News of a Grand Magic Games naturally brought many from across the multiverse, and Demor was no different. The only Male Drachini was awoken from his sleep in his cabin of the Star-liner as they came out of FTL travel to Origin's system. The Star-Liner wasn't anything special, and honestly neither was his cabin. He shared it with five other people, and had managed to snag himself the top bunk for maximum privacy. He kept himself covered most of the time as usual, so that people wouldn't investigate his tail all that much. Sure there were curious stares, but everyone got those, so he didn't care anymore.

Stepping off the Liner, his cloak fluttered in the wind and he headed towards the Immigration offices with the rest of the people. There was a strong amount of magic in the air here.... Demor could make a home here. He was in desperate need of new clothing; his old Martial Arts uniform and traveller's cloak were tattered and torn from battle and time. His brown hair, however, remained short and shaggy, and his ears were pointed like an Elf's. Emerald Green Draconian Eyes took in the world around him, and as he shuffled down the line, eventually it would come to be his turn.

Walking up to the desk, he sat on the stool facing the desk, and blinked.

The Generic Origin Official was not a very tough person. In fact, they looked like those people who end up being cannon fodder in a movie, generic and not very memorable. However, as he handed Demor various forms and asked a bunch of generic questions like "Have you ever had a super infectious disease" or "do you have ties to any of those silly world domination types" that you expect to hear, things went smoothly. Boringly, but smoothly.

And then, as they were near the end...

"Here are the papers you asked foo...orrr!"

Someone who was carrying in the last of the paperwork ended up tripping on the doorway, and went face first into the floor as the floors scattered.

"Ah, sorry. This is one of the interns we have helping for today. Iviri, are you okay?"

Iviri got up, and started to collect the paperwork in a hurry and then got it on the table. It looked like it was just about done.

"Yeah...owww...."

"I am surprised you are still here. I thought you would have left early. Didn't you have a brother planning to compete in the Grand Magi Games?"

"I leave right after this" he said, while providing Demor with the last of the documents.

Demor answered all questions honestly, and the process went very smooth. The sound of a poor young lad crashing to the ground. Turning his head, those naturally predatory Emerald Orbs focused on the white-haired boy. There was an innate sense of magical power to Iviri, and depending on the young man's own magic detecting abilities, he'd be able to sense that Demor's magical Presence, though currently restrained, was immense. Whether or not that was immediately apparent, or when their fingers touched as Demor reached to take the papers from Iviri with a smile.

"Thank you." Demor said, almost cooing with his tone. Demor was no small man, he was large and muscular, and on top of that, the stool he was sitting on creaked under his shifting weight sometimes. At the same time, something seemed to be moving under his cloak as it hung off his body, nearly touching the tiled floor. It was buttoned around his neck and chest, allowing it to hang naturally on his body, but with him using his arms, there was a possibility of seeing his massive Black Tail as it coiled around the stool he sat upon.

It was longer than he was tall, and was thick and strong with muscle. Covered in Midnight Black scales, it blended easily with the shadow of his cloak. It was tapered, of course - thicker at the base of his back than it was at the tip, which was as thick around as a finger-tip, progressively growing in thickness until it met Demor's spine, wherein it was roughly as thick as a fit human's thigh. It was big, to say the least.

"You're going to compete?" Demor asked, smiling at Iviri. "I am too. It's been a while since I used my magic, and I'm eager to see what kind of challenges the universe has in store for me here on this planet... Think I'll hang around a bit." He smiled and flashed a toothy grin. His teeth were naturally sharper than a human's, but that was due to his Draconian Nature. "I wish you luck." He said, finishing signing a paper before reaching out with a strong hand to shake Iviri's hand.

If one were to sense Iviri's magical potential, they might feel as if they were standing in a vast, endless ocean full of danger....a danger that might feel as if it would consume those who sensed it. Although Iviri himself could not tap into it quite yet, but notably it seemed as if he had other abilities at his disposal.

"Ah, your welcome" Iviri replied as he got a feeling, more instinct then anything, of Demor's power. At first glance, Iviri seemed almost timid, but there was a light in his eyes that might prove to be anything but.

"Ah, not sure yet...but I know when of my brothers is! He is a genius magician, though because of all the magic in his body, he is a bit short..." Iviri said, pretending as if he himself was not short as well for his age. Notably, on Origin, while not a guarenteed rule for sure, the gift of magic often came at the expense of not growing as big. It was not usually too impactful though, and there were certainly exceptions, such as the leader of the Mage's Guild. He was taller then most.

"Why? Are you also here for the Grand Magi Games?" Iviri asked, while the official began to finish up the paperwork and prep Demor's new passport.

Demor's eye's narrowed as Iviri's own magical potential was revealed to him, but then relaxed at seeing how young he was, reminding himself that mastery over that amount of magic power at his age, which appeared to be not even in his teens, was extremely rare.

"Yes, I'm going to compete.... and likely make a home here. There's not much for me back where I'm from... nothing but pain and suffering. All of which I don't want to take part of any more.... I hope to have a more peaceful life here. Or if it must be violent, at least one where I can make some money." he smirked, chuckling. He offered a hand in solidarity, to shake the hand of the boy who brought in the papers.

"I'm Demor, Dragon-Slayer of Storm, former Guild Wizard for hire. Now just... wandering wizard. What's your name?" he asked Iviri with a friendly smile while the final forms were being prepped.

