This ruthless dictator and commander of the Pig Mask army was once known as Porky Minch, a spoiled and bratty neighbor in the peaceful town of Onett. However, one day, Porky's neighbor, Ness, was chosen to go on a grand adventure to save the earth from the grasps of the embodiment of evil, Giygas. Porky, incredibly resentful and and constantly annoyed by his neighbor was afflicted with the evil of Giygas' power, bringing his hidden evil side to the surface. However, Porky did not resist this... in fact, he embraced it, and began to follow Ness and his friends, constantly acting as a barrier, and producing more evil and sinister acts. It finally culminated with Porky being Giygas' 'right-hand man'. However, Giygas had destroyed his mind, and was now an 'almighty idiot'. Even though Giygas' mere presence caused Porky himself to shudder in fear, he thought of Giygas as more of an attack dog in his current state, commanding him to attack Ness and his friends. However, the battle was won by Ness, as the embodiment of evil couldn't withstand the prayers that were sent by Paula, giving the children the strength to defeat Giygas.

With Giygas defeat, Porky made off into various times with a time machine he had stolen. He acquired allies, technology, soldiers... but all this time travel came at a heavy price. Porky has become immortal, unable to die of old age. He is timeless... not even Porky himself knows how old he is anymore. In fact, he is only supported by a mobile bed that carries him around.

Despite his affliction, Porky remains with his hideous child-like mind, and takes deep satisfaction with tearing apart the world as if it were his own personal playground.

Due to his immobile state, Porky's only able to carry out his actions through his army, the Pig Masks, brainwashed soldiers from various timelines and locations.
