FSS Ambush slowly entered the Cybran National Space, unaware of the rules and regulations of the area. Then again they had never met and this was the first time that the Federal Republic of Arc Angelisa had ever sent a small research vessel into the unknown. The crew of less than One Hundred and Nine, were veterans of a few small wars but had mainly been on civil duties for the last five years. They had joined the military by choice and had volunteered for this mission in the understand of that they might not ever get back home.

They were unaware that they were close to a series battlestations where Battlefleet Reiter was based. It was the far North of the Cybran Nation, a place which the Cybrans had only sent probes to find nothing. Must have something to do with stealth technology. The Feberal Republic had captured these probes and changed them to understand the sleeping giant which they only knew existed but did not know where.

Cybran Battlefleet Reiter

Admiral of the Fleet, Nicole Reinhardt, fixed her uniform as she stepped onto the bridge of the HDS Blücher, a Dreadnought size ship, armed with a vast array of weapons. News had just came in of a small vessel in the borders of the Cybran National Space and the Reiter Battlefleet (1400 ships strong) was the closest. They were one of the strongest in terms of Battleships and Dreadnoughts.

Reinhardt swallowed, taking seat in her Command Throne. The officers took to their stations as the Blücher was getting ready for war. A number of smaller vessels had launched from the battlestations but many were at dock, getting repairs. The fleet of which was battle ready was less that twenty ships. Many of the battlefleets had been doing repairs ever since the war that claimed trillions of Cybran lives and more death numbers were getting into the High Command every day. It had been years but there was still a few small pockets of resistance.

Fixing her black hair, she watched the crew carefully as they set off for this meeting.

Suddenly as if out of nowhere, a small deployment of Cybran Battle ships and transporters appeared out of the IPJW (The Inter Planetary Jump Warp), the group of Ship won't be around for long, orders of the Cybran High Command.

The HDS Blücher, a Dreadnought class battleship slowly moved into position as the smaller vessels did the same. A lone transport headed forth towards Terra. As it did so, a smaller vessel, far smaller than any of the others slowly appeared from the transport holds of the transporter, a drop ship.

The whole small battle group moved quickly around Terra as the small dropship closed in on the target: Wing City.

Nicole Reinhardt swallowed, carefully walking down with the group of Commanders based at the Station, a few Waffen FS high ranking personnel walking with them. She fixed her beret, watching crew members of the Station as they walked by. Her steel studded clicking off the ground as she walked towards the Entrance bays of the Battle station. The dim lighting in slight disrepair but the station was over a hundred years old and had only seen combat once.

He pushed her hair out her face, watching the small ship come in as they arrived on the deck. The deck crew were smartly formed up and ready to refuel the ship, the Waffen FS guards in full Black uniform, a few of them like Black Temple Monks, hoods up.

She grunted slightly, walking down the stairs onto the flight deck, followed by the other members of the Senior Admin team. She turned to look at the overall commander of the Waffen FS based on the BattleStation, "Damn, politics."

The HDS Pegasus. The transporter of weapons or any other sort of cargo. With over seventeen kilometers of cubic space, was filled with the latest cargo bound for The Space station of Hisaol, far above the great city. The ships slowly moved forward, the creaks of the old armour slowly getting louder as the ship came to a slow stop, it would take another fourteen hours before they came to a halt but that was fine with most of them. There would be able to take in the views of the gas clouds far around the planet, along with the space stations of various companies.
The fourteen mile long ship was almost the size of a Groalsi Battleship, very much like the one her Captain, Obersturmbannführer Adolf Landers used to command. The man himself was a myth throughout the Cybran Merchant fleet, able to deliver goods from one side of the nation to the other in a matter of days. And with this new ship, the cargo could go in a matter of hours. He was claimed to be the best captain of a ship throughout the Cybran Nation but his days were back in the Waffen FS. He had kept his rank for a few years after but was at the stage were he couldn't care anymore.

