Phillip Roger Alara strolled into the massive hall being what he liked to call 'fashionably' late of course this was just Alara making excuses for being late, being one of the only living members of the Alara family left he made sure to check on Sky everyday. Don't get him wrong he was sure the girl could look after herself but he just didn't trust her not with such a big house all alone. Anyhow Alara had arrived and he looked around at the other two males noticing first Mercruxio before actually realising the King was present with...tea? how odd he expected a King to drink wine, a much more elegant and royal drink in his mind. That aside Alara proceeded to look for his chair after noticing that each chair had a family house on it finally he found his own and sank into the chair ah how could he miss it? such a beautiful motto his family had - even in death we are not separated - for some reason that always made him feel warm inside, finally he looking at each man and nodding politely as if using his excuse without saying it out loud.

He fiddled with his thumbs impatiently a habit he had when he was nervous or becoming impatient, almost a natural reflex as it were. Looking around his mind began to wonder Surely Sky could have come up here she's old enough by now is she not? honestly making a man of my age come all the w- Alara would suddenly snap back into reality realising that Mercuxio had been hoping he wouldn't be too long and now here he was wasting time....typical Alara.

Phillip Roger Alara would narrow his eyes slightly as he looked at the King, "the Keng-Li not to blame?" not to blame?!!?!?! HAH! i disagree "although moving the factories further out would be a big advantage to me your highness". He may agree with the King's suggestion but he certainly did NOT believe that the Keng-Li were not to blame...for as long as he could remember they had been a constant source of trouble whether it be money issues or just simply getting in the way time and time again. There was no denying it THEY WERE TO BLAME! and he wasn't going to take no or they aren't for an answer no thank you sir and he WOULD bring them to justice one way or another.

Philip's face turned a colour that no-one on this god forsaken continent had probably ever heard of in their entire lives as he relied, "OUTRA-" he would stop himself for a while calming down slightly before continuing, as f her where considering what the King had said, "very well as i have no evidence i shall stay calm, get on with the family business, move some factories further out and await your verdict my lord..." of course he would be only partly true to his word, he may wait for the King's verdict but he never said that he wouldn't get a little investigative himself...this was after all the deaths of his family well not ALL deaths considering he himself and his grand daughter Sky Alara were still alive. "just out of interest when are we to expect this factory extension to take effect? i would like to be able to safely continue production for Mezzadrate as soon as possible, the longer i wait the more money we are going to loose."

Phillip would sigh heavily, "marry into another family? how would i convince Sky to marry at all never mind into a family? the girl always seems to be slightly distracted wanting to just jump around from here to there even when working..." though he admitted that the King's suggestion was pretty good and probably would work he really couldn't see a way to get Sky to marry. She was a clever girl and would probably see why they needed her to marry but she also wasn't very fond of marrying especially if it was a deceitful marriage one that contained no love what so ever. "My lord may i ask what you have in mind regarding marriage?".

Phillip considered this, "a great idea my King but how do we plan on getting Sky to marry? what if she does now like a single member of the Anakari family? worse still what if she finds herself drawn to one of the more female members of the Anakari family? would you allow such a marriage?" he really did worry, the only chance to save his family and all may well be lost thanks to Sky's annoying preferences when it came to relationships...

Phillip seemed pleased with that response good to know at least one other person but myself remembers "hmmm i see but this WILL save my family from extinction? we are certain about that much right?" he really hoped so as his own life was getting ever closer to an end whether it be natural causes or assasination but something or someone was getting ready to end it he could feel it in his bones and it really wasn't a nice feeling at all OH NO! HELL NO SIR! "your majesty i must stress that what ever action we choose to take it must be immediate, the citizens will up rise again whether or not the Keng-Li have something to do with it."

Phillip nodded happily, "of course my lord anything to help the great nation of Mezzadrate...FOR THE GREATER GOOD!" he would allow this to happen as long as both Mezzadrate and his family were saved, yes that was a good outcome always the best outcome both family and nation saved. Just then he felt a little woozie now really wishing that he had gone to see the Doctor BEFORE he turned up to this meeting, "i am sorry my Lord but it would appear i must depart for now...thank you for allowing this urgent audience my King" he would bow before leaving the King with his tea.
