and shooting the marine that was walking away from her in the back of the head without warning. Completely Obtuse had buggered off already, but his henchmen would make perfectly good chocolate-rage punching bags. The marine crumpled to the floor, blood seeping from his skull.

It took a few moments for his eleven comrades to register what had happened, but Naia jump started their brains by yelling "Any of you other fuckers want some o' that?!" at the top of her voice, and promptly jumping backwards to take cover from the hail of bullets that followed behind an overturned table.

Naia Lockhart grinned as the marine's bullets impacted with the table, feeling the adrenaline rush that accompanied danger and relishing in it. The odds were against her, which was just how she liked them. Abruptly, she realised that less marines were firing at her, and then their bullets were redirected altogether at another, whom she had not seen before.

Poking her head out from cover, she observed an acrobatic young woman dancing away from the bullets of the men, as well as the corpses of five others who she had apparently taken down before they even noticed her. She was good, this one.

Slotting her hand cannon pistol back into her belt, she pulled out her twin Shredder Machine Pistols, spun them around on her fingers twice before extending her arms and pulling the triggers. A shower of bullets shot toward the marines, dropping two of them in the first salvo, before a quick reload and a second round of bullets dropped a further one.

Naia Lockhart ducked down into cover again as the remaining three soldiers realised they were outmatched, and decided now would be a good time to run the fuck away.

And thus, they did, and all was quiet.

Naia Lockhart strolled casually out of cover, raising a brow at Gina's repeated stabbing of the fallen man, and raising it further still at the sight of Marlene and her Centurions "Fuck, now what?" she exclaimed, putting her hands on her hips and staring at the Centurion pointing its gun at her. "How many times do I have to tell you people not to point your fucking toys in my face!"

However, Naia had duly noted that these things were large, heavy, and made of metal. Probably a bit out of her league, without specialised equipment that she didn't have right now. This was the reasoning behind the lack of bullets radiating from her position, replaced instead with badass-rays.

Naia Lockhart glared at Marlene "I don't do 'drop your weapons', bitch. Bite me."

"I'm not shooting at you, be happy with that."

Naia Lockhart paced back and forward, smiling "Now you see, we appear to have a problem. I'm not going to put my guns down, and you appear to think you're going to force me. One of us is deluded, and last I checked, it wasn't me. And I only checked five minutes ago."

The woman smiled again, pointedly holding her pistols in her hand, and swaying slightly as if to emphasise the guns still dangling from her waist and back.

Naia Lockhart did acknowledge the threat of the robot thingabobs, despite her cocky words, and had her eye on a nearby booth that would make perfect cover. She even had all the right muscles tensed to spring into it at the first sign of an attack.

"You've said that before. The whole, outgunned and outnumbered thing. I had kinda noticed, as well - I mean, unless some metal men have appeared behind me since I last checked, it's sort of obvious. That doesn't mean I'm gonna drop my weapons, though. Just means I'm not likely to point them in your direction!"

Naia Lockhart folded her arms "Registered? What'chu talkin' about Willis?" she asked, tilting her head to one side. "The gunfight, well, those guys made the mistake of pointing a gun at my face without having the giant killer robots to back themselves up. So I killed them. Also, I was fuckin' pissed off 'cause I ran out of chocolate bar..."

Naia Lockhart shrugged "I can do guns in holsters, I just don't do 'guns on the floor'. We've quite plainly had a misunderstanding here - I blame the lack of chocolate, it always kills my perceptiveness. Mmm, chocolate..."

Naia frowned "If we're done here, I'm leaving. I'm going to buy some more chocolate."

Naia Lockhart pouted "I get the feeling you don't want me here, sweetie. If I didn't care more about chocolate than about principals, I'd stay here just to prove a point. Luckily for you, I'm having cravings - but I'm not pregnant, I checked. It's just a thing."

With that odd little quip, Naia strolled out the door, brushing past Marlene with a wink, before disappearing out to the street.

Naia Lockhart elbowed the door of the bar open, not bothering to look up from the book she held as she walked, one hand keeping it open at the page she was reading and the other grasping a crunchy chocolate biscuit bar. Because biscuit bars are badass.

Still not looking up, Naia shoved and barged her way to the counter, where she sat down one one of the stools. She then frowned, she wanted a cigarette, but that would mean either putting down the book or the chocolate bar.

Tough call...

Naia Lockhart shrugged, the cigarette could wait. Now that she thought about it, finishing the chocolate first might be the best plan.

Naia Lockhart started abruptly as a needle of... something or other... hit her in the leg. "Ow!" she exclaimed, jumping up off of her stool and dropping her book and chocolate. "Fuckin' watch where you needle your shit, bitch!!" she yelled at Turn.

She then looked around, and saw her chocolate lying on the floor.

"Oh fuck no you didn't!" she exclaimed "You are going to pay for that in blood!"

Naia Lockhart noted the chains bursting at her, and reacted accordingly. Leaping backwards, the woman landed upon the bar counter, the chains passing where she had stood seconds before. Reaching to her holster, she pulled out her twin Shredder machine pistols, levelling them at Twist and Turn, one pointing at each of them.

"Eat lead, bitches!!" she yelled, before pressing down the trigger on both pistols, unleashing a full clip of ammo towards both of their respective shields and/or bodies.

Naia Lockhart does not know this sound. Lived in a dystopic inner city area where ice cream men would have been shot, and their goods stolen before they drove five feet.

Naia Lockhart smiled as the tendrils speared towards her, and took a single step back. She dropped down behind the bar counter into a crouch, the sister's strikes passing over her head as she dropped and the tendrils impacting with the wood of the counter, reinforced against such attacks due to the almost constant similar battles going on in the establishment. Reaching to her belt, Naia grabbed a pair of frag grenades and pulled out their pins, before popping up from behind the bar counter to lob them at the siblings, directing one at each of them.

Knowing that she didn't realistically stand a chance against these fairy dust flingers, the assassin then took out a third grenade from her belt, a smoke grenade, that she threw down at her feet to obscure her form as she made for the back door.

Once again, Naia had spent about ten minutes in the bar, fucked shit up, and left. That was what she did. It was a thing.

Naia Lockhart decided, rather reasonably, not to adhere to the crazy grenade eating dude, and pointedly didn't die, choosing instead to fling herself to the side, having of course kept an eye on her opponents as she made for the exit. This fling took her through the door into the back room of the bar, where she promptly exited via the staff door, and disappeared into the twilight.

Naia Lockhart sauntered into the bar, for once not carrying anything. Carrying being the key word here, she still had her usual accouterments about her person, the chocolate bar and the item of reading - this time an issue of the Sunday Times Magazine - but now they hovered with her.

Yeah, that's right. Hovered.

Naia had some new toys.