*Aboard the transporter*

Adolf swallowed, kicking his legs up onto the command desk of the old robotic control unit of the old starship. His eyes watched the way the planets moved slowly but also had a keen eye on the Navy Vessels, coming out of the starport. There was this way, the feeling of loneliness aboard this ship but he had another person to talk to. But it was more of a computer than a person. Normally a small game of Cybran eight level chess would be in order, but this was a time were a game of chess was real. The Navy was already moving ships around in the local area but the warp engines were sitting as they were slowing down, unlike the Nazy.

The few other ships around the Star port were clearly civilian with name plates on the side of the ship, a lot like seafaring ships. But this was space, not on liquids. Adolf sniffed, watching the control screen closely but held his small control wheel as he turned down the brakes, getting to a suitable speed of which the spacecraft would come to a halt.

Schaeffer nodded, pulling on his cap as he put his left bionic hand in his pocket, the skin covering real but the hand fake. He looked around at the ship before shaking his head, "Yes. These politicians that think they rule over us don't understand. We are a fighting force, one not to be dismantled for idiots to try and put back together. Yes?" His emerald eyes watching the small vessel closely. He knew he was not the one the comment was directed at but didn't care.

Rmeinhardt nodded, before she turned, putting her back to the small vessel, whispering in his ear, "I know, which is why we have this one here. If this doesn't work, we get the Emperor or the head of Parliament out here to see this. It may be old but it was still usable." She sighed before she continued, watching the deck crew behind her prepare, "This could end up in a war. I have heard from Rooseavet not too long ago. He is headed for the Casgrax. I'll try to get him out. They can not simply take our only defence in the system away and declare it a military free zone. The should take the research else where. We don't have time for this."

He nodded in reply, "Do you wish me to head back up to the control centre? I could get a section prepared." He glanced around, his icy glare watching the Black Temple Monks, 'Those things creep me out.' He swallowed before he turned and looked at her, "This better not be a waste of time."

"No. Don't, I want you here, by my side. I may be you commander but I need you with me." She sighed as she shut her eyes, turning back around before the Waffen FS Commander turned and walked towards the deck crew.

"You ready for this?" He smiled, turning at their side, watching the vessel as it slowly came through the air lock shields. He pulled on his cap, turning his watch to his men and the crew. This was in theory his battlestation, but he had to share it with the Navy, surprise, surprise.

The head of the deck crew nodded, pulling on his soft cloth hat, watching the screens and other equipment as the vessel did the floor of the deck, a small stair way coming down before the doors opened, letting the people inside get a breath of the very old recycled air. It was almost... Stale.

Military Resource Meeting,
Room 432,
Hisoal Building,
North side,
Griasfrask,
Casgrax II

"When do we move the new Sector system into effect in this area?" Admiral of the Battlefleet Reiter, Nicole Reinhardt snapped, staring out the window as she stood next the the dirty thing. It needed cleaned, as did some of the staff in this building; Well actually, in this room, a few could do with a shower, of blasting. She turned around in her smart light blue uniform, boots gleaming in the dim light room as she glanced around at each of the members at the table, "This is something we need to do now. We have these new Nations appearing at our door, and sooner or later, they will end up attacking us. We need to get Parliament to give us more funding for new fighters and battleships, as well as tanks and weapons. We have to do something now before that something happens."

She blinked, turning back around to look over the city of Griasfrask, her left hand twitching, a common thing for her when she was in a meeting like this. She had every reason it express her feelings to this Military board. It would then be taken up in the next mass Parliament, but that wouldn't matter if the enemy that was sitting at the Cybran Nation's boarders attacked. They would be forced to fight back with the full might of the Cybran Nation. Pulling her hair into the neat bun again, she swallowed, pointing to the computer screen showing simulations of any fighting that would take place, "We have sat here long ago talking about this and nothing has been done. We need to take it up in Parliament, understand?"

