If one wanted to hold him under a microscope they might find that he suffers from a lack of empathy and depression.

EQUIPMENT
Weapons: – Patrick has an assortment of weapons some of which are his own inventions to help him battle the supernatural. Normally Patrick uses modified M1911 pistols with a charged magnetic rail feature that spits out the bullets at a much higher velocity and produces a much more powerful damage output without increasing the gun’s recoil. These pistols are than loaded with different ammunition types that are used for different hunts or persons. Silver bullets are useful against undead, vampires, were-creatures, and demons (not all). Silver bullets can be blessed to increase effectiveness against demons. Iron Bullets are useful against Witches and Wizards, Fey Creatures, and Ghosts. While iron bullets cannot kill Ghosts the Iron does help disrupt the Ghost’s form and cause it pain, Ghosts are also vulnerable to rock salt rounds but are much more effective as Salt wards off evil spirits. Bullets blessed with the sap of a White Ash tree, but these are only effective against Native American Skinwalkers.
Patrick also carries his own magnetic electro katana that he has dubbed “Raijin” after the Japanese god of thunder. This blade is unique in that it’s actually an assortment of metal segments held together by a magnetic current that only affects the metal it’s intended to come together with. This means the only whole part of the blade is the hilt which stores the energy required. The blade segments are placed in special pockets all around Patrick’s utility belts and can come into place in the right sequence as the hilt is moved over the pockets. Despite all this the blade is sharp enough and held together strong enough to prove itself with any other blade without attracting the foreign metal. Patrick though has ways of manipulating the electrical flow and magnetic attribute of the weapon in a variety of ways.
Hidden in Patrick’s utility belts is an assortment of small plastic explosives of his own design after some time in in his lap. The explosives come in a variety of forms like clay, pullets, impact, and controlled. And of course Patrick stores them safely on himself in order to prevent an accident like blowing himself up. The explosives are kept in specific pockets that utilize the small chips placed in the explosives. When inside the pockets the explosives can’t be set and if there is a danger of them doing so a neutralizing gel is secreted that negates the explosion (Just fizzles the little suckers out).
Patrick is proficient as well with sniper rifles and is known for taking one on every mission he it set out on. He finds them useful for getting the job done quickly and quietly so he can be on his way and get his money. And though not a Weapon Patrick has used his ability to mimic any voice he hears to a key on many hunts. How he is able to do something like this is really unknown, but he is somehow able to mimic the voice of any person he hears at least once; allowing him to trick his enemies with ease on numerous occasions.
One of Patrick‘s greatest inventions include his gauntlets that come in a Varity of different kinds that are all suited to different hunts. He has the stake driver gauntlets used for Vampires. These Gauntlets are supplied with about five thin wooden or silver stakes that rotate around the wrist after one has been dispensed. These are mostly used for Vampire hunts but can be effective against normal targets as well as Were-Creatures due to the silver. Using a system of hydraulics the stake can be pressed out of the shoot of the gauntlet with strong enough pressure to puncture the hull of a tank. The gauntlets include ammo dispensers, projectile saws, and flamethrowers. These gauntlets are also designed with computing and wireless features to aid Patrick like a computer should he need it.

Combat Attire: – Patrick wears a series of bandages over his skin that he designed to withstand his external body heat that the Amulet of Helios has cursed him with, and to protect his exposed flesh from the environment. Other than that he wears normal clothing aside from his hunting hat and hunting coat designed with the Helsing family in mind. But really sets Patrick apart are his bio-electrical muscle suits that he wears just under his clothing and sometimes bandages to hide this. These suits are skin tight pieces of armor that protect from a number of ammunition, blunt attacks, blades, teeth, and claws. These suits use a spinal inhibitor that directly connects to Patrick’s brain stem, and as well the suit increases Patrick’s speed, agility, and strength to great amounts when activated. One of the many features of the suit is that is even makes Patrick’s vitals and movements nearly silent. Much to quiet for a Vampire or super-being to hear.
Accessories: – Patrick’s Utility Belts: Wrapped around his waist as well as crossed over his chest in an “x” his utility belts provide him with ammo, gadgets, explosives, and numerous other supplies that Patrick keeps on his person.
Patrick’s Goggles: This impressive piece of headgear wraps around Patrick’s head and allows him to see all around him at once. This of course takes extensive training to get use to and a lot of skill to master using, but Patrick has put in the hours for the gadget and he’s modified it accordingly.
Super-Computer uplink: Patrick’s gear is hooked up to his home super-computer (Which is a limited AI) that he establishes with a wireless connection. The Computer gives Patrick fighting tips, field updates, research, crunches numbers quickly, and can even help protect him.
Miscellaneous: – Fused into his chest is the Amulet of Helios that he got after killing a Vampire that was misusing the power. The Amulet holds the power and soul of the god and was the reason Patrick survived his house fire. Though he remains scared and no amount of surgery, medicine, or healing magic can bring back his old visage. Though he was able to keep his original looks after being taken in by an empire through their surgery, but the power of the amulet burned away at his flesh once more and he has returned to his burned state. Patrick’s skin though now burns with the intensity of some of the hottest flames and he has become dangerous for undead to touch as he holds the power of the sun in him. But he will never attempt to ever use the amulet’s full power.

General/Preferred Style: – Patrick is a thinker first and foremost and will never just charge into a battle unless he knows how to beat his enemy. Tricking them, doing research, and waiting for the right moment to attack his preferred style of fighting, but he has been seen going against all that and jumping into action when push comes to shove. And he is more than capable to defend himself thanks to his different Martial abilities.