Iviri looked amazed at how he responded, and then immediately thought of something. "Oh, that is good to know...maybe you will join the Mage's Guild or the Adventurer's Guild then? They both offer pay for various jobs to be done, but there are also some peaceful places also".

As they talked, the paperwork finally got completed it seemed, and Demor was issued an Origin passport. That said...

"Hmmm...since he probably doesn't know his way to Questrios City, how about you help him find the way there?"

"Ah, yes! Sure! My name is Iviri by the way, Iviri Rixy!"

If Demor was even remotely aware of various rumors, however unconfirmed they were, that were circulating, he may have heard of the Rixys before. Escaped test subjects, all with white hair, red eyes, and a barcode mark under their left eye on the cheek. They had apparently gone under experiments against their will that far surpassed both humane and reasonable limits, and were turned into living weapons so to speak.

After all, there were Dragons the size of moons, large vampire organizations, and space terrorists flying around causing all sorts of mayhem and trouble. People probably felt that a few living weapons would be needed in case anything half that extreme showed up. That said, according to rumors, a Rixy lost a battle in some Terran city against a strange humanoid with powers, though he did escape alive in the end. There was also a rumor of a Rixy fighting off some powerful force of mercs in the Sevrianna continent, alongside a famous mercenary.

There were even rumors that one of them didn't have a single rumor about them, as if he was some master of stealth.

Needless to say, they seemed to attract all sorts of trouble.

"So...do you need help with directions?"

"Iviri Rixy.... a good name." He said. It was then apparent that Demor had a very slight accent - he rolled his R's a little. It was a habit he carried over from speaking Draconian as his first Language. Regardless, it made Iviri's name sound just a little more exotic. Demor took hiw new passport and paperwork in hand, putting them within his travel bag before standing, his tail having to unravel from the stool he was sitting on, making him take just a little longer to stand. Once standing, he gave a nod of thanks to the Origin Official, then turned towards Iviri proper.

"Yes, I would need directions to this Questrios City for the Games." he admitted. His coat fluttered slightly as his tail twitched. "And I'm sure we'd make a good team while traveling together." he added. Interacting with the boy reminded him of his days with Fairy Tail - how he treated all the children so well... and that he had a soft spot for children to begin with. He envied their innocence, and wished he had not suffered such a terrible tragedy as a boy. Having traveled mostly on his own up til now, he had not heard of the Rixy's, only of powerful mages calling Origin their home. While, of course, it would be fun to battle them in good sport, Demor had little desire to do so at this very moment. He'd save that for the Grand Magic Games.

He began to walk towards the door, expecting the boy to turn and follow. "Lead the way, Iviri. I'll follow you. You can show me the best places to eat, best places to see cute girls, and a good bath-house maybe. I haven't been to one in too long - and need to relax..." He sighed. Despite his tired slouch, he seemed stiff in the shoulders regardless. Closing his eyes briefly, he straightened his back and continued to follow the younger male, silently taking in the world around him with his senses as he grew accustomed to his new surroundings.

As everything got finished up, they could now procede into the general area of Hayslem City, the capital of Origin and of the Rosetta Continent. the Origin Official nodded to Iviri to indicate it was all good...and also telling him silently to show him to all the places he mentioned, and then went off to do his own work.

"Alright then! There are tons of places for all of that stuff! Which do you want first? Do you want food, date spots, or...well, no wait, I suppose you would go to a bathhouse before a pplace to find girls, wouldn't you?"

Despite his age, it seemed Iviri had knowledge on this area for some reason? After realizing that he himself said it, he got a bit embarrassed and blushed a little.

"Ah, yeah. I know a few, ever since valentines day...I got a suprisingly large amount of chocolate, and then someone set up this whole test of courage thing, and somehow I got ropped into it....err, well, anyways. So food or bath first? For food, there is Yuno's Diner, where I happen to know the chef a little, or also this other place, Riono's Pizzaria. There is also 'Toto's Eastern Foods'. As for bathhouses, the nearest one nearby that is in Hayslem...is probably Adonis and Takemichi's Baths. Oh wait...also, will you want a bus today, tomorrow, or later? Questrios City is not that far from here, it should only take a few days and there is still some time before the Grand Magi Games I believe, but then again you might want to get there sooner rather then later...ah, sorry, I started babbling didn't I?"

Iviri couldn't help but blush a bit more from getting embarrassed over that, which made the barcode on his left upper cheek stand out just a bit more.

"So, uhh, which do you want first?" he asked, as they headed into Hayslem City.

Demor only smiled as he followed Iviri out the door and then starting down the street. As the male Drachini listened to the boy speak, he considered his options. It was a few days' journey to where they needed to go in order to compete in the Grand Magic Games, and the journey there itself would prove to be lonely with just the two of them. Demor may have been pansexual but he had morals - he was never going to stoop low. If they could pick up some cute girls to join them on their journey.... well then those few days would likely go by a bit faster.

"I think, for now, I'd prefer some food. Something we can get to go, so we can try to pick up some chicks, then head to the bath house? Our journey will go by much better with some feminine company don't you think?" Demor winked, flashing a toothy grin. His teeth were much larger and much sharper than a human's but that was due to his Draconian heritage. He nodded then. "Yeah... I like my plan. What about you, Iviri?" he asked, his grin remaining.