Admiral Therodore Starship nodded, putting his data sheet on the table. "The new sector system is being put into effect at the end of the month, Ma'am. There is a mass group of new Dreadnoughts being built, the Rhineland Class. They will have new weapons systems and weaponry as well as all the other things that we need to create a force of Dreadnoughts, but they will be deployed in the groups and Battlefleets they are needed in." The battle hardened Admiral stated as he rubbed his forehead. Sitting down in his seat, he looked at the other members of the board, whom, just simply nodded in agreement. His right hand moved down into his jacket pocket, pulling out a small box of tablets, for the sharp pain now hitting his head. The box was soon set on the table as he moved his hands to pull the metal tray out and popped a tablet into his mouth.

He swallowed the pill, watching the rest of the table carefully, “Unless the Waffen FS want to provide something to help the ever pending situation?” He eyes went straight to Supreme Commander Ingualt Rooseavet, sitting smartly in his black uniform, without saying a word throughout the meeting.

“I suppose it can happen, the Fourth FS fleet has just came out of repairs, the HDS Nichtjager will be ready and moved towards the border within a few days, the repairs are not fully complete and the ship needs a major uplift in terms of technology and weapon systems. There is not a lot I can do in order to speed this process up,” He paused for a second, his left hand wrapping around the icy cold glass of water. “I am willing to prepare the forty-eighth Waffen FS fleet into position, along with the One-thousand-and-fourth tank division onto the local battlestation, which I believe is also being upgraded in these times of peace, if the Peace goes on for much longer all the Military and fighting forces will be degraded. “

Rooseavet got to his feet sipping the glass of cold water, “Unless we prove that we still need this military force, we will be made redundant.” His eyes glanced over to Reinhardt before back down to the glass. He shook it around to mix the last of the ice and the water, “We could attack one of the smaller Nations in the outer systems of the galaxy. We could claim they attacked us, then we have the right to make a full scale invasion; yes?”

The lights flickered as another member spoke up, General Notterburg, “That would show them, but the other way to do this is by making explosions on the closest planets to parliament, then the Government will have to give up more supplies.”

“Why are we talking about this?” Snapped a younger military economist, Adolf Nighdale, “We have enough money and enough weaponry to force any nation to its knees. We would have enough money in three Cybran Years to update the forces we have. It is not all about numbers, and if it is, we would still win any battle. Our men and women are well trained and well equipped. We don’t need to add more money into the mass forces. All we have to do is pour it into research, which we can see going on around us right now. This planet is the most scientific planet within most of the Cybran Nation. It is all just a matter of updating the forces we have; yes?”

Reinhardt snapped around, nodding, “For once I think I have heard a good idea. The Navy needs to update and install new technology into the ships, not create wave after wave of new ships. The Rhineland class should be the last of the dreadnoughts that we build, even though we do have enough resources in the Industrial planets to build thousands more; do we not?” She smiled, rubbing his eyebrow as she moved forwards towards the table, watching the other members with a close eye. ‘This might work,’ she thought to herself, smirking. “Yes, I say it is time we done this.”

Rooseavet swallowed, “I will do the same with the Waffen FS, this should be very interesting to see the end result.”

Lillian listened, looking around the room. It was true, troubled times had descended on them from nowhere. Most didn't know, the citizenry wasn't entirely aware it was certain. Even if everyone was blindfolded, someone still had to turn on a light. Scribbling in her notebook, Lillian continued to listen.

Her dark uniform wasn't a reflection of these times, but a simple and humbling reminder to place duty and honor first. Lillian was always prim and neat, never fidgeting, always straight backed. Somehow she wasn't as much a tight wad as some. Still, truths had been spoken. Lillian crossed and recrossed her legs at the thought of war. Though war was good for the economy, that was about all it was good for. Nobody else seemed to think this way, which is why she supposed she was here. As the Senior MP of the Cybran High Council, her opinion was valued and respected. Though she sat quietly, under the radar with a poker face, Lillian's mind whirled.

