Has a 'jumper' pack attached to his back, basically a nuclear powered jetpack that allows him to jump higher and fall farther without being harmed. This jetpack, when not in use, contributes most of the power of his armor. He has an ATS computing system carried on his back that hooks up to his helmet, the "assisted targeting system" is basically a thermal camera that projects a crosshair onto his eyes.
There are marks on his chestplate that read as two sets of tally marks and then two, a total of twelve.
Main weapon: Currently Pistol (Desert Eagle .50 action express)
Sidearm: Knife, with about a four inch long blade, or a machete with a two foot blade.
Lawful Neutral to True Neutral
Race: Human, American, specifically Texan.
Peter is a friendly fellow, despite the nature of his chosen occupation. Likes to talk and help people out, and is usually very polite. Kind of clumsy, as he spends most of his time in plated armor, but that doesn't usually show when he's in a combat situation. Likes to talk about simple things, like the weather and recent events.
Appearance outside of armor: Brown eyes and hair. Average height. Usually wearing a light colored shirt with or without a coat, along with blue jeans outside of his armor.
Character traits:
Obsessively checks pistol to see if it's loaded. Most of the time refuses to remove helmet when he's uncomfortable, unless he's having a sudden bout of claustrophobia. Likes to listen to his radio often. Quick on the draw when it comes to being approached.
Peter, or L-1966, was serving a small time militia in a post-apocalyptic Texas and was assigned a mission where he was being airlifted to a colony in need of help when the helicopter he was in was shot down, killing him and some of his fellows. He subsequently woke in a field with no memory of his past life, completely healed from the damage he sustained in the crash, despite a large scar where shrapnel pierced his heart and a scar above his left eye. He only has faint memories of his past, and retains most the behavior of himself pre-crash. He remembers parts of a conversation in the helicopter, and the names of those in it, but nothing else. His timeline had a bled over into the Multiverse when he died, and he subsequently woke in Genesis as a spirit, gradually regaining parts of himself over the span of a couple real-world months as he gained his purpose.
He carries most of his skills over from his past life, having only forgotten the details of certain things.
Suffering from extreme time-sickness and is desperately holding on to the memories of Genesis, and his quest to find those he met there.
Peter is a kind person, although he's only just gaining footing in the Multiverse. He hasn't gained back all of his memories yet, but still has his personality.
