Description
Octavian is a very tall (like 6'1)raccoon. He is lanky, has a beard and some blue/purple coloured eyes. His undershirt is white He also has some blue sports pants . His shoes are black sneakers.
Personality
Tavy is what you might call a modern-day student. He is about 14 years old and goes to a high school. He usually is careless and likes to sleep a lot, sometimes falling asleep in front of people. He also is lazy and stubborn, but usually just blames others for his mistakes and might even steal for his own selfish purposes. On the other hand, he can be really nice and freindly, but slightly naive.
Equipment
He has got no equipment but has got some precognitive powers or sorta, and the agility to match them.

The setting changes from Vishni Spaceport to Gambit's Bar
The tall bald guy entered the bar. "So...looks nice to me... at least now it's fire proof and whatever..." said him talking to himself for a second. He then started to walk over to the counter to take a seat near it. He looked around with his purple appearing eyes and just waited, to see if he should talk or not.
Octavian C looked around and wondered what had happened to everybody that no one was in the bar yet.
Octavian just took a seat near joy and then said "Where is everybody ? Is this place usually so empty?"
Octavian felt somewhat of a strange feeling, being a medium, as that newcomer appeared. Not showing this, he just said "Eww.." seeing he eyeball in the toothpick.
Octavian C sighed before looking at Maynard again. "Are people here usually so strange?" he askedvaguely.
Octavian yawned slightly then looked at the woman. He said "Hey, is something wrong?" sort of feeling the comfortable-lessness she had.
Octavian said "It's all right, no need to be afraid. I know it's quite hard, but I'm a medium, I know how to..." and then said "Just a sec..." as he went to the counter to get some tea and biscuits for himself to eat this morning.
Octavian returned to the table holding a cup of tea in his right hand and some biscuits in his other one. He then pulled the chair to sit down. He then told that woman "You can't be helped unless you allow others to help you.." sounding both serious, but at the same time somewhat drastic or something.
"So I guess I'm done here.." said Octi as he got up on his feet. He liked it when bars could be used as restaurants. He then said "I must go now sorry.." as he started to wlak out of the bar.
So the tall raccoon guy entered this famous bar for some unknown reason. After looking around for a few seconds he stepped in taking a seat near the counter and looked at the exposed goodies.
"Umm.. is anything wrong?" he asked rising an eyebrow and watchin her with his blueish eyes. He then said "People like.. emm, just that you're acting strange?" he asked unsure, turning in his chair to watch her.
"No no thank you" he said looking at the drinks, then at her agian "You look slightly neglected... are you? Do you have feelings?"
"How do these programs work? I mean I've learnt something in school and might be interested. Do you need anything?" he said, before getting up on his feet and walking over and looking at her, unsure.
"You can't be good at everything.." he explained then asked, sounding rather confused "Do machines make friends?" shrugging and rolling his eyes then taking a seat near the machine.
Octavian C asked "Could you stop being sad? Like there's no reason to be? I wanna be your friend? What's your name?"
was silent for a moment then said "Just call me Tavy okay?" slightly smiling. "Who made you? I don't really know what to say... can you start a conversation or that isn't part of your programming?"