So much weaponry... Lillian only nodded once, in acknowledgement not agreement, as the Admiral spoke. They were gearing up for war it seemed, was it all necessary? They were speaking of planted attacks, of true battle. Lillian frowned from where she was. They were at risk it was certain, but they did themselves no good by sticking themselves in the radar like they were planning on doing!

Suddenly, someone spoke up. A military economist? Speaking of updating and enhancing instead of expanding, research...Lillian nodded.

"Update, improve," Lillian folded her hands on the table before her, "A sound plan if any." She nodded, leaning back before continuing on.

"How is the citizenry receiving these movements?" Lillian asked the room. It was then Supreme Commander entered and crossed to her. She swallowed her surprise.

"Yes?"

The Supreme Commander swallowed, holding his head, "The Civilians, always a point for the Cybran High Council to stop our plans." He snapped, looking up at Lillian. Was there a point in having a member of the High Council here? Yes; she may be a member but to him that didn't mean anything. He was military leader, one that was not meant to be held back by a High Council Member. His eyes glanced to the rest of the military leaders, as well as the economist and Alexander Wulan - another member of the High Council. Rooseavet himself knew that they would probably try and tell the High Council to pay them off, something none of them wanted. "The Civilians receive enough money as it is, starting a war would boost the fecking economy."

Reinhardt looked over at him, "Ingualt, please." She leaned back against the wall, hoping for some reason to get him out the room. "What was that you were talking about the other day? A mass space station? Other Nations?"

She swallowed, holding her leather gloved hands together, "I'm sure there was something you said about other nations and some peace conference?"

"What? You want to trade with other Nations? We can not do that." Rooseavet snapped, "You were there yourself with the encounters with that small ship. You took it to that battlestation. Where was the logic in that?"

Alexander Wulan sighed, looking over at Lillian, "The point in us being here?"

"Peace conference?" Lillian chirped up.

It was all fine and dandy that they wanted to play defense and weapon. She saw no real harm in that, and let them spend their money where they would. However, turning down an opportunity for a peace conference why even a grunt would see the benefits!

"A peace conference would be the wisest of options, as well as this military upgrade and other defensive re positioning of," She waved a hand, meaning to say all the words she didn't know how to say. Lillian looked from Alexander to Roosavet, keeping her gaze steady.

Rooseavet swallowed, looking over at her, "It is far too late to get a small cruiser across into another galaxy, to go to this. I don't want us to turn up late with just a singer cruiser to show us off. We will look like complete idiots. No, I could try and get trade with the people of Mezz but we do not have an understand of how the people in the other galaxies work, which is why I'm not willing to send anything over until we have a trade link with the people of the system of Mezz. Even trying to deploy forces from the Battlestation Raven Herz would reach it far too late."

Alexander nodded carefully, "I see your point, but that does not mean we could show up with the finest ships in the whole Navy. It does not matter if you are late to appear at a meeting, we could receive an understanding and set up trade links with the other Nations." He smiled softly, lifting his bottle of water to his lips.

The Military Economist nodded, "That would create a way of giving away far outdated weapons to another Nation, in return for resources to upgrade the Military power that we already have. The Civilians would be able to work and maybe go on holidays outside the Nation's borders."

General Notterburg, the old man that he was shook his head in disbelief, "You are willing to create alliances with Nations that could just use us? Look at the wars with the Aeon and UEF, we did something about that before, creating alliances. They failed."

Command Bridge,
HDS Plasi,
Local time: 17:15

The Cybran Battlefleet Drachen moved into its patrol route before the officers spotted something in the far distance, the crews moved the ships closer to the target with weapons raised, calls starting to go out towards the hostile ships, "This is Cybran Battlefleet Drachen, you are entering Cybran Territory, stop your ships and await for further instructions or face punishment in the form of death. I will repeat, This is Cybran Battlefleet Drachen, you are entering Cybran Territory, stop your ships and await for further instructions or face punishment in the form of death."

The Commanding officer of the Capital ship, a modern Dreadnought grunted, watching his data screens closely before shouting out, "Raise the alert to local battlefleets, arm weaponry to full load, await my order to fire."

Zarhara swore as the fleet was hailed on comms. "Admiral they are Targeting us!" An officer shouted on the command bridge as an eerie yellow light enveloped the command deck. "Raise shields and stop all engines we are going to do as they say just this one time. We need information and this seems like the proper time to obtain it." Zarhara said as he walked back to his command chair and activated a comm to the fleet.

"Drachen this is Will Zarhara of the Former Zar Republic. We were unaware this is cybran territory. We are exiles seeking asylum. Would your leader ship be willing to parle?" Zar asked over the comms.

The fleet started to move towards the small fleet, weapons armed, as the Wasps flew out and moved towards the group. The commander of the group of ships. The interceptors blasted towards the group, starting to fly in and out if the ships, looking around the ships. "Weapons ready to fire."

"Zarhara, this is Battlefleet Drachen, you are within the borders of the Cybran Nation. We are at DefCon six, tell us where you are here. We will fire if no reply comes within the next 90 seconds, over."

Zarhara listened to the message as officers shouted alerts around him. "Fighters Incomming!" ---"We are being Targeted!" -- "Shields at full power!"

I already explained myself but these fools seem a bit boneheaded. Zarhara thought. "I will repeat our purpose, We are exiles and we had no maps of this area, We are only seeking Asylum or to be allowed to gain maps of your boarders to prevent further conflict and we would be on our way. Do not fire we mean no harm, but if you do fire we will be forced to defend ourselves." Zarhara said over the comms.

"All men to battlestations!" Came the call over the Comms systems of all the Cybran Ships as they pushed forwards towards Terra. Their weapons primed and the dropships ready as the fleet and finally found their War Criminals, one of the last ones. The great ships stopped their engines as a call was made to all the local planets and starfleets within the local area,

All Local fleets,
This is the Cybran Anti-Nazism Fleet "Hydra", we request that you prove to us that there are no Nazi War Criminals from the old Civil War of Cybran Space on any of the planets in this area. We have located a sensor that has picked up such Criminals on the Planet Terra. We request that we can land and defend your planet against War Criminals that will attempt to destroy all your nations and planets,

Over.

The fleet quickly powered down the engines and quickly started to become a hive of activity within a radius of a few thousand miles, the Interceptors darting around the Cybran Warships but also the dropships inside the large ships were quickly loaded with men, prepared for the attack on the Nazi section of the Cybran War Criminals, one select on who had been located on Terra only a week ago was known for killing anyone and anything he could.

"Check this out." A bridge officer told Mishima, "These guys again?" Mishima asked, "Okay, patch us through and get the others on the horn. Tell them to prepare for an attack of some kind. Let the TIB and other defense leaders know it's the Cybrans." Mishima ordered.

"This is Captain Mishima of the Invictus, my comrades from the Terran Navy, the NPA and the TIB will be joining us soon." Mishima told the Cybran fleet, "We can't allow you on the planet concsidering things such as your recent past with us, our recent past with attackers in general, and your vague warning of terroristst threats. Threats we are more than capable of handling." Mishima said.

Several more ships, Terran and Invictus, coming to join in building a wall between Terra and the Cybrans.

"Tell us where these war criminals are, we'll send some people to investigate and, or, terminate any and all threats to the people of Terra. But, for now, you'll have to stay put until we get word from the ground."

"Captain Mishima, a lot of things have changed since the last time we were here. If you do not let us on that planet, I can tell you now that you will lose any chance of keeping that planet. We are not here to attack any Nation but the Old Order of Nazis that once ruled the Cybran Nation. We are requesting to help you with a single landing and will send supplies in order to help with the war that has just erupted on your planet. This will be no easy task for people who have yet to understand what the Old Order can do." Fleet Admiral Nicole Reinhardt told the wall of ships in the way of the Cybran Fleet. There were already a few thousand ships on standby in the nearby system, and a vast number, around 900 warships that were waiting to attack the Old Order's assault on Volaria.

Their sensors were already picking up old remains of Cybran technology on the planet and the duty officer at that station made that very clear. Brigadier General Andre Luis grunted as he walked onto the command bridge. "Could we not land on the red planet and Terraform in within a day, then launch the attack on the Old Orders forces?"

"No." Snapped Reinhardt as she glared at the wall of vessels.

A Trireme pulled steadily alongside the other Invictus and TNG warships.

"Hydra, this is Captain Ashton MacDuff," the gruff soldier commed back to the Cybrans from his bridge, "in light of the Cybrans past aggression towards Terran nations, we cannot allow you to step foot on our soil so heavily armed. I understand that you claim to be in opposition to the fleet that came here previously." He frowned. "But there's just no way to prove that your intentions are truly peaceful at this point. If you wish to conduct a search over TNG lands for your alleged 'Old Order' renegades, then I may be able to arrange for you to send down a single ship, with shields down and weapons offline. Otherwise, you either leave it to us or you turn tail and get out of here. The answer from the Shintenchi nations was clear...

A massive fleet would appear on both the Cybran and Terran/Invictus scanners as they came out of Hyperspace. It was a Taiyou fleet, more importantly the 1st Imperial armada.

The ITN Nagato was at the tip of this proverbial spear, and flanking it on either side were massive ships that resembled gigantic Japanese demon's heads. These were the new Taiyou Giga Fortress Planetary Assault Carriers, a massive transforming unit capable of dealing serious blows to anyone that would threaten the Taiyou.

As quickly as the ships exitted hyperspace, one by one they began to make a beeline towards the planet, skirting and maneuvering carefully through the Terran and invictus ships, while a section of the Taiyou Fleet turned to bear weapons at the Cybran Fleet.

A single message was transmitted from the Nagato over a wide-band frequency. The message came personally from Admiral Yamamoto, the supreme commander of all Taiyou forces in the Milky way Galaxy.

"Attention Cybran Fleet, you have threatened and attacked our allies for the last time." He called out. Standing besides the Taiyou admiral was Prince Shimizu Takayama, whom offered a slight inclination of his head.

"My Father has instructed that we leave no survivors." He said calmly, before he brought his own face on the video screen, to both the Terrans/Invictus, and the Cybrans.

"By the grace of Heaven, Emperor of Niihama, seated on the throne occupied by the same dynasty from time immemorial, enjoin upon ye, Our loyal and brave subjects:

We hereby declare War on the Cybran Hegemony for their hostility against our Allies, and fellow AXIS members the Losenji Imperium, the Sato Shogunate, and the Volarian Matriarchy, our officers will prosecute this war to the full capabilities of our Military-Industrial complex."
Shimizu said calmly.

"We have an open ear should your government consider surrender." The Prince added.

All the while, the pair of Demon-head like craft moved past the blockade and towards the planet, followed by a Shokaku class Carrier, a pair of Shogun Battleships, and a handful of Naginata class cruisers. All of them heading to Shintenchi to assist their allies.

"This doesn't put us in a compromising position at all..." Mishima said sarcastically, "Captain MacDuff, the Taiyou still have an active declaration of war against the Invictus and are declaring war on the Cybrans. The Invictus' first priority is the protection of the planet from all threats, internal and external. That's also the priority of your military and law enforcement." Mishima said.

"That brings me back to the declaration of war against us, we aren't exactly privy to assisting folks who are trying to kill us, but for now my people are following your lead on what to do with this... situation... until we get word from Alfarsi or Munroe." The Japanese captain told MacDuff.
